I come here ALL THE TIME. Their drive thru usually looks long but they are extremely fast. Their staff is friendly and gets the job done. They are never stingy with the sauces EVER and provide plenty of napkins. I also get a ton of coupons for free items pretty frequently. read more

While I still ask for a fork with my nuggets when visiting this location (lol), they no longer roll their eyes, but smile. I know we all wish our lives were as organized as a Chick-Fil-A drive thru, but this location has it down to a science most of the time. And on the very rare occasion they get my order wrong, they immediately make it right. read more

I am in love with this location, no matter the time of day their staff is ALWAYS so incredible. Today I decided to try out dine-in and order from the ap from my table. OMG, it was way too easy and just the most relaxing experience. I let my kiddo run and play in the play place while I watched her and ordered right from my table! They bring your food straight to you and you didn't even have to wait in line with an impatient kiddo whose goal is just to hit the slides! I am the most grateful they opened the play place and the dining area. The staff was walking around and cleaning as they've always done. Once I received my food, I literally sat and savored the moment with my waffle fries, pure love! So yes, give this location some love whether it's drive-thru or dine-in. They're the best one in the area as far as I'm concmaybe I'm just saying that because they're the only ones with the play place open. But that's how it goes :) read more

For the past 6 weeks or so, I've ordered breakfast here every. single. day. And every order has been made correctly and to my liking - except twice, no salsa was not included with my breakfast burrito (womp womp). A minor mistake like that here and there is totally understandable and forigiveable. Had I called to complain, I'm sure they would have done anything in their power to make up for the mistake - or at least apologize and be cordial about the matter. Customer service is top notch. The food is always fresh and delicious! I love their online ordering point/reward system almost as much as I love their seasonal milkshakes and flavored teas. read more

This location is slow. I ordered on the app and when I arrived I still waited 12 minutes for my order. If I had ordered at the restaurant I would understand this wait or even a longer wait. I needed this to be fast food and fast service. When you order ahead and tell the location to make the order even before you arrive and still wait an additional 12 minutes there is an issue. This location is a no go for me. read more

This place had such potential to be great but they disappointed me on the second visit. My first visit was a breakfast extravaganza. I got the chicken egg bagel, mini chicken biscuits, hash browns, and the sausage egg and cheese english muffin. All the breakfast items were great but they forgot to give me ketchup with the hash browns. I didn't think much about it then but it was horrible for the second visit. On the second visit I got the 8 count grilled nuggets and the cool chicken wrap. The server asked me what sauce I wanted. They did not give me any sauce. I have nuggets and a cool wrap with no sauce. The sauce was even listed on the receipt. It was a horrible meal. SMH. read more

Busy intersection here with multiple places to get food. This place is by far the busiest of all the other places. Food is as expected. Never done me wrong here. I did have a big order one night late that had a few mistakes and I had to wait much longer than needed. To make up for it, I was given a few free sandwich passes and that easily made up for it. The order seemed to be placed wrong according to my receipt so no fault in not putting something into my bag. It simply wasn't taken correctly. Two drive thru lines, and traffic direction helps the chaos outside. They do work it well and try to get everyone in and out as fast as possible. Would give 5 stars if I didn't get that one time where my order wasn't taken properly. But I won't shy away from stopping again. I do wish they were open on Sundays. Especially during football season. I'll just have to remember to place a late night Saturday order to get my cravings taken care of on game day. read more

I have a young son and took him here yesterday. We both had never eaten at chick filet before. He got the kids meal with grilled chicken nuggets. Well about 8 hours later in the middle of the night he gets incredibly sick. He had the classic symptoms of food poisoning, won't get graphic here but it made him very sick. He had the potato chips as a side and some of my peach shake so im thinking it was chicken. Very disappointed and upset there had to be some sort of cross contamination unsanitary practices because never in my life have I seen this happen to him. Also yall forgot my Polynesian sauce. I will add the peach shake was pretty good, however, I will not be returning. read more

