We spent two entire work days working to confirm insurance information, and in the end the written confirmation of insurance, verbal communications from our insurance providers and other assurances was not enough to be trusted to proceed with the simple operation as patients in good standing with insurance. We were finally accepted to be seen seen for our infant after a monumental amount of hoop jumping that was unwarranted and unneeded and should have been done by the staff at the office in the first place. While we watched a women was turned away in tears with an emergency for her 12 year old who was "too old". There are many ways to run a business well, and treating patients in the way we experienced is. It one. This sort of behavior is unacceptable. Upon finally being offered care it was quick and professionally enough. However we are unlikely to ever go back due to the challenges and treatment in the begonia of our relationship with this dental office.

Most offices now have equipment in house that fabricates crowns digitally but this practice is too cheap to invest in current equipment. I had the most aggressive and painful cleaning I've ever had from a hygienist who banged on the entire time about her conservative politics and got more and more scary the angrier she made herself. And the staff is rude and smug. Save yourself from my experience because there are other, far better options even in this small town. This office has survived solely because it is in a small town...evidenced by the decrepit office that looks like something out of the 50's. This practice has been handed down through several generations and I can only think that the current dentists never had to come up to par in a real practice that wasn't handed to them as part of the family.

A one Dr. Shultz always seems incredibly condescending and disrespectful to his dental assistants, acting like he knows everything, and talking down to grown women like their children if they don't do one little thing right. Also, his mood is not so better when discussing things as a patient yourself...you just get this lingering feeling that he thinks you're an idiot if you try and talk about anything dental with him. I'm writing this anonymously so as to not get into trouble with the practice.
