He repaired two of my toes and took incredible care of both of us from start to finish. Dr. Fishman was professional, kind, and made us feel completely comfortable the whole time. He explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and smooth. And as a bonus (because my sister & I requested fun photos of surgery) he used his meta glasses to take photos and document how the surgery went, which was definitely a highlight to wake up to after surgery. The entire surgical team at Los Alamitos + Fishman's staff was also amazing and super helpful throughout everything! Everything went perfectly, and we're so grateful for the care we received. He knew what my foot problem was immediately after his thorough, yet quick examination. He prescribed me medication and explained with caring detail and patience on how to start my healing process. He also removed a stubborn callous that has been bothering me for years. It took him less than a minute to literally improve my quality of life. He recommended shoe inserts to help me with my flat feet. As soon as I started walking with them, my whole posture improved from head to toe. I googled her name and the name of the business she left in the automated message and got to their main line. I asked the receptionist if someone from their office had called my work line and I gave her the number that had called ME. I was put on hold while her staff investigated, then the receptionist came back on line and said she didn't know what number that was. I then called the number that called my work phone, on my cell phone so that the receptionist could hear the message but this time I got through. A female answered, I'm assuming it's Dr Kawam, and she was incredibly rude and condescending. I explained to her that I was returning her call and she asked if I was a telemarketer, to which I told her no. I tried explaining to her that I was simply returning HER call and she then repeated several times that she was blocking my number. All I tried to do was return a phone call. I'm not even a patient of hers and I got a taste of what her personality is like.
