Yesterday, I stopped again and said that a woman side swiped my car and damaged the side view mirror. My car was very dirty and the contact of the two vehicles had left a streak down the length of the passenger side of my car. The receptionist looked over the damage and told me there was $4500 worth of repair work. That evening I used a dry cloth and wiped down the side that was hit. THERE WERE NO MARKS visible. The streaks had only been on the dirt! The mirror was the only part impacted. Need I state more? $4500 for repairing a side mirror? Not fir this Texan.

But this last time was less than great but he overcharged me for the service after having my car a month. After weeks of I don't have the money or promises to refund even written on the receipt, nothing. I have text and even his written note of processing the refund on a certain day. The cable bill came out or spectrum hit my account 3 times I don't have the money. Now he just blocks my calls. Shop is not honorable. Find another shop folks or take the chance of being ripped off.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors.
