I have eaten at Jersey Mikes all over the country. This location really was a disappointment. The service was not good and food was mediocre at best. There were several folks with the attitude that I was inconveniencing them with my order. Not only did they not get my order incorrect, they didn't even put all the ingredients on my hot sub. Then the female on the grill forgot the extra meat, the peppers, onions and mushrooms. The Ambiance is tense from the staff's attitudes. I would skip this location and head to Firehouse for a much better experience. $50 plus a tip. What a waste. read more

I have been going here for over a year , almost every day, well the past 6 months it has gone downhill, the tomatoes are mush. the bread is always hard as in day old bread . I ordered a sandwich today and wanted bacon paid for bacon , got no bacon . I used to get it mikes way but there is a girl who thinks she has to put a bottle of oil and vinger on the sandwiches. Every time I come here I see new faces. show am I supposed to get that great customer service if you keep switching out employees. Most employees look like they are young and the only thing they do is play. You ask where a manager is and when you report them for playing around your food he gets an attitude and tries to rush you off. First of all, Jersey Mike's is my favorite Sub shop, so I will go regardless. However, the reason why I am writing a review about this particular location is to bring to light how friendly and welcoming their staff are. I am there at least twice a week now, so of course I am a regular. Every time I walk in, the staff greet me immediately, no matter how busy there are, and make sure my sandwich is to my liking before they wrap it up. Really didn't want to have to write this review as Jersey mikes is one of my local favorites, but today I have to. I arrived around noon to place an order and they hadn't even started their hinesville takeout orders(she was still waiting when I left), so someone will have cold food delivered to them as well. The guy behind me got his food first and paid first. The guy in front of me was also still waiting when I left. We both agreed at checkout neither of us will ever be back. People don't get two hours for lunch and when you spend thirty minutes waiting on a regular Philly cheesesteak, you don't have much time left to even eat it. So disorganized. this was the first time i've been to jersey mikes and most definitely the last. i walked in and there wasn't a single person waiting in line, or even sitting at the tables. there was wrappers on the floor and some kind of soda spilled in front of the soda machine. i over looked it thinking maybe they had just had a rush, i continued to walk to the sign that said "order here" and waited. i waited for a good 5 minutes before i went to the front counter and asked if anybody was there. I was greeted with a rough "i'm busy" from this younger looking black lady. i then waited for another 5 minutes until she came up. i told her my order and she then got the hardest sub bread i think i've ever seen, she didn't even ask me what kind of bread i wanted. after getting everything on it i went to pay and asked if they did a military discount and she said no. so i asked her her name and paid for my sub and i ended up throwing half of it away. read more
