Jeremiah's Italian Ice is becoming our go-to to celebrate Ice Cream Friday's!! This location is great. Easy to spot from Fry. There is a drive-thru albeit VERY awkward. You literally have to backup after reading the menu and make a wide sharp turn to pull up to the window. The first time I tried to go through the drive-thru I gave up, parked and went inside. Soooo yeah. Inside is super cute, lots of bright colors, clean tables and fun displays. Definitely geared towards kids and family. Highly recommend for a cute family outing or Mommy/Daddy and me time with your kiddo. Prices seem fare, portion is huge. I'd size down unless you really have a sweet tooth. We never finish it. Ordering is simple and the wait is minimal. The teenagers inside are nice and move quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on both occasions there were out of a flavor on the menu and their drive-thru. I'm decisive in general so it's disappointing when I can't get what I carefully selected. Overall the experience was nice, my kid was entertained and we'll be back. They used to have amazing service. The manager was top tier and the other workers were kind, but now it is not the same. We waited in the drive through for 5 minutes just to be told that they needed more time before they could help us. This turned into 20 minutes. Obviously the ice is good, but I'm not sure what happened with the workers. Just made me sad because I used to love this place. read more

I've been wanting to try Jeremiah's after seeing this small chain grow into a few stores around Houston, it had to be good right? It definitely was so much we went twice in 1 week. Nice little shop for a cool treat. It was very clean and the server was helpful. I had the watermelon and vanilla. I will probably do a different combination next time, but it was pretty good. I'm a fan of snow cones and shaved ice treats, but not huge on ice cream by itself. Next time I will opt for only the shaved ice part. They have a small little patio at the front entrance with umbrellas tables. The frog itself, is just adorable! The only thing was the music was so loud, I had a hard time hearing her. Came to try out some Italian ice here in a Wednesday night! The staff here were a bunch of younger teens but they were all super friendly and brought good vibes when you walked in. The girl that helped me asked if I had been here before and when I said no, she immediately gave me the run down of the flavors and options. I got to sample the flavors before I picked. Giving this place 4 stars because for a place that recently just opened, they ran out of flavors and the 3 Flavors I wanted to try weren't on the menu or were "sold out".
