Wish I could give 0 stars…read more Made an appointment for pick up, took off work to be there....and no show for 35 minutes so I call and they tell me they can "send a guy out now- he will be 20 minutes- because they opened late today" So my 10-11 appointment is now a 10:55 appointment. I said no thanks and the owner calls me back with a backhanded apology saying they were still in within the timeframe. Then he has the nerve to tell me I'm playing games because I said they could still come check out the car but I wasn't certain I would take the offer if it changed from my original quote.
