I didn't take the receipt which I should have done, I asked for it after the argument ensued. He then starts to walk away and my friend says I am just getting the sandwich. I thought his reaction was weird and he started to ring up his sandwich. So I said did you charge me already for his sandwich he paused and said uh yes I did. So I said why are you trying to charge him again? Why didn't you say sorry I charged your friend for your sandwich already ? He just starred at me I then asked for his name he refused to give it to me. I said where is the manager and some guy came over from behind the counter and started making excuses for him. Oh it was a mistake he is just quiet and he didn't charge you for two right? I said because I said something or he would have he was ringing it up in the computer, which is ridiculous. He then said he would have no reason to overcharge you he doesn't get that money you know that right ? What a stupid thing to say to a pissed off customer after your employee just tried to rip off my friend. This is inexcusable and the guy has major integrity issues and should be fired. I will never eat here again and I would come here regularly once or twice a week. Management is making excuses for employees with integrity issues will never spend another dime at this establishment.

I love their lemon ice drinks, perfect for a hot day in South Florida. The mango smoothie is recommended as well. Service at the drive through was fast and friendly. After finishing his fish sandwich, hubs complimented Culver's on having freshly made sandwiches with quality ingredients. The fresh ingredients are why we come back to Culver's, and their value baskets are closer to restaurant food than fast food.
