This stellar company was contracted to add a top story 7"wide, 7' length gutter of galvanized aluminum that the previous installer, South Florida Gutters, omitted in doing for us (and would not return phone calls to come back and add it). It was also discovered that old school, long nails were used in the lower gutter installation by South Florida, and Jerry's had to go in between those nail connections with invisible, inside bracketed screws in order to secure a more seamless joining to the eave of the house. We also replaced both original 20 year old downspouts, as they were damaged in the previous installation and looked really bad next to the new pristine gutters. A splash guard was also added to keep the top level gutter from rushing down from a vulnerable area to the bottom gutter from the top level gutter. Jerry's Seamless Guttering is THE most professional company to do business with....everyone from the front office, to Bill, the quote provider, and to the installer, Art, were so polite and professional! Jerry's office returns calls in a most timely manner, speaks ENGLISH fluently, and gets your quote and job done ASAP, with no hidden costs. In my case, it was miraculously all done within a week's time! Save yourself a lot of grief and do not use South Florida Gutters...their command of the English language is lacking on the phone reception end, they won't return calls, change installation times several times, do shoddy work, etc. read more

I called Jerry's Seamless Gutter and they came out within the hour to give me a quote. I didn't shop around so I don't know if price was high or low but it was what I budgeted for so I accepted the quote and suggestions from Bill. It was a custom color so it was gonna to take a while but it I didn't take it would take a little under 3 weeks. When they finally came out actually installation took about 30-40 mins tops, in and out. We did a walk through and they went about their way. Salesman showed up on time and was very professional in explaining the installation and products used. Waited a week or so before I got a phone call that they were available to install my gutters early due to a cancellation. Two trucks arrived and the team of installers went to work. I had some minor changes as I had purchased a rain barrel and wanted one downspout on the side of the house instead of in the front. They were able to accommodate my requests. Beware, their 10 year warranty on material and 5 year warranty on labor means nothing. The company took my deposit and had to be called back three times and still never completed. I honestly cannot say enough about the mistake I made when choosing this company. Did a great job installing gutters in a timely fashion. However, DO NOT pay for the gutter cleaning!!! I was charged $150 to clean about 30 feet of gutters. After noticing they did not use a water hose or sprayer of any sort, I asked Bill if they actually cleaned my gutters, he said, "Yes, the guys picked the leaves out with their hand." Are you serious!!! I could have done that. I repeat, not a reputable company to have your gutters cleaned!!! I gave him a chance to remedy the situation before writing this review, but he insisted on telling me that is how they do the cleaning. Save your money and call someone else. read more

I received a detailed estimate by email less than 30 minutes later. I accepted the proposal by return email and received a call from Jerry that afternoon saying his crew would be on site the next morning. It is interesting to note that the owner called me back twice only after the review was posted. He never called me prior to the review being posted. Nor was I called the day I cancelled the job despite the worker arriving 10 minutes after the cancellation. He kindly offered to do the work at another point in time when I initiated the call the morning the worker was to show up only to find out that the worker had a flat 35 minutes earlier and it was impossible to anticipate when I would receive a call. About 3 hrs later I cancelled the appointment. I indicated to Jerry that someone, anyone, should have called me. He said the worker was going to call me.
