( instead of it already been changed before they called me saying it was done) . so i waited a half hour and when they brought it back out the vehicle was now full of tiny scratches that were not here before. then i noticed the body lines didn't match up on the tail gate to quarter panel which the owner mentioned it was a american car . after going thru the pictures taken when it was first dropped of it showed those scratches where not there when i brought it in. the owner told me to bring it back the coming Monday as it was Friday afternoon then, and he would get it fixed. so all weekend i stewed thinking about it and come Monday i took it back . then i kept getting these survey emails so i eventually responded and pretty much described the crap job honestly that they tried to sell me. 2 days later i get a call the vehicle is done and they read the survey which they were not happy about. when i went to pick it up it looked good but i only was looking a the back.after i got it home in the garage i noticed a new dent coming from the inside pointing out on the middle of the driver side quarter panel. already fed up i figured im gonna sell it as i do not trust it anymore.. well tonight after its been sitting in my garage since i pulled it in then, i noticed the finish ground off on the top of the door panel where it meets the roof. I will never take a vehicle or recommend them to anyone now. either they hired a moron or someones bent on discouraging people from trusting them to do the job right. unfrikenbelievable is the word. seems every time i return it to have the job done right it comes back with other damage. what was one a accident free impeccable body now looks like crap. I will now have to find a different body shop to fix there quality workmanshit. im not even gonna go back to show them this. and to think i felt a little bad with my review . not! its actually pretty sad.

Paint work was exceptionally bad that it looked like the paint was applied with a roller. when pointing this out to Doug I was told "they all come from the factory like that". Then why did it not look like the rest of the truck? Body line was barely there after repair. Mind you this was a minor repair. It looked worse than when I brought it in! Even sanded through the paint on fender edge where there was no repair needed! I also made an appointment two weeks in advance to correct the problems. Doug then told me I don't know when it would be done and that he was busy and I was not the only customer and that he would call me. He does not reply to phone messages either. They were very slow in working with the insurance to get the estimate done. When they finally got with the insurance company and got the estimate done, I received a check in my name and Fisher's. A little over a week later they call to tell me the estimate from insurance is too low and they no longer want to do the work. I was mad but said fine I'll have it towed out tomorrow. They said they would do it and then give the bill to the new shop. That was yesterday. Today they dropped my car off with a bill for $3,925, most of it being for storage. Shops do not charge storage when they are the ones doing the repair. I honestly don't think they can legally charge storage at all in Michigan, if they are going to do the repair, unless the delay is due to getting parts. Unfortunately the new shop paid the bill so they would leave my car but my insurance is going to fight it. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! DO NOT USE THEM TO TOW OR REPAIR YOUR VECHILE!!!!!!
