The shop forced here to receive it at her house and pay cash that night. one week later - oil leaks, 2 vacuum hoses were hacked and fixed with heat shrink. car went back to shop 3 times for problems within 2 months. 2 months later my mother bought a new car as this one left here stranded needing a tow twice after paying over 6K. I hauled this hack job to colorado. THEY REUSED TIMING COMPONENTS, LEft Brake bolts loose, REUSED OLD SPARK PLUGS!!!!, LEft coolant hoses loose, Water pump was chinese knockoff that is whining and leaking into crankcase, Body mount bolts were loose, Brake caliper bolts loose, REused most gaskets included valve covers. Reused pistons and rods without machining. SEE PHOTO!!! pay attention to corrosion and worn bearing surfaces on rods - also pay attention to the filth and dirt all around while this is getting built. WORN pistons with contact from valves! This place is a terrible scam of a company. once again my mother paid over 6K for this engine and they even reused spark plugs!!!!! Engine has less than 2000 miles on it and is currently getting a complete appropriate rebuild. THey scammed my mother and based off my findings they really dont care for the customer or their own pride. No parts they put back were new GM OR ACDELCO. everything was a knockoff brand or a reused worn 160k mile part. This is the type of shop that disgraces mechanics.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! We took it back to Jim cause it was just not driving right. About a week later we picked it back up and paid more money for more repairs to the transmission! We drove it for about 10 days and then the truck just would not drive one day and left my husband and my daughter on the side of the road. So my husband called Jims and his wife answered. My husband told her everything that was going on and all she could say was "umm ok!..so my husband paid for it to get towed back to Jims Shop on a Sunday afternoon! We drove by everyday and the truck set right where my husband left it till Thursday afternoon! The part that was being replaced was a transmission pump witch should of been replaced when the transmission was rebuilt! We picked up truck...and one week later today it died again and transmission light came on! Called and complained and basicly i was told oh well sue us. Now we're paying again to have it repaired correctly at another shop.
