If I could do less than a star, I would. Less than a month ago we brought our 2002 Saturn to Jerry's Specialty Auto in Orange. Our air conditioner was not working and we asked to have it fixed. They replaced one hose and did an Evac & Recharge. The hose cost $64.80 but labor was $388.70. Less than a month later the a/c stopped working. It was not fixed. We took it back and they said two more hoses were leaking and to replace them, add Freon, and evac/recharge would cost us another $600 plus. I was flabbergasted. I asked why those hoses weren't replaced then? The receptionist said the person that worked on the vehicle was not properly trained then she gave the phone to someone else. He said the car was old and hoses bust. I asked why weren't all the hoses replaced since he knew the car was old. He didn't answer that question but said they weren't responsible AND it would have cost the same amount ($600) if they did it then. I called him on that and said maybe it might have taken an hour more plus parts but not anywhere $600 more. He said take it somewhere else. Well yeah, they might do it for less than $600.00. DON'T take your vehicle to this place that takes advantage of two widows. read more

Shady businessman! If I could give negative stars i would. My Jeep has been there for over 5 months! All I wanted was an estimate of everything wrong with it, basically a bumper to bumper, top to bottom estimate. The owner never once called me about it. When I would call he'd talk over me and interrupt constantly. Then he says that he's got $500.00 in it already! He says I authorized it. No one gives a blank check to do whatever! Made him undo what he's done and now he wants $95 for the estimate!! Very shady business! read more

Horrible service and problems with additional damage to our vehicle! It took over a week to get our vehicle back, and once we did, rats had gotten inside and torn up the back seat. We weren't even politely notified of the damage - we had to find it for ourselves. When we tried talking to the owner to see if he'd help pay for the damage (since it occurred while the vehicle was in his possession), he rudely said no THEN admitted it happened to another customer and he didn't take any liability in that instance either. This is a poor way to conduct business! So we got our car fixed, but got it back with another problem we must deal with. Never take your vehicle to these people. Their customer service is horrible, their timing is slow, and you might end up with damage in your vehicle. read more

Beware!!!!!!! place is a rip off .. took may car there for a wheel bearing. now rack and pinion leaks looks like they jacked the car up on it, owner wont do anything about it. Thanks Jerry's read more

would not recommend. seems dishonest. car has been at his shop for over a month. I have to call him to get updates. Will quote you a low price, but then will end up probably paying more. read more
