I've always heard about Maine's amazing lobster and wanted to try one. I googled lobster and Southern Maine Lobster Company popped up. It was 20 min to closing but the staff was still really cool. The guy explained to me about the different lobster types. The one I ordered was a soft shelled. It took them about 10 minutes to steam it. I didn't have any butter or tools, but he said I probably won't need it and he was right. I took my lobster to the beach and ate it there...and it was AMAZING. Sweet, meaty and delightful.
