This is the first Jersey Mike's with a decent rating. 6 people ahead of me in line. Menu is pretty basic. Service was slow. Lotta standing around waiting for meat to be sliced. The guy putting produce on the sandwiches threw a handfu of peppers into the pickle bin and fished them out, I almost didn't order at that point. I love pickles and hate the flavor of most peppers - bell or otherwise. Haven't tried my sandwich yet, but the root beer is delicious. read more

Really great location, consistently great sandwiches. Service is also great, but I keep coming back to this store for their quality sandwich building. Ingredients are fresh, good size portions. The place is clean, the staff is polite, courteous and friendly. One thing I'd say for something I'd like to see change: the store is remarkably cold. I've came in three times over the last month and each time I dine in I am freezing while eating. Not worth taking a star away from, I judge based on the food and how well I'm treated and that could be ten stars. Keep it up guys, see ya soon. read more

First time having jersey mikes and I have to say I am not disappointed. I got the #9 club supreme and it was amazing. There was so much meat on it and plenty of cheese with both complementing the bread so well. I didn't change anything about the sandwich and it actually was great! The brownie they have is extremely rich and after a few bites felt very dry but it was good non the less. The only thing about the sandwich is that it's a little on the expensive side so I'd only look into getting it sometimes. read more

So, having nearly given up on chain store sub style sandwiches, I gave Jersey Mike's a try and I am pleasantly surprised. My one gripe- Parking is not awesome at this location. It's cramped and off a weirdly narrow side street. Several reviewers have noted they don't love the bread compared to a "Jersey" sub... which is fine and dandy if you live in Jersey... but ya know, Corvallis ain't Jersey and if you compare the bread to the local competition it is as good or better than the rest in my opinion. The toppings are what make the sandwich and I had zero complaints with any of them. The meats tasted good, the veg was fresh, the sauces were delicious. I love the spicy cherry pepper relish. The service was typical for the style of restaurant. Not awesome, but not horrible. The kids making the sandwiches got the job done and were pleasant. My lunch was $13 for a sandwich, chips and a soft drink. At that price point I would say it was a good value. I am told that if you sign up for the "club" you will get coupons and can earn points for free food, so I will download their app and see how that goes. I know NJ hoagies and I wasn't impressed. I would say not bad, but the bun was blah and the rest of it was pretty good. If you ever visit NJ, go to a Wawa store and get a real hoagie. Food was average but the area was a little sketchy. A fight broke out right in front of us. Crazy!

My partner and I frequent this place and the revolving door of employees are a mixed bag. A few of them are really charming and engaging--then there are a few who want you to leave before you ever step inside. I understand not being stoked on work, but it doesn't really excuse being outright rude when someone has a question or request. I've lived here for 6+ years so I guess I'll just wait it out and see when newer crew members are rotated in. read more

The bread just ruins the over all quality of their subs. The bread is no better than Subway or Togos on 9th street. The ingredients they use are excellent, but it would only be 5 stars if they put the ingredients in a quality baguette.I'd suggest they buy ciabatta bread and put their ingredients on that. The problem in Oregon is that few to no one has ever had really good baguette like you get in Philly, Boston, NYC, or France/Italy. The BREAD is what makes the hoagy or sub. mike's subs get mushy soon after being made. try this.... take one home, pull out the ingredients and put on some fresh made ciabatta bread or baguette. I use to come here every Thursdays with the boys and indulge in Mike's delicious sandwiches, but lately things have changed. Every since the boy Jeremy left things have been going south, they use to honor a buy one get on free deal via pocket points which was amazing; it was the only thing that got me through a tough Thursday. Jersey Mike's has essentially pulled the biggest snake move of the century (bigger than KD going to the Warriors) by removing the buy one get one deal, this was the driving force that brought the boys and I in. All good things must come to an end, and this is where my long standing relationship with Jersey Mike's comes to an end, I will miss you always. But for real the sandwiches are pretty good, would recommend if you're not balling on a budget. ***Update: 10/11/18 Jersey Mike's has brought back their buy one get one free deal. This is a must claim for their delicious sandwiches at a great value. I would recommend this place to just about anyone who likes food. read more

Seriously, I refuse to eat a sandwhich from any other place of this kind. I dont know how they do it, but this place is really really good at making a mouthwatering, delicious, high quality, take me to a special place kind of sandwhich. I suggest an isolation chamber for your endulging purposes. There should be a new word invented for the way these will make you feel. The meat is specially sliced for each sandwhich. Forget about subway or that other place down the street. They are not worthy of consideration. I dont want to eat ever again after this sandwhich. It's no joke the most fullfilling meal one can consider. I want to explain why except I dont think it's possible. For one there is the oiliness of the piece. Truly an art form to beheld. I cannot explain this any better than you should put a visit to this place on your bucket list. Getting the pickles and jalapeños may have been a bad choice because I could barely contain my sincere overwheling feeling of enlightenment. I'm almost ashamed to go back because I could slip up and eat something of a lower caliber. From the time I walked in those doors I was a changed man. I decided to give them a try today and picked up a grilled pastrami. It smelled good in the car and when I got home I was ready to maul that cheesy sucker. Just as I started to unwrap it I came across my first issue. The cheese had been placed on the top and when wrapped it had all cemented itself to the foil. Well shit, I wanna gobble this sucker down and here I am peeling cheese and meat flecks off the wrapper for five minutes first. Once peeled from it's wrap I couldn't help but notice it was a little weak on the toppings. Flavor was ok, even if the bread was a little chewy, but all in all just an ordinary sandwich in a town with tons of better options. Combine that with the fact this corporation muscled an established local business out of their lease and for me it's a pass. read more

Have not been impressed with the service. Staff seems to be in too big of a rush to get to the next customer. While my food has always been tasty my orders have yet to be correct. My family visited the Corvallis location on 7/26/2022 for a late lunch. While placing our order with a young lady behind the counter, she became extremely rude and impatient while writing down the order. She would not even let me finish ordering two sandwiches for my kids before rudely saying, "Anything else?". I then tried to order myself a sandwich and when I changed what size I wanted, she ripped up the paper slip and would not even make eye contact with me before saying again, "Anything else?" I calmly walked away while my husband and daughter ordered. She then became snappy, short and dismissive towards my husband. She wouldn't even let my husband finish ordering his sandwich and told him to just wait down by the counter. There was no one in line behind us either - so really there was no reason for her to behave like this towards us. We did not react towards her despite her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When I looked over at the other two employees standing by the veggie section, they gave me a "Sorry" look. I've only eaten here a handful of times and I'm not super familiar with the menu and we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I'm completely blown away by how horrible her service was and asked a worker on our way out what her name was. He said her name was Annalise, and she was the manager. I was absolutely shocked!! I know we all have bad days, but it's your job to provide a customer with excellent service so that they return. You should never make a customer feel the way she made my entire family feel.
