Unlike other stores on the main drag, this shop was incredibly well organized and allowed the eye room to breathe with pockets of displays amidst wide open space. I'd purchased a key ring somewhere else but wanted the back engraved and Zach did it the same day. Its not like the piece you're having engraved has to be purchased there but there are plenty of key rings and assorted merchandise to choose from. I'm totally impressed with their customer service, the amount of time it takes them to engrave and the quality of the finished product. Their prices are very reasonable and the engraving is also very reasonable, unlike the engraving kiosks that some malls have. Some engraving places won't even DO the engraving unless you purchased the item from them which isn't always the case. That doesn't happen at Engraved Gift. You won't regret using them. It's easy to find, in between Turpin Dodge and House of China's on JFK Road. They are located in a mini strip mall. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out quickly. Totally thrilled with the two pieces I've bought recently.
