I have trouble believing what I was told. I called in to order an 18" pizza and family sized salad. For the pizza I asked for a Combo and asked for it to be cut square. I was told they don't do that. Cibelli's is the best! I have literally made at least 3 10+ trips to get some Cibelli's! Where to even start? First, they hand toss their pizzas and not only does it make for a great show, it also makes the dough perfectly distributed. As it is a New York Pizza, it is a thin crust and the crust is my favorite part! It's always cooked to perfection with a soft inside and the perfect amount of crispy-ness on the outside. They use the highest quality of ingredients and they seem to have only gotten better over the 10 years that I have been visiting this establishment! They make a 24" Pizza; it's gargantuan! It can easily feed an entire of family with plenty of leftovers! They also sell an 18", 14" and a 10"! If you just want to stop in for a single slice or two, they do that too! The slices come from the 24", so it is pretty filling! They also make their own white sauce and, in my opinion, it's the best part of their pizza! I get a white pie every time! We are in search of a real 5 star pizza restaurant near our house. Cibelli's Pizza was good but not even close to 5 stars. We were greeted by a young man at the counter who, after we consulted the menu, took our order for a Combo Pizza. He told us that he needed to get a time for us. He returned with a, not unreasonable, time of 25 minutes and handed us cups for the self service soft drink machine. We picked a table and, after a few minutes, moved to another table because the sun was shining in our eyes and I could not find anyway to block it. Our pizza was delivered to our table, after 22 minutes, with two very flimsy paper plates and small containers of crushed pepper and cheeses. After a short search, I found plastic knives and forks. The pizza was hot. The crust itself was very good as was the pizza sauce. The toppings were best described as sparse. Essentially, what we were served was a pizza crust and enough toppings to provide flavor. My idea of a combo pizza is that the purpose of the crust is to support a mountain of toppings. A couple of reviews called this New York Pizza. I have enjoyed real New York Pizza in New York City, this is not New York Pizza. A large 18" pizza with a few toppings is around $20 and can feed 3-4 people. They frequently run specials for a foot long slice of pizza and a soda. This is not artisan pizza with crazy ingredients, but you can order the standard pizza or have it made thin and crispy or thick and chewy. Their house specialty is a White Pizza with four cheeses and garlic sauce. I'm a fan of the pesto sauce and the dinner salad for $4 was a good deal. They have four beers on tap, red or white wine and a soda dispenser with free refills. The staff is very nice and this is becoming a regular spot on our visits to Redmond. read more

They will not require masks, even after the state mandate. After Covid started, I wasn't comfortable visiting inside their store to grab my order, so I'd request they bring it out to my car. I always tipped 15-20% for the trouble. After mask mandates started, I called to place an order and requested it be brought to my car. They couldn't accommodate my request because they were busy, and asked me to come inside to grab it. I asked if they were requiring masks, and they said they 'were leaving that up to the cops or whatever to enforce'. I canceled my order and I won't be back. The staff are really nice and engaging, they also offer brews and wines from what I have seen. We got a 18" large pizza for only $16! Which isn't bad if you've been to other pizza joints. It has a small pizza joint type of feel, good vibes and good pizzas which reminds me. The Pizza here is pretty good by all standards. I would say it is above average! What stood out to me the most was the dough. It is very doughy and soft and cooked just right like a pizza should. Their pepperonis were also pretty good, it tastes like real legit meat!
