I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry when we required his services once before. Recently, our lawn care guy was using a weed whacker to cut some thick weeds in the backyard and wouldn't ya know it, something flipped up and broke our double pane, tempered sliding glass door. Okay, so here we are about 7 years later, and I was in desperate need of Jerry's expert services once again! I reached out via yelp and requested a quote for service. He contacted me within a few hours and setup an appointment to come measure the door and assess the situation. After the free consultation, he put us on his schedule for a week and a half out, so that he had time to order the correct size and type of materials needed for the job. Of course he showed up to the appointment a half an hour early, with a smile on his face, his tools in hand and ready to go to work. He spent the better part of about an hour and a half meticulously taking the old, broken glass door out and replacing it with brand new glass. He cleaned up so well, I don't even see a tiny speck of broken glass from the previous door, and let me tell you it was SHATTERED! There was glass all over. Needless to say, Jerry took care of everything, made it look easy, and even chatted with my husband the whole time. Mr. Olson came out to clear some window weep holes in 3/24. He was so helpful. He spoke with me at length before the appointment, explaining reasons for clogs/leaking, and even instructed me how to attempt repair myself. I opted to have him out as I'm not the most mechanical person. He cleared the weep holes of 2 windows, allowed me to assist him, and provided valuable education during the process. I would definitely use him again for any window issues. He's an old-school-type of guy -- honest, competent, and fairly priced. It's becoming more difficult to find these types of people nowadays.
