The food had that fresh-made feel instead of tasting overly fast-food-ish. You can tell they actually care about quality, and it definitely stood out. Whatever we ordered was hitting from the first bite. Service: Service was smooth and friendly with no problems at all. The staff kept things moving, and the food came out quick. Ambiance: The place was clean, comfortable, and had a good overall atmosphere. It felt easygoing and made for a good stop while we were out in Houston for the rodeo. The burger patties were thin, but the double came with fresh lettuce, tomato, and your choice of other toppings. I must say the beef flavor was definitely there. The fish sandwich was light and flaky and though the fillet was a bit small, it was delicious. My wife tried the fried shrimp and found the batter light and not overpowering, though the seasoning seemed to be just in the breading rather than the shrimp itself. Service was courteous and patient as you navigate a huge menu selection on their board. Culver's was quiet as a typical restaurant and not fast food variety. All in all, we got drinks and essentially three meals for under $30, so the hype is definitely real.

I asked her for some nearby suggestions as to where could I get some. The girl asked which flavor I wanted to try, and came back with a spoon and my own pint of Blue Bell Rocky Road Ice Cream!!! Today I bought a half gallon of the Homemade Vanilla/Strawberry. It used to be my favorite flavor of Bluebell ice cream. I was so disappointed in the lack of taste, and the texture. They have changed it. It tastes cheap. I have tried several flavors, all seem changed, for the worse. The Homemade Vanilla used to taste just like homemade. Not anymore. I will not buy anymore Bluebell ice cream. In fact I'm taking the unfinished carton back to Kroger.

The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. As in I have been following a strict eating plan for 5 months, finally having a cheat meal and a cone of Abbott's Vanilla Frozen Custard was on my list for dessert right after a fine meal at Pappas' Seafood. Somebody in the comments said Culver's Frozen Custard was just as good. So we went there and got the special custard of the day. I took one bite. It was gross and not worth the calories. Yeah it was $3.50 but it ended up in the trash. Bummer. Oh and every time we came here (about 5 or 6 times in 2025), everyone was helpful and nice. Looks like Abbott's is planning to open a location near Baybrook Mall in 2026. They'll do great there. The Atascocita location was so odd - surrounded by car wash, high school and doctor's offices, like what? I'll definitely be driving to Clear Lake once they open. They'll thrive down there.

When we entered the berry bar we were greeted to the kind face of a woman at the front and the not so kind face of the owner who in no uncertain terms (against ADA guidelines) told us that my sisters service dog that she needs every moment of every day cannot enter the facility and proceeds to yell at us that there's no service dogs allowed (against ADA guidelines and rulings by The Doj) and that the service dog would have to stay outside he followed up with a very angry tirade that caused my sister to walk out of the establishment and immediately have a medical episode my mother was with us and proceeded to go in and alert the owner of the distress he caused. the owner, proceeds to slam his fists on the counter and say " I didn't make anyone upset" the atmosphere was nice and needless to say we didn't try the froyo because the service was bad enough and it made us want to "fro go away" If anybody ask us if we would go back again I would definitely say fro no
