My review is my overall opinion on the restaurant, not today's chicken cheesesteak because if I had to solely base my review on today, there would be no stars. We'll get to that in a minute. I usually get the number seven Mike's way and love it. This restaurant is always fast and friendly. I have absolutely no grip or complain about them whatsoever. Three stars is a solid review based on the restaurant. The food is good and it never tastes bad. Unfortunately, some people in a foodies group on Facebook recommended the chicken cheesesteak at Jersey Mike's and called it authentic. I thought that alone was laughable, but figured I was craving one so I may as well give it a chance because it came highly recommended by several people in the group it was absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend it. Just moved to the area and we have ordered multiple times from here lately. The orders have been accurate, quality ingredients, and fresh. The only thing I wish if when you order in the store and ask for double meat you get more meat than ordering on line. The online just says extra meat and thats different than double meat. This is an unfortunate review, but one that needed to be done. My husband placed a lunch order for the two of us and brought it home for us. Everything tasted great, however as I got towards the end of my sandwich, I thought I got an odd piece of lettuce that was too weird in texture for me to chew so I pulled it out of my mouth. Turns out this was NOT lettuce and instead plastic wrap...not sure how this sort of thing happens but I'm so grateful I didn't attempt to swallow it. This poses a potential choking hazard and could have been much worse than me not finishing my sandwich. I ordered delivery Wednesday night, I got a tuna wrap which I ate that night and I got a Turkey roast beef and bacon wrap with veggies which I ate yesterday. That was all I ate yesterday and after about 2 hours I wasn't feeling good. I only slept a few hours because my stomach felt off. I went to work early this morning and after about an hour and a half I started throwing up. I had to leave work and I've thrown up a couple times since along with another bodily function I'd rather not type. Seems like I got food poisoning and I will not eat here again. read more

I've never eaten at this physical location because there's not very much seating - a few tables inside and a couple of tables outside. Wow though! I love that they slice every single order right in front of you. They have no problem customizing any of the sandwiches on their set menu as well. I generally order the "Stickball Special" sometimes "Mike's Way" - meaning shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and salt. And sometimes I leave off certain items, if I plan on not eating right away to avoid sogginess. I also really like their Roast Beef sandwich because of how perfectly rare the beef is cooked. I've had a couple of sandwiches that the beef was clearly a little old and gray, but those orders have been few and far between. A friend's favorite is their Club Supreme with no tomato, add pickles, on Rosemary bread. Speaking of special additions, pickles, a cherry pepper relish, avocado slices, mayonnaise, spicy mustard, yellow mustard, honey mustard, and jalapeños are all available. Bread wise, white, wheat, wraps and gluten-free options are given choices. You can also decide if you want a mini, regular, or giant sized sandwich. OR if you're low-carbing it, they can turn any sandwich into a bowl. Again, I've only ordered cold sandwiches for to-go or delivery from here, but the amount of times I've frequented is a testament to their quality of product. I keep meaning to try one of their Phillies since that's what their famous for, but it's so hard for me to steer away from my 2 favorites. read more

Placed order September 28, 2023, using the Jersey Mike's App for a total of $65.56. told it was cancelled, however no order delivered, just charged ony card, NO one at Jersey Mike's or Door Dash wants to find out what happened. The owner called, still waiting. I called the owner (John Durik), and he said that it was on door dash and he was not going to do any thing about it. What an incredible experience by the COMPLETE staff working 2/25/2021 at 2:45pm. We always get Jersey Mike's to go when we come to the metroplex or any larger city and take back home out west of Ft. Worth and we've met a lot of staff at the restaurants. This store topped them hands down as the FRIENDLIEST, HELPFUL, and ACCOMMODATING. The woman who checked us out was so thoughtful knowing we were traveling. Whoever owns this store is lucky to have the staff that they did today. We will definitely be back. On 6/9/23 I came in 20 minutes before close and ordered cold subs with my family, we sat down and started to eat quickly. 5 minutes before close I hear "5 minutes better hustle!" I looked at my wife like, did I just hear that? Didn't think anything of it and we finished eating and started to walk out 2 minutes before closing, I'm already outside with my kid and my wife is inside getting a refill - as she's walking out someone shouts "Goodbye don't come back!" I didn't hear it otherwise I would have gone back inside and said something to those petty employees. We were paying customers, not holding them back from leaving, and they thought it was a good idea to treat their customers like that. Steer clear of the "curbside service" - we waited 20 minutes past the time they said it would be ready, tried calling but they just let it ring, then picked it up and hung up. Cool fresh layout and good sandwiches like normal and expected. This location specifically is annoying mainly because the manager or shift manager that is here around noon on a Saturday is super loud and annoying. It's hard to have a conversation and eat your food without hearing him constantly talking. We found ourselves having to raise our voice to talk over him. This guy wears these safety glasses with like a white/gray circle beard and stands at the end of counter talking loud to his staff and customers that are waiting in line. read more

We have already visited this new location a few times and haven't been disappointed yet. The owner couldn't be better! He is on top of things, super courteous, and the young staff obviously respect him. The food is fresh and delicious so sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes, but it's a normal wait time.
