We even scheduled a repair with him on some other damage so his shop would get the money. Not even 24hrs later the repair he was proud about bubbled out in the rain on both sides. The generator didn't work ike he promised and he stated he would make it right to bring it back. My husband took another day off from work and drove it back up, THEN TIRE SIDE BLEW OFF AND ALmOST HIT AN OSP OFFICER ON THE FREEWAY!! Upon arriving steve fish told my husband where to park and proceeded inside. Things got heated and him and his wife janet kicked him off the property and told us they would not repair it or give us our money back. His wife is a horrible human being and went as far as to lie and say she was there during the transaction (she was not). I have filed a suit and feel confident I will get my money back because no judge is going to allow someone to treat people like this. Please do yourself a favor and run from this place.

The problem was a piece of cardboard someone had added to the fridge. No charge for that. While he had our rv he did a front-to-back walkthrough for a checkup and found several repairs that had the wrong size parts or wire gauge or fuses. These issues would have become problems eventually but his expertise helped us avoid downtime and expense. Archie is a certified professional, highly trained in this field. He always asks if a used part is acceptable and does everything possible to keep the cost down. He is the only rv repairman we trust. He deserves to have his sterling reputation shared. No breaker or fuse was thrown or burnt out. 12 volt didn't kick in. No electric, no water, no nutin', but the power was still running the greenhouse and shed. (???) We called Tim and Ed (at Brothers RV Repair) after a number of other useless calls. We had happened to save their info from a post on FB "Rogue Valley Sales" group site. They answered immediately, pretty much had the situation figured out before we were off the phone and brought every contingency measure that they had at their disposal to alleviate our concerns. They got here within an hour and a half, looked it over, checked connections, output and such, fiddled with converter, replugged in the power cord and "Voilá", back in business! What a RELIEF. They stayed ample time to talk to us to make suggestions on what we might want to do to so it didn't happen again. Their knowledge was great and pointed out the general problem, which wasn't theirs to repair, (power pole). But we got good working information we felt very confident about. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They are HEROs in our book.
