When I get a sub, I usually get the biggest size, I thought it'll be like a foot long, this thing was at least 24" I got it with extra peppers, mushrooms, and onions, hold the Jalapeños. It was good, meat was seasoned, cheese was ooey gooey all throughout, they don't just use bell peppers, but a sweet pepper, threw me for a loop for a second, but I liked it! There's something off about the staff at this place. I've been twice and both times it's been awkward. I hadn't been to a JM in a long time so I'm not familiar with their menu or their ordering process. But as I stand at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me including the guy looking dead at me - I'm thinking Newks, Subway, gas station anywhere else but awwwwwkward crazytown. Sandwich was delicious! Bread is super soft and fresh. The whole sandwich was made of very fresh ingredients, but the tomato was awesome! First time to this Jersey Mikes. Ordered online and was ready by the time I arrived and was greeted as I entered. Food was great. While filling up my drink, the employees were helping a customer decide and instead of naming the sub name, they said like the #8 is a Turkey and Bacon etc to help the customer vs we have the Sub Club and then the customer has to ask what is on that, etc. The employees there definitely care by their actions read more

Went in today and ordered 2 subs - a giant club supreme and a regular Italian. Jersey mikes is such a great place the 4 young guys working there were all smiles and laughter (super refreshing) we talked and laughed during my sandwich order (which they were being made) and yes it's a little pricey $27 for the two but the quality and taste are unmatched IMO for a cold sub. My husband hasn't ever had jersey mikes and asked me what I had ordered and how it was made. I explained their process and how the meat and cheese are freshly sliced deli meat etc. he was very impressed and he usually doesn't care what we get. So thank you the young men who were working today for their kindness and for being happy and professional (very refreshing) and to Jersey mikes for being consistent with the quality! My first time ordering was online and they didn't add the peppers but everything was awesome! Went the second time in person and it wasn't as awesome! I ordered two giants and both times they made half's. The first was a giant cold cut, so when the clerk started making it I asked if that was mine and told her I said giant. It was quickly corrected. The second sandwich was a hot one so I paid and waited and they handed me, (not from behind the counter ‍ but walked it to me in the line and handed it to ... wtf?!? I guess they don't want everyone to get bags and receipts IDK, just CRAZY AND ODD) and it was short! So again I told the cook and the clerk told the cook it was supposed to be a giant! NOW instead of making a fresh sandwich... they just went and unwrapped someone else's order and added to it and wrapped the half's up as if it were a whole... it also seemed the smaller ones didn't equal a full giant but IDK... also the food wasn't as great. They also are supposed to have BOTH banana peppers and pepperoncinis peppers but they do not. They only have banana peppers... so if you truly appreciate pepperoncinis you're out of luck! Also the menu was limited in store but they still make the full menu and the #12 which comes with pepperoncinis isn't on the store menu. Maybe because they don't have them again, idk.
