Great salads, sandwiches, and even soups. First got the avocado turkey sandwich and it was bomb. I will say though, the skinny is SKINNY. The bread is great, I got whole grain and it was some of the best I've had. I got a salad that I saved and ate the next day and it was great as well. Huge portion, gave me plenty of dressing, and good amount of toppings. I did however order the BLT sandwich later and was just a little disappointed because the bacon was super charred (as pictured). Convenient, fast, and great service! The food is definitely up to standard and our sandwiches came out great. We came during a busy weekend lunch rush and had no issues getting our food quickly and without any hiccups. The service was truly standout as everyone was smiling, happy, and friendly. I ordered the original Avo Turkey with hot peppers and deli mustard which came out great. Maybe my one complaint is that the mustard wasn't spread evenly, so some bites had more than others, and I could've done with more hot peppers. But overall, the food was great. We even got a free cookie for filling out a survey! This is a slightly smaller location, so seating was fairly limited, though we had no issues. Parking was easy and restrooms were clean. I placed a catering order with this establishment 4-5 days prior to pick up. I called BEFORE I placed the order to see if they were able to accommodate us because of how important time management was for this. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and they would have it ready. I called three more times (between placing the order and the day it needed to be done) to MAKE SURE the order was able to be prepared for pick up by 11. We were located 45 minutes away and time management was incredibly important. I also explained that. Each time they assured that it would be done, the last call was 10am the morning of pick up. Fast forward to pick up, the order was THIRTY minutes late, they refused to answer the phone on top of it. Once the order arrived to me, (I had my team pick it up) 1/4 of the order was missing. They had to turn back around and spend another 1.5 hours picking up a portion of the order THAT WAS PREPARED LATE. As a small business owner I understand things happen, however I communicated with them to the day the order was supposed to be done. At ANY point the manager should have gotten on the phone to call me and let me know that they in fact COULD NOT accommodate my request. I called several times after, no one pick up. I have yet to hear from anyone. They sent home "free Entree" coupons instead of a decent apology or even a discount on the $200+ order that I placed for the time and money lost having to run around and fix their mistake. I've lost money and time on labor due to my team running around. Then I had to make poor excuses to my client of why their food was not correct and unable to eat on time. We love Potbelly so much, and it is tradition to stop for sandwiches after shopping at Costco. However, today was totally messed up. My husband and I both ordered A Wreck sandwiches, his was plain with just mustard and pickles while mine had everything except mustard, oil and Italian seasoning. They gave us two sandwiches with everything except oil and seasoning. My husband was disappointed. The issue is the hostess (on the receipt it said Host: 602. There was no name) had already asked us to repeat which toppings we wanted and after she told us our total and to drive around tried to say something and didn't finish. So when we got to the window she said she was sorry, but we had no idea why. We now have to assume she still had no idea what toppings and instead of asking again, put whatever she thought should go on the sandwiches. The lady who took our order was nice, but she didn't try to get our order right and it was definitely a letdown once we drove all the way back home. We live in Haslet so there's no way we're driving all the way back. Please ask your customers to make sure their order is right, I know future customers will appreciate this!! Anyway, thank you for our lunch. My husband ended up scraping his sandwich, trying to get all the Mayo off his bread and attempting to eat it anyway. We'll eventually be back one day. read more

I've been here a few times and it's gone smoothly but when I specifically say NO cucumber and then the guy asks for toppings and I say JUST the avocado lettuce and mayo I expect that to be heard on both accounts. Walked in on Sunday August 17th in the afternoon and was treated terribly by the girl who was making my food. She had such an attitude and was not polite for whatever reason, was annoyed that I asked for extra mayo, and then tossed my sandwich on the counter and walked away without saying anything. Location: this potbelly is right by Costco- take the first turn in the Tehama Ridge shopping area to avoid the maze. This potbelly location is definitely one of the better ones I have eaten at. The staff was great and definitely one of the highlights of this place. Every staff member was extremely kind and patient throughout the ordering process. The food was standard- one thing I like about potbelly is most of their stuff is fresh and lower in sodium than the likes of other sandwich places. The only thing about this location was that it was a bit dirty. Not too big a deal, but would like to have seen it a bit cleaner as there weren't too many people at the restaurant at that time. read more

