I am in love with this location, no matter the time of day their staff is ALWAYS so incredible. Today I decided to try out dine-in and order from the ap from my table. OMG, it was way too easy and just the most relaxing experience. I let my kiddo run and play in the play place while I watched her and ordered right from my table! They bring your food straight to you and you didn't even have to wait in line with an impatient kiddo whose goal is just to hit the slides! I am the most grateful they opened the play place and the dining area. The staff was walking around and cleaning as they've always done. Once I received my food, I literally sat and savored the moment with my waffle fries, pure love! So yes, give this location some love whether it's drive-thru or dine-in. For the past 6 weeks or so, I've ordered breakfast here every. single. day. And every order has been made correctly and to my liking - except twice, no salsa was not included with my breakfast burrito (womp womp). A minor mistake like that here and there is totally understandable and forigiveable. Had I called to complain, I'm sure they would have done anything in their power to make up for the mistake - or at least apologize and be cordial about the matter. Customer service is top notch. This location is slow. I ordered on the app and when I arrived I still waited 12 minutes for my order. If I had ordered at the restaurant I would understand this wait or even a longer wait. I needed this to be fast food and fast service. When you order ahead and tell the location to make the order even before you arrive and still wait an additional 12 minutes there is an issue. This place had such potential to be great but they disappointed me on the second visit. My first visit was a breakfast extravaganza. I got the chicken egg bagel, mini chicken biscuits, hash browns, and the sausage egg and cheese english muffin. All the breakfast items were great but they forgot to give me ketchup with the hash browns. I didn't think much about it then but it was horrible for the second visit. On the second visit I got the 8 count grilled nuggets and the cool chicken wrap. The server asked me what sauce I wanted. They did not give me any sauce. I have nuggets and a cool wrap with no sauce. Busy intersection here with multiple places to get food. This place is by far the busiest of all the other places. Food is as expected. Never done me wrong here. I did have a big order one night late that had a few mistakes and I had to wait much longer than needed. To make up for it, I was given a few free sandwich passes and that easily made up for it. The order seemed to be placed wrong according to my receipt so no fault in not putting something into my bag. It simply wasn't taken correctly. Two drive thru lines, and traffic direction helps the chaos outside. They do work it well and try to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. Would give 5 stars if I didn't get that one time where my order wasn't taken properly. But I won't shy away from stopping again. I do wish they were open on Sundays. Especially during football season. I'll just have to remember to place a late night Saturday order to get my cravings taken care of on game day. read more

I have a young son and took him here yesterday. We both had never eaten at chick filet before. He got the kids meal with grilled chicken nuggets. Well about 8 hours later in the middle of the night he gets incredibly sick. He had the classic symptoms of food poisoning, won't get graphic here but it made him very sick. He had the potato chips as a side and some of my peach shake so im thinking it was chicken. Very disappointed and upset there had to be some sort of cross contamination unsanitary practices because never in my life have I seen this happen to him. Also yall forgot my Polynesian sauce. As a son of the CFA delivery director I always know what they need to do and what foods are the best. Even though people order Chick-fil-A on Doordash or Uber eats they should order from the actual Chick-fil-A app, it's way better then doordash or Uber eats in my opinion, the delivery service is very good and if they mistake your order or get it wrong they always fix it and bring it back with a few extra treats. Right now they are small in numbers at 13 drivers but they still do a amazing job. The food in general is amazing. Very good Nuggets, Sandwiches, Salads, and grilled foods. The condiments are amazing, there are many condiments for your food: Ranch, Chick-fil-A sauce, buffalo sauce, and many more. The drinks are the best, the sweet tea is amazing, the lemonade is also a fan favorite, but the one everybody looks for is the "Sunjoy". You might be asking yourself "What the heck is a Sunjoy?" Well great thing you asked, it's a combination of your choice of Lemonade and also sweet or unsweet tea(I recommend the Sweet tea). They also have a playground in restaurant for your children to play in, it's for kids 0-12 years old. The restaurant is also very sanitary, tables and floors are cleaned every time a family leaves a table. I LOVE LOVE LOVE going here, perfect Saturday morning breakfast. However, someone in my family has a high gluten intolerance, so she always gets the grilled chicken bowl. We've never had a huge problem, it's only ever been 100% right or 100% wrong, (as in being a breaded chicken bowl). However, in all these years we've been going to this Chick-fil-A, (ever since it opened!) there has never been a problem with having 50% breaded and 50% grilled! My mom just picked out all of the breaded, and she was okay. We've never had a problem with getting the wrong food, besides when we used to get kids meals and they forgot our ice cream. Oh well! Pretty good service there, and I get my food exceptionally fast every time I go there (except from one time, in which I had to wait 20 minutes for a shake, but I consider that an anomaly). Its really chill in the mornings and such, however, it gets packed really bad, especially in the afternoon and evening. Love having this location in Saginaw! We finally had a chance to try it out this past Saturday for breakfast. They have excellent customer service. The food always taste great. This location is very clean. The condiments section is well stocked and organized. There is a play pen for younger children. There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating when it's not too hot. What's great about this location is the amount of community outreach events that they have. There is something for every age group to keep the community engaged. It's always encouraging to know that there are businesses in the community, for the community. read more

Saginaw has a Chick-Fil-A! I wasn't a big fan before but for some reason this excited me! I will say I like their breakfast items more than their other lunch/dinner offerings. This one is on the way to work so I've been stopping by more often. I've only been in the drive thru so can't say much for the interior. Customer service is on point every time and my order is always right. I usually don't write reviews for fast food joints unless the customer service is worth mentioning but I gotta say, the egg white grill is my new favorite! It's a grilled chicken breast sandwich with grilled egg whites and American cheese on a multigrain English muffin. Pair it with fresh fruit or a Greek yogurt parfait and you are off to a good start! I went to the Saginaw location Saturday....it was a little after 12...while in line at the drive through I accidentally spilled 44 ounces of tea in my lap. It was extremely cold and of course i was soaking wet.
