Was skeptical since I never had it before, however this place surprised me. I started with a tadpole size just in case and wish I got the small. I ordered the Oreo mud pie and it was delish, my son ordered birthday cake and tour it up lol. Quick service and clean establishment where you can sit in or outdoor. And if you know what you like they have a drive through. Plus they allow you to taste as many flavors as you wish. Highly recommend! read more

Okay so let me start off by saying these men and women are patient af, this was our first time here and I'm trying my best not to stutter and mess it up. We used the coupons the school gave my daughter. What we got was delicious and hit the spot for this warm Texas weather. Seriously will be back my kids enjoyed it. We have passed this place 4x and always wondered. But we finally got to check it out! I ordered a small latte and caramel ice cream to try it and wow I have to say that i LOVED it. Though i got a small it was very filling. The ice cream is fresh, flavorful and the mix of cream makes the perfect combo! I've been a customer here at Jeremiah's and my family loves the food. But not the workers. There's been multiple times there are people working the drive thru and they're so snobby. Especially that girl who's apparently a "manager" she has short hair. They like say what do you want? No hi or how was your day or like any greeting at all. And they aren't professional at all. Their working attire and their attitude is so crappy. I love the Jeremiah's Italian Ice brand but not the people. If you want your company to be better then have good workers who want to make it a better experience. read more

I love Jeremiah's, they have the best gelati! However, service wise, I went through the drive thru 30 minutes before close and the employee actively ignored my car being parked with the window half open. After two minutes, I tried getting attention by saying Hello and excuse me, and when the employee finally came to the window, there were no apologies for the wait... Seems like they wanted me to take off. Was disappointed to see. read more

Terrible customer service. I asked if I could have lids on my order, and you know what they did? They took 5 minutes to get the lids, and talked crap about me and my family. They left the window open so we could hear it. As for the flat itself, thy didn't even give us the right flavors. Previous times we have went, thy would take 10-20 minutes just to give us our order. Most of the time, they don't even have the ingredients to make a simple chocolate ice cream. Please do not come to this place. Find another one. The girls who work the store are so snobby and rude. The offers are great. That is not the issue I wish to discuss. It's the lack of help at the store. There were several people in line and one girl struggled to get one of the self serve machines going and one girl who took care of the long lines in both the drive thru and inside. Finally 30 minutes later, another girl came in. All the workers handled the stress so well. Their parents should be very proud of these workers. The owner of this location made great choices for employees. But the owner needs to hire more workers or come out to help make ice cream because the girl doing it was having trouble but kept going and finally got the machine to work. These young workers always had a smile on their face and kept going. The owner lost quite a few customers due to the line. I hope the owner reads this and gives the girls a raise and also has extra help for the machines or offers better training. read more

It's a little misleading. Jelati, is not gelato. Their version is Italian ice mixed with their ice cream. Not true Italian gelato at all. I ended up with an lemon ice and it was fair: too sweet, not enough lemon. Sigh. Will move on. read more

As I've reviewed other places before, you may know I only sweets once a month. Helps keep me in shape and earn my end of month reward. Saw this place had opened and was super interested in trying it out. Had great reviews and heard someone else say how great it was. Figured i would blow my calories and sugar intake here for the day. And I kinda regret it. The store is clean. Folks working are also super nice. But for me, the desert was lacking. I tried the black raspberry ice and it just tasted like a water downed grape. Went with the mint froggy something other when they mix it with the vanilla soft serve. For me, just wasn't great. Wasn't just blown away by flavor or consistency. The size for the price? That is a bargain now. The large was 5 bucks and massive. So bang for your buck is here. But personally I'd rather drive to Connie's and get a custard for my reward. Must try this delicious little treat shop. Their Italian ice dessert are fabulous and so pretty. Service is right on point. Mostly young teens work there but they are always so nice and welcoming. The shop is small it only had 1 table with outdoor seating. But I love this dessert it's very different from Baskin and Robbins or Dairy Queen. You'll fall in love with the dessert. First time ever going to this place and I can say for certain that the employees were wonderful and the Italian ice for the moment was delicious but unfortunately while my partner was eating one of the cups, we had found a hair near the bottom of the Italian ice. We had made sure to check if maybe somehow one of our hairs had gotten into it but neither of us match that hair that we have found. While I understand it's never the intention of any food industry to have hair in their food I definitely think it's alarming and put plainly disgusting that we had found one and I do hope that we were the only ones that had this issue because it'd be terrible for others to have/had this happen to them as well!!! read more

This place is so so so good and I'm so happy I found out about this location just in time before the Texas heat kicks in. Their soft serve is so good, but their gelati is where it's at. What's awesome about this place is they let you sample the different flavors. Their staff is so nice and helpful and recommended I get the mango gelati. I did just that and it tasted SO good. I also have gotten their chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve. The employees came around almost 30 minutes after we had gotten our dessert the first time we visited and asked us if we needed any wet wipes (which was perfect for us bc we really did make a mess lol). Their outdoor seating area is awesome, esp during the night! Their small is actually pretty big and prices are reasonable. Jeremiah's Italian Ice is my kids favorite place to be. It's a snug little place that has super delicious flavors. There are so many possibilities how you can make your ice/ice cream. I usually don't eat sweets and I just bring my kids here to treat them but then I'm like yeah give me one too. Then, I take the first bite and it's on from there. Our family favorite is the Blue Raspberry but the others that I like are Black Cherry and Green Apple. Once we are at the table, my kids are in heaven and we all trade tastes of each others and they are all so good. Sometimes it's crowded so there is limited seating on the weekends. They should buy out the place next to them and expand and I bet it would fill up. Jeremiah's is a family favorite and I use it sometimes to entice them to finish their dinner or do their chores and it works every time. It's usually a younger crowd but never had a problem with any of them. Staff is young and very polite. We go almost every weekend. read more

I like coming here for dessert sometimes after dinner with friends. There's no indoor seating really because it's so small. There are only tables outside, so I pretty much just grab and go. I like getting the strawberry or mango Italian ice with vanilla ice cream (gelati). Portions are decent, so I usually end up just getting a small. read more

Make sure to download the app so you can earn rewards! They have a secret menu on there as well. We love to go through the drive thru on a hot day and have tried several flavors. Strawberry Gelati with vanilla ice cream has been my favorite but I'm looking forward to trying their other delicious flavors as well! Friendly service and yummy treats! We used their drive-thru window because the person I was with had been before and knew there wasn't much seating inside (although there are some outdoor picnic tables near the parking lot/drive thru side). I had been to a different location once before and opted for fruit flavors, so this time I tried their cake batter flavor with vanilla soft serve. The soft serve is delicious, but the cake batter flavor sorta missed the mark for me. It wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't something I would order again either...definitely think the fruit flavors are the way to go when it comes to Italian Ice (it is hard to replicate dessert flavors without milk/cream!). All in all, this place is really fun and has a ton of different options for you to try and lots of ways to customize to keep you coming back. read more

Very unique and delicious take on Italian ice. The fruit flavors are excellent and all made with real fruit. The sweeter and creamier options like cake batter, Oreo and cookie dough are superb, and also made fresh with real ingredients. Making the gelatis with the layers takes a little longer than making a regular ice cream cone, so be patient, it's worth the short wait. Great service and friendly faces in the store too. Thank you", to which he replied "you don't want ANYTHING else?" twice in escalating volume. I know it's hot, and I can imagine that Sonic wages leave alot to be desired, but just a little bit of care would have gone a long way here. By that I mean, just an inkling of customer service.
