Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in at approximately 6:40 PM to ask about placing a $400 party tray order for a construction crew. Two employees who identified themselves as Dani and Lena completely ignored me. I stood there waiting for assistance while multiple customers who arrived after me were helped first. After standing there for 10 minutes without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment, I walked out at 6:50 PM and took my business elsewhere. I've never experienced customer service this poor. The owners of this establishment should be embarrassed that a potential customer looking to place a $400 catering order was treated as if he didn't exist. Losing a large order because employees can't be bothered to acknowledge a customer is unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. My husband and I have been big Jersey Mikes fans but their portion of meat and cheese on the sub seems to have shrunk substantially. We are so sad about this ,they once were great subs. read more

Every time we order, everyone's order is right, but mine... every single time we order here. I don't get it! So disappointed, but it's not a bad place. It just ends up with someone who doesn't like sandwiches or bowls, and when I'm craving a sandwich in a bowl, it's always missing something from the order, and it makes my order even more disappointing when the craving is for things you aren't a big fan of. I'm not much of a sandwich/hoagie fan, so when I'm really in the mood for it, craving it all day, and then get another messed-up order, it just ruins the meal I waited all day for. So, now I know not to look forward to my future orders so much, since things are always missing. So maybe go to another location! PS, I follow someone who owns a Jersey Mike's, and I've seen him show things that I've never seen. Like, the rare times I've ordered a sandwich, I like my bread toasted and the whole sandwich. Found out they toast the bread, but I've never seen/had that. I do like this place, but I wish they would get my orders correct!!!!! read more

Haven't been to a ton of Jersey Mike's but from what I can tell this one is standard. They use good hearty bread, slice the meat and cheese to order, and all the ingredients looked fresh. I had a Grilled Portabella Mushroom and Swiss and it was amazing. The vegetables were grilled perfectly for flavour without sacrificing the fresh taste and juiciness. It's awesome that they have a vegetarian alternative to their cheesesteak subs now. I split a brownie with my travel party and I have to say their brownies are always nice and fudgy, and taste surprisingly fresh considering they're pre-packaged. Knocking one star because the kid working the register rushed us to pay when we were trying to see what they had before getting a drink or dessert. Shop was clean and pretty spacious. read more

Big fan of Jersey Mike's! Never been to this location , but it was the closest to me. I walked in to order it to-go. As soon as I walk in, all the employees just stared. We walk up to order without any greeting or even a hello. They just ask "what are you getting" and continue to make our sandwiches with no smile or any kind of customer service. Ordered a giant number 13 Italian sub. Best cold cut hoagie I've had in years. Great quality ingredients. The meat and cheese are freshly sliced per order. They use a very generous amount too, not like some other chains. The bread was really good too. They have a rosemary Parmesan I want to try next visit. It was my first time visiting this location. The interior is so nicely decorated, modern beach and it's super clean! The owner was there and sliced our meat and cheese. He was really nice. He told us they opened in November of 2019. The staff was sweet and made it a good experience. They are open for dine in, take out and have door dash, grub hub and I think one other option. We also got a coupon for buy one sub, get a free drink and chip. It's good until September 30, 2020. I will definitely support this business and hope you will too. read more

I ordered a giant #7 turkey sub from Jersey Mike's Subs located at 4670 Broadway Road, Allentown, PA on September 7, 2023 & found 2 blonde hairs in my sandwich. I saved the hairs so that I could show them to the manager. That same day, I called the owner, left a voicemail message & received a text message reply stating that I should call the store because he is no longer with them. I called the store & asked for the manager, but Brian, who identified himself as the manager became defensive, never apologized & said that they would not refund my purchase. He never explained why there were hairs in my sandwich! I submitted an online complaint form on Jersey Mike's website and also called their corporate office at 732-223-4044 and left a voicemail message explaining what happened and requesting a callback from a regional manager. Finally, on 9/19/2023, I received an email message offering me a free sub but was advised that a refund will not be possible. Why would I want a free sub after finding hairs in the last sub I ordered?!? I had become very I'll with diarrhea in the past after eating a turkey sub and immediately reported it to the manager who said that he would meet with his staff to make sure they stop handling food, cutting and wrapping sandwiches after they handle money at the register wearing the same gloves. It's obvious that Jersey Mike's management does not care what the employees do, whether they violate food safety protocols, & displays zero accountability! I saved the hairs that I found in my turkey sub to show them to management, but they have shown nothing except indifference and apathy. read more

