Kyle, AKA "Sergeant Slaughter", always has clean kills, is happy to educate his customers (even the very young ones!), and always does a neat job, leaving very little mess at the farm. Jennifer is great with experienced customers like myself, trying new cuts and new ideas, as well as being patient and informative with our customers here at the farm who have never purchased their meat directly or made a custom cut order before. The whole shop bends over backwards to help people, from scheduling pickups outside of regular hours for out of town customers, to donating food to local citizens who otherwise might not have a Thanksgiving dinner, and facilitating science projects for local high schoolers. This is what "small business" should look like. They're local, they're professional, they're organized, and they're philanthropic. We expect to do business with them as long as we live here!

The amount and love and care they pour into their animals and the pride they take in providing the best grass for the cows to feed on is unparalleled to anything else. We have always received such high quality meat and over the years. Even some of our friends who have tried our beef have decided to buy from them as well. We are so happy with their beef that once a year we make the drive from Colorado to the farm to pick up our meat. It is well worth the trip knowing the quality and care put into the beef. The bonus is that we have developed such a wonderful friendship with the people who raise our food. What a blessing that is! With all that's going on in this crazy world we live in and what seems like the constant attack on pure, God given, clean, healthy food it is so wonderful to have found Holy Cow where we know we are getting the best food money can buy. Both have been such a pleasure to talk to and always have smiles on their faces! Great job to Ben and Shannon! When I returned to the store, the associate Christina informed me that she could not help and offered only to throw the expired items away for me. She acknowledged this was not the first time expired products had been sold and mentioned they are working on improving their system -- which is concerning in itself. When I asked if we could review the purchase records, Christina declined, initially claiming that records older than two months are deleted. When I pointed out that my purchase was only from last month, the reason shifted -- she could now locate the timeframe but said the records were no longer accessible because the transaction was processed under a former employee. Apparently when staff leave, their sales history becomes unreachable. I find that very hard to believe. I am not writing this over $15. What I cannot overlook is the dismissive treatment and the series of inconsistent excuses that felt designed to get me out of the store without any real resolution. I am a loyal customer who visits Bangkok Asian Market regularly and spends significantly on each trip (since opening in 2023). That loyalty deserved at minimum honesty and a genuine effort to help. I hope management takes this seriously, it is not okay to sell expired food, it is not okay to be treated this way, and it is not okay to be told to just dump the products with no real resolution. People work hard for their money. I understand mistakes happen but this can be made right in many other ways. Customers deserve better.
