After a month I was willing to take another credit hit just to get a new agent for my re-finance this is when I called ahead to Jason Huynh's office and talked to Qui. She is very professional, kept very good and fast responsiveness and made me not hate State Farm again. Mr. Huynh please do something great for Qui she deserves recognition for her ability to turn a horrible experience into a least stressful one and I am grateful to her. A few days later, my wife and I were driving on I-85 when all of a sudden, a large rock hit or windshield causing it to crack. When I called our State Farm agent, Ms. Chrissy answered the phone. Again, she was very kind and even asked, if we were ok. Within a hour, I received a call from the windshield company letting us know that everything was setup and that they would be at our home the same week to replace our windshield.
