FOR RADIATOR REPAIR!
Where do I start?
The overall experience with Bryan has been piss poor. He picked up my brothers' car from my home on or around March 15, 2021. It was during that time that advised that the repairs would take approximately one week. Well, we are now in July, so I will let you do the math. As we advance through the one week, Bryan said that he would need a few more days to complete the job. Now, this was completely understandable due to Covid-19.
Now, here's where things started to wild. After having the car for about a month, my brother contacted him, and every time there was always some excuse on why it was not ready. Bryan continuously said he was finishing up and would need a few more days. It wasn't long before the days started turned into weeks. For example, if we called on Saturday, he'd always say Tuesday. We'd call a Monday; he'd say it'd be ready any day, except the day we were making contact. Get this; he even went as far as saying that the items to complete the repair had to come from China, which was the reason for the delay. (If that was the case, then all of the time you asked for two-three more days was lies to keep you from being exposed.) Furthermore, correct me if I'm wrong radiators and hoses can be bought locally at any auto parts store, and in the Spring-Houston area, it's one of those every 5 to 7 miles.
As the operation gets the car back continues. On June 30, Bryan begins to send a status update video to my brother's phone. Needless, to say it was going to be another week.
So Boom, July 5, 2021, finally got a phone saying the vehicle is ready for pick-up. We arrived to get the car around 6:00. Bryan initially said that he would take Cash App as a form of payment, but he refused because of so many disputed charges when we arrived. Rewind, when Bryan picked the car up, he said it would be initially 500-600 dollars, but somehow the total was not, but he later dropped it down to $800, supposed because of how long he took to make the repairs. I left my brother at the shop to look over the car while I went to grab money from the ATM. I went about 15-20 mins each direction to my Credit Union to pull the cash to keep from paying corners store fees for multiple transactions up to 200 dollars.
When my brother attempted to start the car, it would not start, but he did not start Bryan then made some adjustments, and the vehicle was able to get started. (Explain to me how you would not ensure the car would start before you call someone and tell them it's ready for pick-up?) My brother then asked if he'd be able to test drive to get a feel for the repairs. I went on to asked for an itemized receipt for the repairs. Bryan said that we didn't ask for one. Why would we have to ask for a receipt for services rendered?
Bryan then got upset, saying he does not have to allow a test drive and that all we need to do was pay him and leave. We then asked him, if you don't want to let us drive the car, you DRIVE it with him. As the night goes on, Bryan got upset took off his shirt, and started kicking and punching things in the driveway. He then snatched the key out of my brother's car while trying to get them out. He then told us that we were trespassing and needed to leave his property. My brother then Bryan's keys from his van. I parked my car in front of his van to keep him from going.
Bryan went on to call the police on my brother and me for reasons that were still unknown. May it's the fact that we told him that we wouldn't pay for a service until it was confirmed to have been properly complete. The car was stuck idling and sounded as if someone was stepping on and off the gas, which the car was not doing before he picked it up.
Yes, this was a long review, but when I tell you that the 4+ stars that this guy currently has are total bull crap, you better believe it and stay away. I am sure that he will come on this post and deny, deny, deny but facts or facts. So there is no need.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL be WITHOUT YOUR CAR for Months. We paid him for the services, and as of today, we take the car to Pep Boys, and he has been confirming that the work done was complete shit, and we have to have something reworked. His shop looks nothing like these pictures, and it's similar to a junkyard. RUN...RUN RUN...
