Don't waste your money here. The owner will take your laundry out if your a couple minutes late. The place was pretty empty. I had to do a load of laundry after a long trip. Didn't have a big load and one washer did the job. There were many out of order signs. But the washing machine I used seemed to do a good job. I used a dryer and didn't expect for complete dry laundry, but it didn't even dry my laundry at all. The employee didn't even help. Basically told me it was my fault. Another customer said this place doesn't fix any machine. Stay away. 2 stars because of the washer. Less then one star for customer service. read more

I've been a loyal customer for a long time but will be finding another place to do our laundry. Their equipment is terrible. Machines have had 'out of order' signs on them for months. Driers don't work half the time and it's a crapshoot to find one that actually heats and takes money. Today my washing machine got stuck, took two people and an extra 15 minutes to finish, and ruined two shirts. I was told "I keep putting an out of order sign on it and someone keeps taking it down." I was also told last month "these washers don't work at all - use the other row." Worst of all is the creepy guy who works there mornings. He's just mean and seems to have some business going on in the alley. There are a couple kind employees there who are trying their best and I thank them. But as much as I hate to say it, avoid the Jerlyn. read more

This was actually one of the most clean laundry places I have been and gave me the most pleasant experience. It was right by the softball complex which is where we were for the weekend. I have been to many laundromats because our team is always in need of clean jerseys and this place had me very happy. Every washer/dryer was in working condition and looked very nice. The place was very clean and had a very friendly staff. They were willing to assist with anything that I might have needed. The facility was very inviting and had plenty of seating as well as food/entertainment you might need while doing laundry. They had washers and dryers of all sizes so I was able to do my large load very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a laundry place. read more

Wendy and Travis were extremely helpful and supportive, when I came in w/large bulky items. They directed me to the best XL washer that not only saved me time, but was more efficient for my large items, and less expensive too (using 1 washer vs 2.) Wendy even added extra liquid detergent and suggested prewashing. Plus, shared that they could help finish my laundry if I found that I was running out of time. I may just take them up on their offer, running off to take parents to Dr appt. Another woman washing her clothes offered the rest of her bottle of stain remover when I only asked for a little bit. Thankfully I didn't need to use it all, even after finding many more spots than originally known. What a fabulous experience, especially after running out of the house w/o detergent and Spray n Wash!! read more

These dryers here take years to to dry your clothes one load took me 3 and a half hours all drying time except 28 min for the washer . It seemed like the dryers were turned down for whatever reason maybe to get you to spend more money on drying or to simply save on their electric bill . I will not becoming here anymore. read more

Worker was rude as hell and wash machines are ripping you off half out of order and aren't labeled as so. Half of washer are old and faulty leave soap on your clothes. Dryers aren't hot and take your money to get dry 2 hours later. Worst experience at a laundry mat I've ever experienced wasn't even offered my money back that machine stole. I will never spend my hard earned money here. I'm disgusted these doors are still open to the public and still operating when all machines and dryers need repair. Horrible horrible experience and RIP off. Left with all clothes needing to be rewashed and not fully dry !!!!!!! Give me my money back !!!!! read more

Many of the machines had Out Of Order signs on them. It was spendy, I had two large items and the machine cost $5.50 to wash them. The spinning did not work properly and the bedspread was soaking wet when done. Although I kept putting more and more quarters into the drier, it never got dry. Other customers complained about the dryer not getting their clothes dry as well. read more

Jerlyn Coin Laundry has a washing machine that is broken. I reported it to Victoria, and I was told that the reason it jumped from 18 minutes to 7 minutes was my fault, not the machines. I used 4 quarters in the dryer, and the load was done with a great deal of moisture. I set in on high. I guess Jerlyn hopes everyone uses 6 quarters instead. Victoria was chatting up a handsome customer for the last 45 minutes of the day. She did not do any work during that time. Do not go to Jerlyn's Coin and Laundry. The machines do not work, and neither does the staff. read more

Friendly and helpful service. Huge washers and dryers. Also, wait for it... if you are a cat lover or may be one unknowingly this would place is for you. Haven't been to a laundromat in years, however our dryer pooped out and we came here and we're very pleased. The place is clean and well kept. The lady in charge was very helpful and assisted us when we needed help. If we ever have to use this again we will gladly return. read more

I like this place it's so close to my home and is very clean and the owners are always on site for any assistance the only problem I have is that they never open at 6:30 they are always late in the mornings but otherwise it's a nice place to come and do your laundry read more

we needed a laundromat to dry our clothes. we were very surprised when our dryer broke to find out that not only can't an appliance repair person just come in and repair a dryer or washer on their first visit because now a computer board must be ordered, but the order takes a long time to get. A lovely lady who works there was not only drying our clothes, but folding them so we didn't have to wait there ourselves. She weighed them, and the cost was well worth the time saving for us. We were very happy. After our Xmas guests left, we had a lot of laundry, so I took it in expecting the same wonderful service. Instead, a man was there and claimed no such service existed, and he insinuated the lady must be keeping the money. I was shocked and horrified at the tone of voice and accusation. I asked him who he was, and he said he was the owner so he should know. I asked him if she could do the same service for me when she came in, and he responded in a very mean way. I left. I know go to ABC Laundry on San Pablo. It is clean, lovely management, and found a great taco place and Italian deli in the same strip mall. I cannot recommend the Jerlyn Laundry. It may have the right machines, but the owner's attitude is too unpleasant. read more
