Yesterday, I stopped again and said that a woman side swiped my car and damaged the side view mirror. My car was very dirty and the contact of the two vehicles had left a streak down the length of the passenger side of my car. The receptionist looked over the damage and told me there was $4500 worth of repair work. That evening I used a dry cloth and wiped down the side that was hit. THERE WERE NO MARKS visible. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway.
