Here is why they are not a good business. - They were quick to take my nearly $1200 for an AC repair, but when it was finished, nothing had changed. Same exact problem. They were not excited to continue looking at my vehicle. Next is why: - They told me it could be up to two weeks before they could look at the problem, and I would need to leave the vehicle there in case something changed. I explained that this vehicle was how I made a living and could not afford to do that. - I asked, and tried to reason with them about this. Matt at the counter basically said he didn't care and everyone gets treated the same. Leave it or it won't get looked at. - I tried to work out a future date that I could schedule the work to be done to make right what they did not fix, and was promptly told again that they would NOT do that under any circumstances. Matt followed this up by saying a business next to him spends over $100k a year with them and they have to wait, why shouldn't I? - I further pushed to emphasize that I didn't have other vehicles to use like them and could we please schedule a time to fix what I paid for. Matt's response was "if you wanted to schedule when work gets done then you should have picked a large shop that does that. Here you just get in line and wait. - None of this was expressed to me initially and they had no problem taking my vehicle right away, but now that it isn't resolved, they will get to it whenever they can. - I even called ahead when I found the issue wasn't fixed and thought I set up an 'appointment' for Friday since I was told to bring it in Friday morning and leave it. The vehicle sat there all day and wasn't touched. That's when I got the 'we don't work weekends, but you'll need to leave it and maybe we look at it next week. Completely inconsiderate and disregard for their customers. So save yourself the frustration and a huge headache. Avoid these people at all costs. They do NOT have your best interest in mind and are not interested in any follow up work that's not a quick fix. Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

Then told me it was $329 now. What they didn't know is I sprayed all my vacuum lines with flex seal last Friday. They replaced 2 hoses that were barely 9 inches long.
