I am not sure how to describe this place. I don't know if it's a bar, a restaurant, a sports bar, a family restaurant, or pizzeria. Regardless how you describe it, this place should come with a warning. Eat pizza carefully, as you will get addicted to it. I'm lucky for us , if they sell pizza by the slice and do not just one or two kinds. They had eight different kinds on display. The crest was amazing. I could have had the crust by itself. But maybe that runs the bar and the cash register provided amazing customer service. They also have it ton of beers on tap like 44 or do. Regardless of your preference, I am sure you will find something you like. I am sure that as soon as I step outside, I am going to turn around and come back in and order another slice of pizza. read more

Ordered pizza for pick up. Stayed at Eagle Crest, drove in to pick up. Pizza was on-time as promised. Ordered the Ba da Bing. Pizza was okay - thin crust, good flavor, Italian sausage was spicy. Enough for four. Pizza was $40, which leans on the spendy side for pizzerias. When you look at it feeding four, not so bad. Overall good. read more

On my last night in Redmond, I wanted to try some new beers but had already been to all my favorite spots. Using my favorite beer app, I saw some fun beers on tap at this place and decided to check it out. It ended up being one of the best beer bars on the whole trip, and a place I'll be coming back to again. Their pizza style is East Coast, which I love. I had already eaten dinner, but got a slice of cheese just to try it and loved it. Next time I'll have more. The place is cozy, with bar seating, small tables, etc., plus lots of TVs for sporting events. The bartender was really welcoming and friendly. I asked about tasting flights and was told they don't do that but I could order a half size of any beer for half the price. They have a killer tap list - I had to start with a Russian River STS Pils, then moved to some other local beers including one tiny beer at 3% that was on sale for $1 a glass and was really tasty. This is the Best pizza in Central Oregon in my opinion. The ingredients are high quality, great sauce, cheese and meats. My search for the best pizza in Central Oregon continues. We were invited to Jersey Boys Pizzeria to attend a Halloween Costume Party. The pizzeria is a small place and the 30 party goers nearly overwhelmed the place. Typical of small pizzerias, the seating is on benches at long tables. We ended up at the end of a table next to a wall which forced us to climb over people to order food. You need to go to a counter to order food, either full pie or by the piece. We opted for slices from 4 different pies that, after a long wait, were delivered to us at the table. The service was unacceptably slow. Understandably, the staff was very busy making pizzas; but, to plainly ignore three people standing at the counter ready to order is unforgivable. On the plus side, the pizzas were as close to authentic New York-style as I have tried in Central Oregon. On the negative side, the pizzas were average at best. read more

Love the ability to try different kinds of pizzas here! It's so easy to try new ingredient combinations when it's a pizza by the slice place, and Jersey Boys definitely has a great variety of rotating flavors to offer. I honestly haven't had a slice that I haven't enjoyed here. I believe I saw the other day that they have a drive thru window?? Haven't tried it but figured it was worth mentioning! If you plan to eat in, you're being warned now that I feel like it's always cold inside. I've gotten a slice to go almost every time I've been here as it's an easy spot to stop for a quick bite, although my parents have said they have been very disappointed with the service the last couple of times they went. Even sitting at the bar they were struggling to get the attention of the bartender to order another beer. Other times they have reported really good and friendly service - so I suppose it just depends on who is working! I don't drink anymore but my parents have said they've enjoyed their ample selection of beers on tap! Recently got a large takeout pizza from Jersey Boys. Very solid NY style pizza. I got the "Phil's Philosophy" with pepperoni, spicy sausage and black olives. The drive through pickup was convenient also. Good place! read more