As a son of the CFA delivery director I always know what they need to do and what foods are the best. Even though people order Chick-fil-A on Doordash or Uber eats they should order from the actual Chick-fil-A app, it's way better then doordash or Uber eats in my opinion, the delivery service is very good and if they mistake your order or get it wrong they always fix it and bring it back with a few extra treats. Right now they are small in numbers at 13 drivers but they still do a amazing job. The food in general is amazing. Very good Nuggets, Sandwiches, Salads, and grilled foods. The condiments are amazing, there are many condiments for your food: Ranch, Chick-fil-A sauce, buffalo sauce, and many more. The drinks are the best, the sweet tea is amazing, the lemonade is also a fan favorite, but the one everybody looks for is the "Sunjoy". You might be asking yourself "What the heck is a Sunjoy?" Well great thing you asked, it's a combination of your choice of Lemonade and also sweet or unsweet tea(I recommend the Sweet tea). They also have a playground in restaurant for your children to play in, it's for kids 0-12 years old. The restaurant is also very sanitary, tables and floors are cleaned every time a family leaves a table. They also have events there like Bingo, Family game night, stuff animal sleep over, etc. I recommend this Chick-fil-A read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE going here, perfect Saturday morning breakfast. However, someone in my family has a high gluten intolerance, so she always gets the grilled chicken bowl. We've never had a huge problem, it's only ever been 100% right or 100% wrong, (as in being a breaded chicken bowl). However, in all these years we've been going to this Chick-fil-A, (ever since it opened!) there has never been a problem with having 50% breaded and 50% grilled! My mom just picked out all of the breaded, and she was okay. We've never had a problem with getting the wrong food, besides when we used to get kids meals and they forgot our ice cream. Oh well! The times I've eaten inside, I noticed that it's very clean! People that work there are very nice! Great food, nice community. I 100% recommend!!! read more

Pretty good service there, and I get my food exceptionally fast every time I go there (except from one time, in which I had to wait 20 minutes for a shake, but I consider that an anomaly). Its really chill in the mornings and such, however, it gets packed really bad, especially in the afternoon and evening. With that, parking becomes a nightmare and the drive thru becomes really long and frustrating. Tl;dr: Good food, great service, gets really packed in later hours. read more

Love having this location in Saginaw! We finally had a chance to try it out this past Saturday for breakfast. They have excellent customer service. The food always taste great. This location is very clean. The condiments section is well stocked and organized. There is a play pen for younger children. There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating when it's not too hot. What's great about this location is the amount of community outreach events that they have. There is something for every age group to keep the community engaged. It's always encouraging to know that there are businesses in the community, for the community. read more

Saginaw has a Chick-Fil-A! I wasn't a big fan before but for some reason this excited me! I will say I like their breakfast items more than their other lunch/dinner offerings. This one is on the way to work so I've been stopping by more often. I've only been in the drive thru so can't say much for the interior. Customer service is on point every time and my order is always right. I usually don't write reviews for fast food joints unless the customer service is worth mentioning but I gotta say, the egg white grill is my new favorite! It's a grilled chicken breast sandwich with grilled egg whites and American cheese on a multigrain English muffin. Pair it with fresh fruit or a Greek yogurt parfait and you are off to a good start! They say is the healthiest fast food breakfast item now. Sorry Egg McMuffin. Love having this location in the area! read more

We ordered two chicken sandwich combos and grilled club combo. ($40) Sat at the window for a bit and got the drinks but they asked us to pull around and wait for the food. All the cars behind us were getting their orders. When we got home, there was NO CHICKEN on the grilled club! Also, the lettuce still had water all over it. I called the store (3 times) and was greeted by a voice mail asking me to leave a message! Their service has been steadily going downhill for several months. This location is consistently on point and the drive thru wait times are average. My order has ALWAYS been right the first time! I went to the Saginaw location Saturday....it was a little after 12...while in line at the drive through I accidentally spilled 44 ounces of tea in my lap. It was extremely cold and of course i was soaking wet. The girls in the drive through were so sweet...they got me an ice water to drink...since I dumped my drink...and a bunch of napkins to soak up my mess!! They were amazing. So excited for this chick Fil a to open. They have been open for a few months now and still can't get an order right. Collectively between my husband and me we have gone maybe 8 times. More so than other chipotles I've been to in the area. Sometimes they are out of different meats, so I pivot and choose something else. It doesn't bother me because I'd rather wait or choose something else than get chicken/meat that was mixed and cooked yesterday. (My preference, I totally get that for others it can be a serious inconvenience, especially when you have food limitations and you're hungry.) I normally get the salad (yes I have to ask for extra lettuce every time), whatever chicken they have, a 1/2 scoop of rice, bell peppers, pico de Gallo and the cilantro sauce. Soooo good. My husband and daughter always get tacos, they love the honey chicken as well. We always get there in house sweet tea or berry aqua Fresca. The place is always clean. If you're patient the staff is mostly accommodating and nice. It's been clean every time I've been there.

