Still my favorite sub shop. Came in today for a giant Italian and once again was not disappointed. My only problem is I can never decide which sub to get lol. I've been going to this Jersey Mike's for a little while and I have never been treated the way I was the last time I went. Me and two other friends walked in and I was paying and we ordered 3 club subs. IMMEDIATELY the employee cutting the lunch meat whistled (as if to say that it was a lot) which it was, but I was gonna tip a good amount. He was really pissy after that and made comments to his other employees that he hates working with them and he was honestly being a little *****. Second time I have found hair in my sandwich. First time I let it go! Second time it was just disgusting. There were a lot of employees working none of them had there hair up. They had visor hats on but No hair tied up. The only one that had their hair up was the young lady working the register. Guys with long hair making the sandwiches. Have to agree with many of the reviews here. The food was good. But service was pretty terrible. Watched them not make eye contact or acknowledge people walking in, while people just stare, waiting. The one girl working the grill at the time was the only person to let people know they'd be with them soon, despite being the only person not facing customers...since she was working the grill. Ordered 6 sandwiches. 3 giants and 3 regulars. I received 4 and a half. So I went back and they looked through all of my bags because they didn't believe me. Good thing I had my receipt. One sandwich was marked with the wrong number. It's just a misprint said the girl. One girl claimed she had already made an Italian. Also they get mad that I haven't Memorized all the correlating numbers to their sandwiches. When speaking to customers just refer to it as beef or Turkey and don't get upset if I have to look up at your menu to see which sandwich you're referring to. The guy who was in front of me was back because he had ordered sandwiches online and they still left a sandwich out. This shop makes good sub sandwiches using quality ingredients. Their order online system works good. The order will be ready at the right time, and if you pay online you can take the order from a table near to the door. But they repeatedly do not follow requests made on the order, to include napkins, and mark the identity of the sandwich on the wrapper. When it happened a couple of months ago, I called to complain. They offered two free sandwiches to compensate for the mistakes. That was good. But since then I have the same problem almost every time I make an order. I state the requests three times on each order, and each recent time there are no napkins in the bag, and the sandwich identity is not marked on the wrapper. The last time one sandwich had it marked on the wrapper, and it was wrong, it was for the other sandwich. Absolutely horrible service! Ordered online arrived at pickup time which was 20 min past the time I ordered. Still had to wait another 20 min for my single sandwich. Staff completely ignored me and other customers who were waiting for online orders longer than I was. I finally got someone to acknowledge me and I was told it was still being worked on. I continued to wait and be ignored. finally after 40 minutes from order time I loudly asked again and a guy up front says "oh ya your order has been sitting here" sitting at the front counter next to the cash register. The girl I originally asked was no where to be found and obviously didn't even check when I asked the first time. Another customer who had ordered over an hour ago was very upset and said this happens all the time. There were 6 employees in the store 4 of which seemed lost and moved like sloughs. It was lunch rush and no one had any sense of urgency whatsoever. Finally got my sandwich that was soggy and warm from sitting, made incorrectly and dispite the bread being soggy it was horribly dry. Absolute worst experience and sandwich I've ever had. I definitely won't be going here again. Tried to file a complaint online but couldn't without the order # on the receipt that I was not given. There are 4 guys working & they seriously could not get my 2 sandwiches made correctly. I read EXACTLY what the orders were & they kept making them wrong- things like swapped the mini sized order with the regular so we had the wrong bread, added ingredients I didn't ask for & left stuff off that I did ask for. I needed to leave but I just spent $20 on 2 sandwiches that weren't made how I asked. I was REALLY clear. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the regular size that was supposed to be a mini. They should have comped it. I have no idea why that was SO hard... listening to the customer would go a LONG way here. There was no reason for it to be that complicated. read more

Although the service was quick, they got my order wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home and opened up both sandwiches. EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!! I see a bunch of "cry-babies" have written their sad little stories on here and it honestly shocks me. I have been going to this Jersey Mikes for years now... Not once have I had a poor experience. The food is always excellent and the service is TOP NOTCH! Even when they have a line of people in here ordering 5+ sandwiches EACH, they always welcome guests and are diligent in their duties. Yes-Shredded lettuce and the plethora of other selections/ condiments that goes on a piece of bread does tend to get a little "unorganized" on a jam packed sandwich, SO if you are looking for skimpy sandwiches there is a Subway down the road :). I appreciate the service every time, especially from Collin and Lillian. Thank you JMS Staff Also! They have this DELISH new "Stubborn" soda that is Fair-trade with no corn syrup and stuff like that, if that is your kind of thing ;). A terrible establishment, the manager Ashely never helps her fellow employees with customers and instead would rather do work on her laptop or walking around aimlessly in the back. She can also be seen being two faced by requiring a doctors note when you have PROOF of a fever but leaves herself 6 hours early into her shift because her "throat feels weird". Fucking ridiculous and they don't even give their employees the decency to explain why they got fired. Would not recommend for a job as you could be silently fired at any moment. As for the food, they failed their inspection so that should tell you the cleanliness of the establishment. read more

Don't bother. This place has gone way downhill. I've been coming here since they opened. Always the same, a regular #7 is six slices of Turkey, nobody ever weighed anything. Today I go into this place, and now all of a sudden, a regular #7 is only three slices of Turkey. They say it's based on weight, but no one ever weighed my sandwich, so could that be possible? Questioned them and they said this is how they've always done it and that I was wrong. I have eaten at Jersey Mike's many times and always have a good experience. Yesterday however was horrible. For whatever reason they had me pay before my sandwiches were made and I asked for gluten free bread on one of my sandwiches. At the end of making the gluten free sandwich I was told the bread was frozen and to let it sit for a few minutes to thaw out... that was horrible customer service! I should have been told all the gluten free bread was frozen and then I would have went somewhere else to eat! I am extremely disappointed and will NOT being returning to this location. read more

