Ordered a hot sub for pick up at 7pm on 05/20/2026 . I called at 632pm to make a modification and they stated it was already ready. I stated why was it already ready when I selected a 7pm pick up and the manager with red hair stated they make them right away unless they are ordered more and one hour out. I explained that I did not want my sub waiting for 30 min and needed to be made fresh for a 7pm pick up like what I selected. She stated well I guess I can do that with a little attitude. I then come in at 655 and had to wait on my dad to get there and he was there by 703 pm. As I was ordering my subs inside they were making fun of the fact that the person wanted it for 7pm and is late. I was in fact there but had to order more subs in person in order to use a coupon. Needless to stay I told them that I was that person that didn't want my hot sub waiting for 30 min before pickup. It was very unprofessional of the manager to give attitude and then make fun of the fact I was still late even though I was there ordering other subs. I will still come back here but this manager needs a coaching. read more

We LOVE Jersey Mike's food. It has great flavor and serving sizes. This location just has terrible customer service. We put in pickup orders and they're not ready when the app says they are. When you enter, no one greets you or offers to help. And when I waited my turn in line to ask for my food and I received my order, I was checking for all the items and didn't see the water bottle we ordered in the bag so I opened the fridge to get one and was told by the employee "It's in the bag. All of your items are in the bag. Nice try though ma'am nice try!" And then the cookie with the kids meal was missing. read more

3 times I have ordered food from this place and two times the order was incorrect. How difficult is to read and execute an order?. Why bother adding ingredients if they will do whatever they want, which is normally no extra ingredients will be added at all. I don't mind to be robbed few bucks, is the fact that they cannot deliver anything correctly. Are they mentally impaired? Or is this is done on purpose?. My second visit. First time was the day they opened. They were already working like a well oiled machine handling a never ending line of people. Still busy today, and still efficient and friendly. And they were on top of keeping tables cleaned and ready for diners. So far I've tried their tuna, California club and original Italian. All sandwiches have been great! And filling. read more

Found our new place for sandwiches! My father and I shared a Philly cheesesteak. It was excellent. I watched them make many sandwiches and they all looked delicious so I'm actually excited to return and try something else. Loved the subs. On our way back this week. Very well priced for size of sandwiches. Ingredients were very fresh.

This was our first time eating at Jersey Mike's Subs. We ordered the chicken and beef Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steaks regular size. The cheese steaks were just the right size for us and tasted very flavorful. I loved the jalapeño on mine. The staff was very efficient and moved people along fast. Philly Cheese Steaks take a little longer than subs but are worth the wait. read more

Food is great. Workers are terrible. I've been to this location several times and it's been the same experience. There is a tall gentleman working there who is extremely disrespectful and borderline abusive to his coworkers. Talks down to them, curses at them in front of costumers and intentionally moves as slow as humanly possible. There is a young woman doing her job and taking the disrespect, but everyone else just stands looking around as if they don't know what needs to be done. Management really needs to step in and correct this poor behavior. read more

Both sandwiches had incorrect condiments. The young man with mid length black hair spent a a few moments making fun of the young brunette. But seemed to have forgotten what we asked for on our sandwiches. Unfortunately, we got home to only having one mikes way and the other with just lettuce when my husband firmly stated with jalapeños, Mayo, lettuce and banana peppers. Nope just lettuce was provided no other condiments. This was a disappointing first time visit. From touching the register and the pen and their caps and hair....then start making the sandwiches without a change of gloves is disgusting. Placed order at 4:21 for pickup. Arrived shortly before 4:36. Wife's sandwich was already ready but mine was not. After seeing a dozen people come in and go I asked at 4:51 if it was ready yet. Was told they were still working on the other sandwich. I asked okay well since it's been 30 minutes (order placed at 4:21) and counting I asked the middle aged woman if they could remake the sandwich that was made on time and likely soggy. That was met with rudeness and attitude "well actually it's only 15 minutes late, not 30 since it was promised at 4:36." Splitting hairs here when it's still 15 minutes late and counting. A younger guy was nicer about it but still the vibe I got was "it was our fault" and not theirs for the sandwiches not being ready until 5pm. Young man apologized while the middle aged woman still had it in her mind it was our fault the sandwiches were 24 minutes late from the 15 minute time it was promised at. Cherry on top? They STILL messed up both sandwiches after almost 40 minutes from time order was placed. Forgot Jalapeños on mine (picture is green bell pepper) and the wrong bread on my wife's. I ordered a sandwich online and it took over thirty minutes for them to complete the sandwich. I watched other customers come in to be told they only had wheat bread and they weren't making anymore (730pm). I watched the workers go in the back to find pickles and bacon because they were completely out up front. They were not communicating because one person was charging customers for sodas, but apparently the machine was broke so then they took even longer to make sandwiches because they had to refund everyone for drinks. They said they had a huge crowd came in at 6 which is understandable, but I think they were hoping to close up shop early. When I got home, I saw that they didn't put lettuce (in my bowl) and basically drowned the meat and veggies in vinegar. This is not my normal experience with this store and I was overall super disappointed with the night. read more

I like Jersey Mike's food and eat it often. It's so much better than the other big sandwich chain. I take one star away because if you order on the app and give any kind of instruction, there is zero chance it will be correct. I order the same way every time. In the box that offers special instructions, I always ask, " oil and vinegar on the side, please none on the sandwich." I request this because the bread can get soggy if you have a drive or don't eat it right away. It doesn't matter which location you order from, it just ain't happening. Most times I get oil and vinegar both on the side and on the sandwich. This tells me that they read the instruction but got it wrong anyway. That's what I got today. Sometimes you get no oil and vinegar at all. That's the worst one. Sometimes just on the sandwich. Whatever you get it will never be what you asked for. It's unfortunate to ruin what would have been a great sandwich with a stupid mistake. read more
