I dropped off 25 dinner napkins to be dry cleaned and pressed on Monday, March 17. I told the woman who is working behind the counter that I didn't need these in a rush, so she gave me a ticket and said you can come by next Monday to pick these up. It honestly didn't cross my mind to inquire how much it would cost to get 25 dinner, napkins, pressed and laundered ... I've used many other dry cleaners in the past and thought the cost would be reasonable. Yesterday, on Monday March 25th, the day my dry cleaning ticket said to come and pick up, I walked in and the woman behind the counter said my stuff wasn't supposed to be done until Wednesday. Had I had my dry cleaning ticket on me, I would've showed it to her and said we discussed it being done on Monday. I said, OK I'll be back on Wednesday to pick these up and oh by the way, how much will this cost? She tells me it's gonna be $250.00 to have these dinner napkins cleaned and pressed. Had there not been anyone in the store behind me, I would have had a more serious conversation about why I felt that Price was unreasonable and why was I not given an advance notice of the cost? In all fairness, I could have asked the first time I was there or done more research into this ... however, I believe that we sometimes don't ask these questions because we are familiar with experience and accustomed to a standard price. Out of the 25 napkins that I brought over, only four of them had stains. All of the napkins were from the local Angelview thrift store which I purchased for less than $20 for all of them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the store to pick up my napkins for $250 total . So, in retrospect , absolutely ask for a price before leaving your garments at this location and hold them to the date they promised, especially when it is a week away from the date you dropped off. The fact that this woman behind the counter are printed me a ticket that said pick up on Monday the 24th and when the 24th came, she completely gaslight me and looked at me as if I were stupid to tell me to come back on Wednesday, I was sort of beside myself that I was being lied to so matter of factly. There are so many dry cleaners in the area, so don't feel as if you absolutely have to go to this place . In fact, because of this experience, I will go out of my way to recommend any other place besides this.

I've seen the…read morequality go down in the dry cleaning but not enough to go somewhere else because of the convenience. 2 days ago I go to get my shirts and pants and asked to have my shirts in separate bags, which has always been done, but it's no longer available because of the cost of the bags. It states clearly on my receipts to wrap separately so I can put them in different closets. I'd say it's more of a being lazy issue. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I brought in a king-size Pottery Barn duvet cover (oatmeal color) to be cleaned and pressed, which cost about $25. It took almost two weeks to get the item back. When I picked it up and helped my mom put it on her comforter, we immediately noticed something was wrong: there were greenish-blue, crusted stains in several spots that had bled through the fabric. The substance appeared melted into the duvet, preventing the comforter from sliding through properly. I called Classic Cleaners right away, left a detailed voicemail, and never received a call back from the owner or manager. After a few days, we returned the duvet and spoke with an employee (Claudia), who took the item back and issued a new ticket with yet another long turnaround. Once again, no one followed up with us during this time. When I returned on 9/20/25 to check on the item, I was shocked to find that they were ready to charge me again for cleaning--despite the fact that the duvet was damaged under their care. The staff insisted the substance was "gum" and claimed it came in that way, which is simply not true. At no point did anyone contact us to discuss this issue before proceeding with cleaning and pressing, when it should have been obvious. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, I was told only "the boss" and offered a mere $50 in-store credit--not a refund, and certainly not compensation for the ruined duvet. They refused to take responsibility, insisting it was not their fault. In the end, I requested a refund of the original $25 charge and believe they should also take responsibility for the cost of the damaged duvet. Sadly, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive service have left me with no confidence in this business. Recommendation: Avoid this cleaner. The service was slow, careless, and unprofessional, and they did not stand behind their work.

They lost a customer for sure I come regularly and this time I went to pick up my pants I always get them done with no crease and I noticed one of them had a crease on them So I let the lady know "hey I asked for no crease on all of them. "She rolled her eyes and didn't even say anything to me She just took the pants out off the bag and hangar and told me to wait a couple minutes. No apologies no nothing , she didn't even ask if I could wait a couple of minutes she just decided on her own that I had a couple of minutes to spare. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to be. When she is done she just hangs up my pants and yells "it's ready" and walks away. I wasn't asking for my money back or trying to argue with them I was just trying to solve a problem which THEY made and I get treated like if I started the issue.

The set was finally located, but it took a lot of work to find it and didn't instill a lot of confidence in leaving my valuable items with them again.