They're controlled and monitored by corporate. But the last time I ate here, I was disappointed with the food's taste as well. The chicken was bland and not seared properly like it used to be. They also always seem to be out of veggies. The staff is always nice, and I do appreciate their kindness, but between the outrageous food-to-price ratio and the constant dirty tables, I'm not sure we'll keep going. It also seems some of their long-time great staff recently left, because I don't see them anymore, and it seems the standards have changed quite a bit. It shows in the store's taste, quality, and cleanliness, as those factors were probably important in making it a great location. Kindness alone won't make a great Chipotle. Bummer.

He has gone up there to get the order correct. We probably won't be spending our money here again, especially with how small my Burger in a Bowl was for $10. Insane. Do better.

The hamachi never disappoints, and the oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious. For our main course, we typically go with the dry-aged ribeye and a wedge salad. The ribeye is easily one of my favorite steaks in DFW, consistently cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. While the food is always excellent, the service is what truly sets Wicked Butcher apart. The staff is consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making the experience feel special. The swank, Art Deco atmosphere matches the hotel perfectly, but the food is the real star. For lunch, the Wicked Burger was phenomenal. Built with cheddar, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and a rich sauce on a toasted sesame brioche bun, it hits every savory note perfectly. The rest of the table was equally thrilled with their choices, including the French Dip (loaded with caramelized onions, provolone, and horseradish-garlic aioli on a baguette with a stellar au jus) and the crisp Steak Cobb salad. The truffle fries were a massive hit and a frequent topic of conversation around the table, and even the fountain Diet Coke was perfectly calibrated. I'd be completely remiss if I didn't mention the monster rolls brought out for the table--they are giant, incredibly airy, golden popovers served with a spectacular rosemary honey butter that steals the show before the main course even arrives. For breakfast, I wanted to stay on the healthier side and ordered the Sinclair Breakfast with chicken sausage. The sausage delivered incredible flavor with a perfect, distinct peppery bite. The plate was beautifully balanced with delicate microgreens, and the breakfast potatoes were a total standout--perfectly executed with a great outer char and deep flavor. Paired with excellent, robust Lavazza drip coffee, it was a flawless start to the morning. Across both visits, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly attentive with beverage refills. Top-tier service, great quality, and an absolute must-visit in Fort Worth.

A quick note on seating: the patio is lovely in theory, with the optional open windows and a breezy feel, but the chairs are not winning any comfort awards. Inside booths are the move. Also worth noting, this is Fort Worth, and once the thermometer hits triple digits, the patio conversation ends itself if the windows are open. Plan accordingly. Malai starts every table with steamed sticky rice and an eggplant dip, which is a charming little ritual and a genuinely good one. We also kicked things off with the Edamame, a heads up on the heat level there, and the Fried Imperial Rolls, filled with ground pork and shrimp and served with a sesame soy sauce. Fair warning: these do not photograph well and arrive at the table looking a little shy. Don't be fooled. They're flavorful, subtly spicy, and well worth ordering. For entrees, we tried the Basil Vegetable Fried Rice two ways, one vegan and one with chicken. The vegan version was a genuine surprise, with vegetables cooked just right and a flavor that didn't need the chicken to make its case. The mushrooms, however, had the texture of something you'd find in a hardware store. Chew at your own risk. The Green Curry, meanwhile, was a case of too much of a good thing. The curry was so heavy-handed it drowned everything underneath it. Sometimes restraint is a virtue. Save room for the Banana Pot de Crème. It's creamy, subtly sweet, and a graceful finish to the meal. The service at Malai is enthusiastic, and I do mean enthusiastic. The staff works as a team, all smiles, attentive, always nearby. Occasionally a little too nearby. More than once a plate nearly disappeared before we were done with it. It's a small complaint, and honestly a far better problem than the alternative. They're warm, cheerful, and clearly enjoy what they do, which goes a long way. Portions are generous, so order a few dishes and share the wealth. For a lunch stop between shops, Malai Kitchen punches well above its weight.
