Jersey Mikes Subs 6-7-24 Went in around 12:30 to order the Giant Original Italian Sub. This place was clean and neat and everything in its place. I walked up to the counter and there was a little bit of a line, but they waited on me quickly. I ordered my Giant Original Italian Sub which came with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. They asked me what else I liked on it, so I added Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions right out of the case. They were fast and friendly and made my sub right in front of me. When I opened my sub, it was very large and looked good. This sub not only looked good but everything on it tasted very fresh. One thing I will add is they do not heat or toast the sub buns so if you like that you will have to go elsewhere. I would suggest if you're hungry for a sub go here and you will not be disappointed. While the subs are tasty and for the most part delivered promptly, don't have an issue like forgetting half your order. Customer service is nil calling the store , like oh well and calling door dasher that delivered does nothing but annoy you since he acted like no hablo ingles. Then to re order took twice the amount of time to get the order . This is the second well now 3rd order from this Jersey Mikes . Having to wait to eat my hot sub for the other sub to get here . I work at a Jersey Mikes in Miami and i know how everything works. First they charge me a combo as a drink and a chip separate, also they took half an hour to make my chicken sandwich. Customer service was very bad, the cashier didn't know how to charge, the food tasted good but they put a lot of lettuce on my sub and the tomato's were outside of the sub when i opened it in the store. read more

3 strikes your out Jersey mikes. Having grown up eating at the orginal Jersey Mikes I use to have high standards but since I moved out of NJ 20 years ago. I am just happy to see Jersey Mikes. And some are good some a bad. And you got off to a good start but now its awful I have been in there 3 times in the past 6 weeks and my subs continually lack meat. For 15 dollars for a giant sub I expect more then 4 slices of cheese 4 slices of ham and 4 slices of capacolo on my #2 you have to be kidding me and thats how its been the last 3 times I have purchased a sub there I am DONE. Which is fine but period, it wasn't ready when I got there had to wait another 15 minutes past the time I was given. In response I was told they run out of bread. Love me some Jersey Mike's being a Philly guy. Food is great, love the Jersey Shore with juice, but when I order several sandwiches how hard would it be to label them so several people don't have to peel apart sandwiches and stick their fingers in everyone's food to figure out who gets what. ok, this place is open now, im updating my review. i got a "giant" number 5, $16.95! it was just ok. no offense but i think publix deli is a way better value and more bread choices, more veggie choices and close to half the price. this place was hopping though, at least 12 people in line and most tables were full so the people seem to like. read more

We visited this location yesterday 10/7 and the staff was so incredibly friendly and hard working and very clean. The sandwiches were full of meat unlike many places that charge twice as much and skimp on deli meat. Highly recommended. read more

Intro Coupon wouldn't work! Never tried before and believe in new customer incentives so one can try... won't every try with coupon luring you in and then saying "doesn't apply to this order." Bad marketing especially for a new place. :( read more

Ordered a sub for delivery on the website, it was supposed to have no sauce because I was saving half of it for my lunch the next day. When it arrived, it was drenched. I called the store, because the order was incorrect, and I would not be able to eat it the next day. They said I could come in for a new sub. I said I can't, that's why I had it delivered in the first place. They said they use a third party delivery and have no way to get it to me. The employee offered to put my name down for a free sub next time, or she would this one time personally drive it to my house. I told her I didn't want her to have to do that, and I'd figure something else out for my lunch, and just put my name down for a sub. Fast forward about a month... I stop in for my free sub. My name is not written down, and the girl tells me they only keep names for 2 weeks. Well, they did not tell me that on the phone. Then she said "well I don't know who you talked to I can do it this one time", and I told her it was her, Lethia (sp.?). She said well, I don't normally work nights. Well, her name is unique, I remember it was her. Also I'm sure it was her especially since she used the "this one time" phrase both times- that's her thing I guess. She embarrassed me in front of a whole store full of customers and employees making me feel like I was lying to get a free sub. I told her never mind, I didn't need the sub if she was going to be like that about it. I'll never go there again. went to Jersey mike's today Dec.2 after Christmas shopping we was hungry so we went in it was my daughter and my 2 granddaughters I order a mini Italian like always and a regular mikes philly and a giant, Mike's Philly when the girl was making my sub she asked what I wanted on it and I told her mayonnaise lite lettuce pi on the side and hots on the with salt, pepper and oregano, she put on the salt and add to much pepper to my liking so she started to take some of the mayonnaise off with the pepper but then had a attitude with me because she didn't do it right then we exchanged some words then she started cussing at me with my 2 granddaughters right there a man came from the back telling me its not so serious as the woman was cussing at me she lucky I had my daughter and granddaughters me sad sad is all I can say I go the this place 3 times a month to have this woman with no customers service still working there I never seen work there before and I'm sure she will not be long so with shitty customer service not don't get me wrong it was not all the employees will be going back I'm not sure read more
