I enjoy supporting small businesses. Being gluten-free and dairy-free, I asked them loads of questions about their ingredients, way before they even finished setting up their booth. They even showed me the hot dog package so I could see the ingredients myself. (Note: if you are gluten-free, gluten is masked is lots of other ingredients so you have to be cautious). Their hot dogs did have gluten but they advised me they have walking tacos, which I love and haven't enjoyed in quite a while. They went over the entire list of their walking taco chili ingredients with me and YAY for me, I could indulge! My walking taco included Frito's Corn Chips, Tarp's Chili, and Salsa. Simple ingredients made very tasty. They were very accommodating and super nice ! If I am ever in this area again and happen upon a festival or special event, I would be glad to see them and enjoy their tasty morsels.

It tastes amazing, but the jumbo just has a regular sized bun so the bun isn't big enough to hold the hot dog and all of the toppings. I was messy eating the jumbo Belushi because the bun couldn't hold everything. Having said that, the jumbo Belushi was darn good!! The staff was great too. They're kind, they brought the food out quickly, and they keep the restaurant clean. So much flavor and perfectly balanced. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. It's a no-frills spot, but that's part of the charm. You can get the dogs boiled or grilled.
