My main issue is that the grill has been inoperable for nearly 6 months as I have waited on responses, parts, and tech support. I emailed Trev B. in Tech Support at Memphis Grills again on June 12th, 2023 with the latest issue, which is the melted blower motor and plug, and never got a response. I followed up with another email to ensure he saw the email on June 16th, and never got a response. I called Memphis Grills, was on hold for Tech Support for 15 minutes on June 22nd, then was transferred to leave a message. No response. My local dealer, California Backyard, is trying to help resolve the latest issue, but is not getting a response. I'm not sure what is happening at Memphis Grills, but GOD HELP YOU if you need any support because their grill breaks down. It will be weeks or months, in my case, including Christmas (no smoked prime rib this year kids), Valentine's Day (sorry dear, no special Fillet this year), Father's Day (there goes that epic Nor-Cal Tri Tip), and now my birthday (don't even get me started). As part of my email to Memphis Grills I asked to have someone in Management contact me, because, as an executive in a service industry myself, I thought perhaps I could provide some perspective on my poor experience that would help them. I could also explain how poorly I talk about their product to my other friends, who, like me, spend $25-$30k on barbecue islands and grills like this, and are choosing other products based on my experience here. In store, we worked with Shaun who was very knowledgeable. He told us pros and cons of the different units we were looking at so we could make an informed purchase. They price match other competitors as well (after rebates, which can be a little bit of a hassle but still easy to do). The techs who did the delivery and install were so much friendlier and did a better job than other installers that I have worked with in the past. I've bought and gotten appliances installed from other competitors like Costco and Home Depot in the past and the experience is night and day. I felt like Warners' Stellian's techs took extra care not to damage my home when they brought the appliances in, and made sure things were done properly, such as making sure the fridge doors were aligned properly. One of my favorite parts of working with Warners' Stellian is that their techs are all employed by them and seem to care more about the quality of their work. I purchased the ironclad plan for my appliances which has been so helpful because any time we have an issue with one of our appliances they have come out and fixed it, free of charge. Having that piece of mind and not having to track down a plumber or another third party contractor to fix our issues has been worth every penny. I also like how I can call a local number and speak to someone I know right away instead of being on a call line.

In all cases, I found them knowledgeable, dedicated and ultimately highly effective. The first time I walked in needing help was last spring. An outdoor faucet had begun to leak. I shut off the water supply and took out the handle hoping to replace just the washer. In trying to remove the washer, I managed to strip the soft brass center screw making it impossible to proceed. I went to a big box home store a purchased a replacement faucet. Overkill when all that was needed was a washer but I didn't think I had a choice. As it happened, the replacement didn't fit. I returned it and did what I should have done in the first place, took the faucet core to Jerry's. An experienced hand took a look and within minutes had extracted the stripped screw, found the proper washer replacement and installed it with a new screw. Total cost was $1.29. No charge for his time. I went home, reattached the handle and voila! No leak. The second trip involved the handle on my front door. After twenty years of reliable service, an internal part had broken off and was lodged inside as to make it impossible to unlock. I took the latch core out and saw the issue. Once again, I bought a replacement handle at the same big box home store only to realize once I got home that the new key wouldn't match the dead bolt. You'd think by now I would have learned my lesson and avoided the trip to Home Behemoth but no, I'm apparently a slow learner. I returned the door handle and took the broken mechanism to Jerry's. Another hardware veteran quickly located just exactly the replacement part needed that, when installed would mean I could continue to use the same key. Back home, I followed the steps that the fellow at Jerry's had patiently reviewed with me and, success! Finally, I needed a Cotter Pin (spring type). Yep, first went to Home Behemoth. Doh! First two people pointed vaguely toward hardware. Third person produced a box of Cotter Pins when I only needed one. Back to Jerry's. I was asked where will it be used (inside or outside), what type I needed (traditional, spring type, hammer lock, etc.), and the size. Based on my answers he pulled out a bin, extracted a single pin that perfectly met my requirements and I walked out only $1.79 lighter. Now, for most things hardware related I just go to Jerry's first and skip the big box headache.

She said she had gotten her pans at COSTCO, so naturally I went to look- they were sold out, and no wonder, Nordic Ware is fantastic quality. I did an online search and connected directly with Nordic Ware; I found exactly what I wanted plus more! Their Naturals line is a high end aluminum of professional quality and strength- I am a busy baker so this is just what I wanted. They also had the cooling racks and the durable lids for the pans! So, the cooling racks are oven safe- this is handy if you are cooking some bacon and want the grease to drip down into the pan as opposed to having the bacon swim in grease as it is cooking. The lids are so useful if you are taking some brownies or other goodies to some friends. The quarter sheet pans are also the perfect site to use as prep pans for deep frying foods- use one pan for flour dredging, the next for the egg wash and a third for your bread crumb coating- easy!!!! The length and depth of these pans is great for this type of prep. I am so thrilled with my purchase and it came beautifully packaged- the Nordic Ware logo tape across the box instantly put a smile in my face. When I opened the package, everything was wrapped In Nordic Ware logo paper. It was like unwrapping a gift to myself (yes it was ).