I'm sorry to say, but the last several trips to this location have not been great. This last time, I went through the drive through (1st time) and the entire order was incorrect. The staff seems to be unhappy to work there, which, during these tough times I understand has to be crazy difficult. I appreciate them working, but it feels a little awkward ordering when they clearly hate being there. Also, super minor issue, but for whatever reason the scanner for the app never works and I always have to use my phone and credit card. The best part of the app is being able to pay directly from the phone. I just recently discovered this place, actually the one by world market. I was blown away by the "smoky" ham and cheese sandwich. I seriously thought it was a mom and pop place. But turns out it's a chain, and I would say my new favorite for sandwich and soup. Today I got the skinny pair, with a Hammie with mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo and Chicken Enchilada soup. It was delicious. I want to try more stuff here, but so far I've just stuck with a winner. Love the fact I can get mushrooms. My family also loves this place, my son is a Mac and Cheese aficionado and gave it thumbs up. We have been a long time goer of Potbelly and we even worked at one of them. Honestly, I feel bad for the company because they have severely gone downhill. Service is next to unfriendly. They don't listen to you on the load station. My wife ordered a turkey with provolone and she immediately asked "is Swiss ok?" Ummm so you are not listening. This constantly happens at this location. They either are not listening or have no attention span. Idk. My son ordered Mac and cheese. And it was probably really good....2 days ago when it was freshly made. Not creamy, just clumpy and dry. And what is with the trays? Now my sandwich is left open and the way they make them, it just opens back up and my topping fall out. Go back to wrapping them and bagging them. I love the atmosphere of this place. We went on a Saturday and the had live acoustic music which was a nice touch. I personally like the decor of the place. They have a great selection on their menu from their sandwhiches, to salads, to customizable mac and cheese. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich with no chicken and it was great, I added lettuce, pickles, and seasoning to the ingredients that were already part of the sandwhich and it worked well. Their ice tea is very good too. I got the salted carmel shake, the flavor was spot on and I love the touch of the shortbread cookie on the straw. The staff is very friendly and personable and very helpful even with the lunch rush. This is a great place for lunch and a great sandwhich shop. I definitely recommend it. read more

I really like Potbelly for their salads. All four of them. The apple walnut salad is my most favorite and the chicken salad salad is my least favorite. I love it that you get the option of ordering a half or whole salad because for me the half size is just exactly right for me. I'm sure the sandwiches are delicious as well but for health reasons I don't eat bread as much anymore. There are two reasons that Potbelly doesn't get five stars from me. The first is the staff working during the lunch hour Monday thru Friday are mostly inattentive with the exception of a few and the ordering portion of the counter is ridiculously high unless you're at least 6' feet tall. I'm not, so staff, pay attention and see everyone waiting to order. The second reason is the cookie selection is a major letdown. Why even have cookies available on the counter if you don't have chocolate chip cookies? Why? But you have cookies with oatmeal in them. Ugh. Thankfully there is a La Madeleine literally directly across the parking lot from this location and they have big beautiful chocolate chip cookies in their case. read more

Located among a cavalcade of new stores in the Alliance/North Fort Worth/Fossil Creek area, Potbelly is a welcome addition, especially after visiting Costco (located right next door). The menu is standard Potbelly fare, and I ordered the turkey skinny for a simple lunch. After ordering, you wait for your sandwich to come out of the griller/toaster machine (think Quiznos), then add your toppings. I chose mustard, lettuce, onion, and hot peppers. The hot peppers are the one thing that really places Potbelly apart from some of the other sandwich shops, as it adds a nice mild burn to your tongue while munching. It's a great combination and definitely try it when you order...it's not that spicy at all. This location is fairly new, but the staff have everything down to a T. Also, this location has a drive-through, which I don't believe is very common with other Potbelly stores. A solid sandwich at a good price (approx $5), and I will come back to try some of the other options, which include salads, mac and cheese, etc. read more

Four of us from work went fo lunch. All are ordered salads, a couple of salads were mixed up so one coworker ate the other one salad. The lettuce were wilted and some were slimy. I had to pick the slimy lettuce out so I can eat. I lost my appetite although I was starving. This place is for meat lovers and should only order meat sandwich. Lots of people goes there for the sandwiches. It is not recommended for people like us that are on low carb diet. In all fairness they offer meat on salads which will be really tasty if the salads are served fresh. A little quality check on their produce will go a long way. I am hoping they can offer a lettuce wrap to cater to the healthy eaters. read more
