I asked the person in the meat department that came out of the back with snot dripping down his face and all he could say is we don't have any. There was another woman that wanted ground turkey only to be told get a rain check. The packaging of other meat looked like someone just covered it with plastic wrap and not the usual "sealed" package. I then returned all the other items I had chosen to go with the grilled lamb chops I had planned for dinner. I stopped in the deli only to find a very long line and the same lone deli worker that always greets people with a warm smile. I asked to speak to a manager on my way out only to be told they didn't know where they were. I came home and tried to email someone, anyone without success. In this day and age when people can choose where to spend their money corporations should be paying attention. Shaw's won't be my first stop in the future.

I do believe that if the workers wanted to they could have given me a print out but instead they chose not to. Ik they could have printed it out bc normally there are other workers who do excellent at assisting with this. I believe as a former customer service worker that a minor inconvenience for the worker is better than a minor inconvenience for the customer/ consumers who is the reason these businesses are able to function. I am very upset by this.
