Left their and went to a Buyer in Chamblee and was offered 75% of the silver market melt down value at the time!

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here

When I said I didn't want them, they said they could make the ring bigger, but it would cost $80 - the entire cost of the ring. So I left, went to a small jewelry stand I happened to come across in Northlake mall, and the man there re-sized it perfectly for $30 and was professional and straightforward. I definitely wouldn't go to Flawless Jewelry & Phone Repair unless you know exactly what you need done and how much it should cost, and don't mind dealing with sliminess.

I actually live out of town a when I come in into the Atlanta area I ALWAYS find myself in Midtown Jewelers. the first time was in their store I had an piece of jewlery that needed to be cleaned the jeweler noticed a loose diamond. My ring was not only cleaned and polished and my diamond secured back into its setting it was done at no cost. I was very surprised a business that isnt after every penny! The staff are experienced. The personal kind of customer service I recieved is something that hardly exsist anymore. They are always honest and adress the needs or concerns I have. They have a wonderful selection of Jewelry. Ive purchased wonderful pieces from there. They are also in a wonderful convienent location. If I am in of need a quick repair there are little shops and eaterys which I can explore while I wait. While I am only in town a few times a year and MidTown Jewelers is ALWAYS a stop for me. read more

I LOVE Midtown Jewelers! Every other jewelry has ALWAYS tried to rip me off. Not only does Midtown Jewelers do better work for a better price, but they're incredibly nice! Whether it's creating a customer piece of jewelry, or fixing a piece of jewelry that I've had for years, I don't go anywhere but the best! :-) I don't take my jewelry anywhere else, and I don't let my friends or family trust their jewelry to anyone else either! I am generally very wary of giving businesses raving reviews. However, I can honestly say they are the best at what they do and being customer focused. It is rare these days to find a company that goes above and beyond to keep a customer. Regular retail jewelry stores have fallen to the side since I met these people. I will continue to give them my business. It is definitely worth the trip. You will not be disappointed. read more

I panicked the day my diamond fell out of my engagement ring and instantly took it to Midtown. They were FABULOUS!!!! Not only did they reset my diamond but they fixed the problem that was created by the original manufacturer of the ring to help the diamond sit better. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work and have told so many friends about them. Hands down I would trust them with any and all of my jewelry!!! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Worthmore in Decatur Georgia buying my wedding rings and I thought I'd stop by and ask Laura Foster who had really helped out me out with those. Well not only did she listen to the stories about my mom, and helped me asses the value of the ring and gold she had but she helped me design an amazingly beautiful pendant to remember my mom using her engagement ring and we talked about what her life meant to me. I ended up with a compass pendant since mom was my guide and I became hers later in life. Laura even suggested using her diamonds to face east to west for her sunrise and sunset. With a special inscription on the back. I am in awe of the work they do at Worthmore and I recommend them anyone who needs a special piece of jewelry commissioned or is just looking for someone to take you under their wing and talk wedding rings and jewelry to you. Laura is very informative she also helped us insure our precious pieces which came in handy when I lost the diamond from my wedding ring in a freak accident! Their store also has alot of one of a kind stuff too! So go see Laura Foster and she will help you find the special piece that everyone will comment on and you will never take off!

2 things. First, I…read morebrought by David Yurman bracelet in to get fixed. It looked fine and was whole - in one piece as when I bought it. It had a small loop in the stringing that needed to be tightened. They reached out a week later and told me it could not be fixed, come get it. When I returned it was in a pile - see picture. There was no offer to pay to reassemble it, just "here's your bracelet" although now it is just a pile of junk. Second, the woman at the front desk was a mean, snarling, uptight and obviously not very bright spokesperson for the store. She immediately told me it was not their fault, that it fell apart "as soon as they took it out of the bag" and I have no recourse. This woman needs to find a new job. Put her in a back room where she has zero customer interaction or under the bridge from whence she came. It's alright bitter, unhappy, unhealthy shopkeeper, I'll make sure the news of your attitude and customer service finds a much larger audience. Maybe you'll learn the lesson that if you don't treat the customer correctly, it will have consequences.
