When I walked in no one was at the counter, but someone came towards the counter about 5 mins which gave me time to look over the menu. I ordered Chicken Wings and Turkey Tips. They told me it would be about 20 mins. So, I decided to drive home since this place is close. On my drive home I looked at the reciept and noticed that they rung me up for regular rib tips. I gave a call and the person just said Hello. No Professional greeting. I informed them that I wanted turkey tips and not rib tips and they let me know that they were sold out of turkey tips. I let them know I wouldn't be able to eat them, and they took care of the situation. The chicken wings were good, but the sauce was the star. I enjoyed it. The Customer service was okay, and the food was okay. I am still interested in getting some turkey tips so I will try again.

The smoked meats are fall off the bone, so tender and delicious! It comes with unlimited sides and sauces. The meat is priced by the pound. You pay one price for everything.