As a girl from Philly, I know that the roll makes or breaks the sandwich. Jersey Mikes usually has the perfect roll, but today they were dry and not chewy. They must have changed vendors. Also the regular sandwiches seemed smaller than usual. I guess they are trying to cut corners in order to same money, but please don't. Increase your prices anyway (the sandwiches are already $$$), if that means making yummy sandwiches again. Thanks! read more

I arrived to pick up a doordash order, and was a little late due to a Google maps issue. I walked in and greeted the black gentlemen at the counter with glasses, I was polite and told him who I was there for. He then gave me the order and as I grabbed it he said, "kinda late huh" Like how rude do you have to be? I am absolutely disgusted in the service I received and will be addressing with corporate. Saw the sign on my way home from the gym one day and decided I had to try a jersey mikes sub. So last Monday when my son was off of school I took him with me. OMG! From the look on my sons face as they sliced the meat right in front of us to the awesome service from the guys working was great! We ordered a giant original Italian "jersey mike" style. It was so good! In fact so good we returned today with the whole family. We tried the chicken bacon ranch and a mikes famous philly, both were amazing! We have found a new "go to" sandwich shop! Thank you! I love a good sub. Also we were given samples of their chocolate that is used in their cookies and now I HAVE to try one of their cookies on our next visit! The subs are delicious and that's coming from someone who grew up in Philly. The rolls are fresh and you can choose either white or wheat. There is plenty of meat and cheese in the sandwich. I ordered a ham and cheese and an Italian - both were delicious. The owners and staff are friendly and the store is extremely clean. I'll definitely order again! read more

I bought 2 subs today #4 italian and #26 bacon ranch cheesesteak. This the first time and last time I will ever get anything from them. My husband had the Italian, he said it was tasteless. I had the cheesesteak, it was SOOOOO salty, that I threw the other 1/2 away. It also gave be extreme diarrhea. BAD service today! I will not disparage the name on the receipt, but my Ticket number is 01-001812-01-026898 from Broadway Store in Allentown 7/2/2020. Male answering slammed me on hold without notice - I thought I got cut off, but my phone showed I was still connected, so I waited until he came back. He was snarky, cut me off, didn't listen as I tried to explain what we wanted (tho, in the end, did get order right), really rushed me thru my order, even though I was completely prepared w/ sandwiches and toppings we wanted - he kept saying "do you want it Mike's Way?" - without LISTENING. I asked about sizes - he said Mini, Regular and Giant. I asked about the size of the Regular and was told it was half the size of the Giant; I told him I don't know how big the Giant was. He said there are no "sizes", they vary, but said something about it never being less than 7 inches; not descript or helpful at all. I arrived and sandwiches (2) were being made (new person w/ trainer - hey, I'm all thumbs-up for new people!!) - no problem waiting. Same person checked me out - I could tell by the same demeanor/rush/voice. My card has a chip. There was a hand-written note taped to the scanner that said "swipe all cards". I confirmed that, even tho my card had a chip, I was to swipe - response was "Answer the question and then swipe", as he roughly pointed/tapped on the device. At the time he said that, the screen was blank; then, the question about leaving a tip came up. Then it asked about Shore Points. I said I had no idea if we were a member (hubby usually orders/picks up) and he had me enter my phone number, which turned out to be registered. His patience was tensing as I continued to follow his instruction after entering my number again to get Points. There was one customer in front of me and another 2 waiting; not a huge crowd. If this had been my first visit to Jersey Mike's I'd never go back. BAD customer service today. I hope my server has a better day tomorrow. As I waited, he answered another call and that customer received the same rushed service. The lady checking out in front of me also got the same "speech" and tapping of the device that I experienced. Then, when my sandwiches were ready, I was asked to pay again. No communication between staff. They were completely off their game today!! read more