- July 2023: i literally watched a boy cut his finger over a pizza then they tried to sell it. i asked kindly if they'd remake it and he gladly did- but only after i said i didn't feel comfortable eating it. - June 2024: I was left on hold for TWO HOURS before i hung up. (June 18th. i called at 5:54pm- it's STILL off the receiver, over two hours later (8:30pm)) I was with a group of people and decided to leave my phone on speaker just to see how long I was left on hold - I hung up at the two hour mark, after it wasn't funny anymore) After 25 minutes on hold I knew I wasn't going to order from them, so I had my husband call Paradise Pizza - our bill over there was $315 before 20% tip. What can I say, we have a large group. You missed out on that from us, let alone any other customers that couldn't ring through. we listened to every conversation staff had when they were close enough to the receiver- all about cleaning and how she wants to switch up rolls., talking to someone about a story about her grandpa, mindless conversation. i'm in the restaurant industry - have been for almost 20 yrs!- and that mistake would've gotten me fired. the amount of business that you missed out on is probably wild. UPDATE: I spoke with Anna Somethingberry and she lied to me about " sorry ma'am, we were slammed and we couldn't take any more orders", which we both know is incorrect, because I sat there and listened to every conversation that they had. Also, common sense calls for a simple "hi I'm sorry for the wait, but we are just so busy right now if you'd like to come in and place an order in house, we can definitely do that but right now we are unable to take orders over the phone for takeout." isn't that simple enough? Instead, she says "sure can I place you on a short hold?" after she answers the phone... and then lets it sit there until close. Wild. I cannot think of any business that would run in such a fashion. Anna needs to lose her job as well as have a refresh in customer service course... I will be following up with the owner because this is absolutely insane. The way she spoke to me on the phone with immediately defensive. She was ready for a fight when all i did was call shortly after close to ask why I sat listening to conversations between staff & staff and a few customers instead of a simple "we can't take your order right now". She said " We have cameras that show that we were slammed " and I responded with "I'm not here for a fight, im not saying you weren't busy.. im just asking why i was left ignored?" She couldn't answer me but instead talked gibberish. I hope she experiences the kind of customer service that I received from her today. When it comes to pizza my east coast roots ( New York) judge how a pizza should be. Jersey Boys doesn't come close to New York pizza. We had a large cheese pizza. Growing up in New York the test of great pizza was a pizza with no toppings. The crust is a very important part to passing the test. Jersey Boys crust is hard and has no give to it. Went to Jersey Boys pizzaria tonight to grab a slice on my way home. The restaurant was semi-busy for 6:20pm in a Monday. i ordered a slice of Da Boss. Great flavor but I think it had been baked a few hours before because the reheating made the crust cracker like. (St. Louis style) the flavor was exactly what I was I needed. Its a bit dark inside and thats fine. Seemed clean everywhere and the guys working were pretty clean cut which I appreciate for food handling. Thanks, I'll be back. read more

We are out of towners and wanted to find a good pizza joint. This place was what we were looking for. If you like huge slices of pizza, this is the place for you. We stopped in for an early dinner, around 4:00 pm. To our surprise, there were quite a few folks already in the establishment. You have to go up to the counter to place your order. The have cases of single slice varieties if you chose that route. We ordered a whole pizza-- Hawaiian! The also had a huge selection of beer. You had to order your beer in a separate line, but they start a tab so everything you order just gets tallied on your tab. This place also has a drive up window if you call in an order, that seemed like a nice convenience. There was only two workers and the place was busy, they were doing a pretty good job at keeping things moving as fast as they could. It was pretty loud in there, so if you were looking for a more quiet ambiance, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Overall, we enjoyed the pizza and will return if ever back in Redmond. read more

Best crispy thin crust!! We got the ba da bing which was the favorite of the two pizzas we got. Great size pizza with 8 slices and loaded with tons of toppings. We also got a side of the breadsticks which were delicious and came with a very yummy side of marinara and balsamic. I was surprised at how good it was to dip the breadstick in the balsamic. Also had a great selection of sauces including aardvark. If you like spicy, make sure to ask for this sauce. Great vibe in the restaurant. A couple large tables. An outdoor seating is available. The only downside was how long it took to get the pizza, but I think that's what it takes to bake such a large pizza to perfection. read more

Last month we got pizza at papa Murphy's and for 3 pizzas and a GF pizza it cost us over $60. After I saw the receipt I realized only the rich can afford pizza at papa Murphy's. This past weekend I was refusing to make dinner and my husband decided to call in an order to Jersey boys. We had been there once before, 3 years ago when we moved here and I remembered it being pretty good. So he grabbed a gourmet pizzas that has local ingredients on it, 2 slices for the kids and I got a GF pizza that was AMAZING. And all that for less than we paid at papas. And it was way, way better. Annnnnd we are supporting local. So, from now on. No more fast food chains for pizza. Jersey boys forever. I can't wait to try another pizza. And their salads sound good!
