Grand opening of Jersey Mikes subs in Cresskill! Plenty of seating, the establishment is clean and service was amazing. Lots of variety subs and options to customize how you like your sandwich. We ordered the Mikes famous Philly and the chicken, bacon, ranch. Both on white bread, came out fresh and warm. One of the best subs I've had in awhile. The staff was very friendly. PROS: The food was great and they had a strong variety here. The place was clean and looked brand new. The staff was very nice and they even had promos going on. There's a ton of parking in the back too CONS: The service was slow and made a few mistakes, however, since this is the first week its open I'll forgive them on that. They put too much dressing on the sandwich, were slow, and didnt know how to shake the oregano container correctly which slowed the process down. The parking lot behind the place also has narrow entrances/exits making it tight to navigate OVERALL: I will definitely come back here, but maybe in the future they'll put tables outside since they do have a lot of room out there read more

Sad sandwich. I ordered Club Sub which is Turkey, Ham, and BACON. The second I opened the wrapper I knew I had been done dirty. No Bacon. Ok maybe I can get past it and accept my fate of the this bacon-less club sub. NOPE, what a sad pile of toppings, and one slice of wet turkey and one slice of ham. Completely unacceptable, an outright shame. I will never visit this location again, and will likely never stop blathering on about this chain as a whole. Sandwich photo note: The white you see above the bottom slice of bread is cheese. The white you see at the top of the stack of meat is onion. So that leaves the ham, turkey, and what should have been bacon, representing such a slight sliver of this sandwich, maybe 1/10-1/8 maximum. I highly do not recommend the cheesesteak, I can say that much. Nino's in Dumont is good though. He puts 4 slices of cheese on each side of the bread and then mixes the meat in with it. I watched this duo make a cheesesteak and then take 2 slices of refrigerated American and place it right on top of the meat. I'm afraid 2 slices won't cut it. I asked for extra and told them I like a lot of cheese and so they added a 3rd slice on it?!!!! Seriously?!!!! Very dry sandwich and definitely not quality. This place needs to go. Time for Capriotti's to step in here. A cheesesteak should have at least 6-7 slices for quality. 8-9 slices for extra cheese. I certainly don't mind paying for it, as long as it's quality. But this is far from quality. A lot of bad reviews on here and I don't see any offer to reciprocate any bad orders either. I go to Capriotti's all the time and had one bad experience. One of the most discombobulated waitstaffs I've ever encountered. Everyone working there seems like they're under some sort of pressure-cooker... management must be breathing down their necks. The place is always so crowded and hectic... and wouldn't even be hospitable enough to sit down and eat at. Food quality: mediocre at best. Their hot subs are outrageously expensive and pack half the serving of meat that they should for what they charge. Tastes like pure grease and fat. Yuck! But... makes sense considering all their orders are prepared on one giant, rickety gas grill which I doubt is ever cleaned. The toppings bar selection for cold subs is basically just generic ingredients you can throw on any old sandwich. This company specializes in making crummy sandwiches that you could make at home better and cheaper! No store-made sides. No fries, dips, deli salads. LOL! Seriously, why bother going here? At least Panera, Cava, Sweetgreen, you name it... make an effort at offering an elevated palette. And considering that this franchise already has a bunch of locations in this locale as it is... why open up a new one? read more

We have shopped Jersey Mikes for years. Always expecting a great experience. At this location we ordered a turkey and provolone cheese sub. What we received was a loaf of bread with toppings and a single layer of turkey along with a single layer of provolone cheese. Very disappointing!!! The pricing is high, the rewards tooo low !!! read more