I usually love going to Jersey Mike's because they have awesome sandwiches however this is the second time I've been to this location and they've gotten my order wrong. I asked for Rosemary Parmesan bread on tuna the sandwiches in which they put on white bread and when I asked if it was on Rosemary parmesan they told me yes. The bread is super tough and very chewy and there is no mayonnaise on two of the sandwiches there was onions on one when it wasn't requested and I just am not happy with the sandwiches very disappointed not going back to this location ever again I will go out of my way to the location that serves better food. read more

So today I placed my order on Postmates with no issue, and then 20 mins later it was unexpectedly cancelled. I called the store to see what happened, and I got a laundry list of excuses about contract negotiations and issues with their menu, etc etc, and that they aren't allowed to accept Postmates orders. I asked why does Postmates show on your sign...because I was literally just in there yesterday? And why did it let me place the order, because normally it will say unavailable or something? He said he had no idea. I ended up deciding to just go pick it up since I didn't want to waste anymore time. I arrived at the store at the expected time, but food was not ready. I asked for my drink and waited. I waited an extra 20 mins for my food, and then if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even have the cookies I ordered in there and had to go in the back to look for some. They came back up front and didn't say anything, so I figured maybe they were heating them up, I wasn't sure. So, I'm still waiting...over cookies. 10 mins later I'm still standing there and I finally said, how long is this going to take? He said "oh well unfortunately it looks like we are out of cookies right now". He couldn't have said that 10 mins ago??? I asked why they let me just stand there? He said there must have been a miscommunication. I asked how? All of them knew I was waiting on cookies, and no one said anything about them being "out". I said, can I please have my money back then so I can go, because my kids have been waiting on their food ultimately for over 2 hours at this point. He said since I placed my order online, I couldn't even get a refund. Seriously SO frustrating. I loooove Jersey Mike's normally, but I have given this location too many chances and gotten incorrect orders and poor service. Don't waste your time or money here! Authentic Jersey Shore subs. I know, I've been to New Jersey and these are exactly the same as you get there. I usually order the #13. It has provolone, ham, prosciutto, capacol and pepperoni on a freshly baked hoagie roll. Be sure to get it Mike's way with onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano. It doesn't matter which store you visit, the sandwiches are identical. I guess they train the employees well. Lol. read more

I had a friend that visited this establishment yesterday evening. She is an Uber and Lyft driver. C stopped at this Jersey Mike's In desperate need to use the restroom and planning to buy a sandwich at the same time . They were open but had no bread for sandwiches. Being desperate to use the restroom as a 60 year old woman she proceeded to do so. The employee told her she couldn't . Being desperate she proceeded to use the restroom. The young male employee took the key and opened the door while she was on the toilet and insisted she had to leave. Being completely humiliated and scared she never filed a complaint but just left. This is sexual harassment and should never be it tolerated in any establishment. This Jersey Mike's is not a safe establishment to visit. read more

He asked me what do I want. Didn't greet me didn't do nothing. Mind you me and my family go to Jersey mikes at least once a week. And I work at a company that likes to get food from here also too. But unfortunately we are never going to come here again. That was one of the rudest service I have ever had in my entire life. I gave the guy a $20 bill and the total was $8.25 he gave me $10 back. And when I told him that you're missing a dollar he gave me a quarterback. I can't tell if he was on drugs or if he just doesn't know how to count. Hello I was just at this Jersey Mike's Location I ordered a sandwich one that I always order brought it back home it was so horrible I tried to eat but I could not I called the restaurant they told me it was fine just bring it back and will make you a different one I pack up the sandwich take it back into the store the manager looks at my face and says no not happening and I am like what are you talking about why would you call me in the moment you seen my face change your mind she tells me that she made a sandwich in front of me I tell her I know and it doesn't taste right then she says I'm going to call the cops I tell her Miss I don't want another sandwich I don't want my money but you can't treat people this way just give me your name and the number to your corporate office she goes in the back comes back out and says you could leave now I am calling the police and don't come back the other staff members looked at me and said they were sorry I told him please don't forget what she did there is no room for profiling peoplePlease do not go to disestablishment do not let them get away with this There is no room for treating people this terribly she almost brought me to tears read more

I won't be purchasing from this store again. They consistently screw up my online orders. We usually order via the app for my family of 3, all giant subs so that we have leftovers. More times than not, they make a mistake on at least one of the 3 subs, usually putting Mayo on my son's "no Mayo" BLT. What is more frustrating is that when I leave feedback via the app, requesting a response from the store, hopefully in the form of a refund or credit, NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. After I have gotten home with my subs, the last thing I feel like doing is driving the 5 mile round trip back to the store to get another sub. Respond to my feedback, refund the sub or give me Shore Points for my next order! In other words, pretend like you care about your customers! This has now happened one too many times and this place has lost my business forever. Looking forward to Capriotti's opening across the street in the next couple of weeks. East coaster transplant here. Staff was great and sub reminded me of back home. My reason for leaving a review is to say that the guy checking me out deserves a promotion. Wife said he had a "man bun" (should have gotten his name) - anyway, I've Been missing "sweet peppers" since moving here. Asked for them on my sub and preparer looked at me crazy.
