This was my first and last time trying this place. I had the jalapeño bacon cheese sticks, white pizza (medium), and stuffed crust pizza with pepperonis (large). The cheese sticks were good, the white pizza was bland and didn't look like the picture advertised on the website, and I thought the stuffed crust pizza tasted the best out of all 3 items. however, after a couple days of having it, I started feeling very nauseous. I didn't think the pizza had anything to do with it until I really examined the crust and realized it was so stretchy, I feel as though it was under baked. A couple days after I stopped eating it, I felt better. I won't take another chance with their pizza again. read more

I would probably give this place 3 1/2 stars if I could, but it was closer to a 4 than a 3. We ordered one of the giant pizzas for our family of 4. We had plenty left over after we were full. I have trouble believing what I was told. I called in to order an 18" pizza and family sized salad. For the pizza I asked for a Combo and asked for it to be cut square. I was told they don't do that. Since they did it for me before, I told I know they did do it. I have it done for a member in my family doesn't eat crusts. The person on the phone then gave me to the manager who told me the same. No square cut. I said, "OK, don't cut it at all, I'll cut it when I get home." She said, "we have to cut it, company policy." We got a large pepperoni that was dripping so much oil it was unappealing, and the pepperoni was so mild it was bland. We both decided it was not worth the calories. Also got a veggie and added sausage. By doing so they switched pricing to charging individually for each topping making the pizza $15.50 more expensive. I've ordered pizzas multiple times and every time I show up and I give a 10min grace period pizza is ready at 7. I show up at 7:10 and they haven't even started my pizza. It's not because they are busy. This happens on a Tuesday at 3pm. It's literally every time. 5 plus people working just standing and talking. Well, let down again... Two stars for some decent flavor but twice now the order has been wrong. Let's try and repeat the phone order back to the customer to confirm accuracy. My gut told me to check it before leaving but I really didn't want to wait for another whole pie to cook as I was on a time schedule. Seems that there is a reason for the empty dining area. Sad. The guys were pleasant and hooked up the parm, chili flakes and extra ranch for the pie, but I REALLY was looking forward to that stuffed crust goodness I heard about. Cibelli's is the best! I have literally made at least 3 10+ trips to get some Cibelli's! Where to even start? First, they hand toss their pizzas and not only does it make for a great show, it also makes the dough perfectly distributed. As it is a New York Pizza, it is a thin crust and the crust is my favorite part! It's always cooked to perfection with a soft inside and the perfect amount of crispy-ness on the outside. They use the highest quality of ingredients and they seem to have only gotten better over the 10 years that I have been visiting this establishment! They make a 24" Pizza; it's gargantuan! It can easily feed an entire of family with plenty of leftovers! They also sell an 18", 14" and a 10"! If you just want to stop in for a single slice or two, they do that too! The slices come from the 24", so it is pretty filling! They also make their own white sauce and, in my opinion, it's the best part of their pizza! I get a white pie every time! The red sauce is also incredibly good! The staff are fast, friendly and polite! I've never experienced anything but fast, excellent service, even during the busy lunch rush when all the high school students from across the street come over and flood the place! We are in search of a real 5 star pizza restaurant near our house. Cibelli's Pizza was good but not even close to 5 stars. We were greeted by a young man at the counter who, after we consulted the menu, took our order for a Combo Pizza. He told us that he needed to get a time for us. He returned with a, not unreasonable, time of 25 minutes and handed us cups for the self service soft drink machine. We picked a table and, after a few minutes, moved to another table because the sun was shining in our eyes and I could not find anyway to block it. Our pizza was delivered to our table, after 22 minutes, with two very flimsy paper plates and small containers of crushed pepper and cheeses. After a short search, I found plastic knives and forks. The pizza was hot. The crust itself was very good as was the pizza sauce. The toppings were best described as sparse. Essentially, what we were served was a pizza crust and enough toppings to provide flavor. My idea of a combo pizza is that the purpose of the crust is to support a mountain of toppings. A couple of reviews called this New York Pizza. I have enjoyed real New York Pizza in New York City, this is not New York Pizza. Cibelli's Pizza will do in a pinch; but, for me, is not a go to restaurant. read more

Filled with New York iconography, it is pretty bare bones. I'd recommend ordering your pizza to go since they don't have delivery service. Most of the diners eating in order pizza by the slice, which is a deal for $3. You create your own pizza from standard meat, cheese and veggie options. A large 18" pizza with a few toppings is around $20 and can feed 3-4 people. They frequently run specials for a foot long slice of pizza and a soda. This is not artisan pizza with crazy ingredients, but you can order the standard pizza or have it made thin and crispy or thick and chewy. Their house specialty is a White Pizza with four cheeses and garlic sauce. I'm a fan of the pesto sauce and the dinner salad for $4 was a good deal. They have four beers on tap, red or white wine and a soda dispenser with free refills. The staff is very nice and this is becoming a regular spot on our visits to Redmond. read more

The pizza here is damn great, and the cheese sticks are pretty amazing. I can't review them positively because they aren't requiring masks inside their stores. They will not require masks, even after the state mandate. After Covid started, I wasn't comfortable visiting inside their store to grab my order, so I'd request they bring it out to my car. I always tipped 15-20% for the trouble. After mask mandates started, I called to place an order and requested it be brought to my car. They couldn't accommodate my request because they were busy, and asked me to come inside to grab it. I asked if they were requiring masks, and they said they 'were leaving that up to the cops or whatever to enforce'. I canceled my order and I won't be back. If you are an at-risk person, I would suggest not eating here. Their customers' health and safety is not their priority. If you think masks are dumb, this is the place for you! read more

Cibelli's offers a variety of pizza options ranging from personal sized pizzas (10") to group sized pizzas (24"). The staff are really nice and engaging, they also offer brews and wines from what I have seen. We got a 18" large pizza for only $16! Which isn't bad if you've been to other pizza joints. It has a small pizza joint type of feel, good vibes and good pizzas which reminds me. The Pizza here is pretty good by all standards. I would say it is above average! What stood out to me the most was the dough. It is very doughy and soft and cooked just right like a pizza should. Their pepperonis were also pretty good, it tastes like real legit meat! Cibelli's of Redmond is overall a great place to try pizza whether you are with family, friends, or solo! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is really seeking to find good Zah. read more

I we had more than enough for dinner plus late night snacks and breakfast for the boys. We stayed at Eagle Crest and it's only a 10 minute drive. I recommend! As someone who lived near NYC for several years, this pizza is fantastic. Hands down the best pizza in central Oregon. Really good soft crust. I don't know why the place has 3.5 stars. I think because they are lax on masks as is Redmond. Shame people can't give a restaurant an objective rating anymore without their corrupting it with their personal bias. Oh yeah the pizza. The pepperoni is slightly greasy and full disclosure never had anything but their cheese and pepperoni. 10/10 recommend the cheese pizza, and the cheese pizza is how you judge a pizza place.
