Ok great...but then she was unable to get a price she would have to call the office and their not open. She would take my info down and call me when she got the price. Paid for my stuff and she never asked for my info to get back to me. Fast forward to this past Wednesday and i wanted to exchange the sign i bought and maybe try to get the box i originally wanted. But NO STILL no price and its been 2 weeks and she then has to call the "OFFICE" to see about an exchange. The "OFFICE" is the owners and no you cant talk to them apparently and the sales girl is useless. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT SHOP HERE! and by the reading the other reviews if you dont like something, youre pretty much stuck with it. Even if you have a receipt or not, return or exchage policy will not help. Go somewhere else!

Has started sagging a week after we got the sofa. Manufacture will not stand behind it. They say there is nothing wrong with it and won't send someone out to look at it. We can't have someone look at the sofa it will void the warranty. This sofa get very little wear and is so uncomfortable to sit on. There warranty means nothing. Stay away from England furniture.
