The couples room was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. I had Trinity, who is truly gifted. I had seen her about six weeks prior for a hot stone massage and was blown away, and she delivered that same magic again this time. She paid special attention to my problem areas and finished with an incredible scalp massage that left me completely relaxed. My husband had Kenyea. He doesn't get massages nearly as often as he should, but Kenyea blew him away! He told me afterward that it was easily the best massage he's ever had in his life. You can tell she's very professional and genuinely takes her time with her clients. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and Nancy even had water waiting for me afterward. The receptionist told me an hour was "too long" for my back, despite my explaining that this is what works for me. The therapist then did almost everything except focus on my back. I tried several times to communicate, but they did not know a word of English. At one point, they rushed out of the room, and the massage later felt as though someone else had returned. I eventually asked for it to stop, it was a total waste of time. I left more stressed than when I arrived. When I explained my concerns while paying, the receptionist again said an hour on my back was "not good for me." As a longtime customer, I should be able to decide what area I want treated, especially after clearly communicating my needs. Unreal!

We called the day of to make an appointment for a couple massage. You will be in the same room and you're only required to take off your top. They do give you the exact massage time of what you're paying for. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. I was feeling quite tired and sore after. They mostly focused on my middle to upper back but they do massage your legs and arms as well. I also received a dry scalp massage and experienced some swelling after but was told it's all normal after a deep tissue massage. They also offer to scrub your back for an extra $10 but I decided not to try it, will definitely keep it in mind for next time though. We also got free mini water bottles and some candy once the service was done. Only giving this a 4 star as one lady had to keep leaving the room to answer the phone. I mean some of it was slow, deep, purposeful and intentional but some hand movements was fast (I REALLY dislike very much fast massages) disconcerting and very unrelaxing. In addition, she answered the phone 1x and got up 2x to answer the door. This was my biggest pet peeve last time and they still haven't hired an extra receptionist. In addition to that, the "hallway" where they massage is very unrelaxing and really does feel like a hallway. Last night, I went for massage. During the massage session, the therapist stops to answer phone call. She doesn't say anything to me and leaves the room. I lost five minutes from my session. On top of that, she massages only for 40 minutes. I looked at the time when she started and ended the massage. Plus she didn't apply enough pressure and used her elbows mostly. They definitely lost me as their customer.
