I love tropical smoothie ! With this location I waited much longer than expected for my açaí bowl, only to receive one that was almost completely frozen solid, making it difficult to eat. It was also missing the extra coconut flakes I had requested. I'm giving this experience 3 stars because this seems to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-time occurrence. I really enjoy the food when it's made properly, so I hope the consistency and wait times improve. I love the food and always stop by ! But needs improvement ! read more

Upon walking in & ready to place my order I need to wait until a worker decides to stop talking in the back to come up to the front counter. After ordering a açaí bowl this morning (order this 2 times already in hopes it was a mistake the first time) I don't receive it fresh. I get preparing for the following days but don't give it to me so frozen I can't even eat it until I can get it semi thawed out. I enjoy their smoothies, and haven't had a problem yet with those. I'd say this place is average but not like "Wow". I haven't experienced abnormal wait times when coming inside either. Horrible, we're not nice and barely no chicken in my Caribbean jerk wrap and was cut wrong way. Piled up with rice and beans and pineapple. I'm never going to that one again. Even got a manager and she said they don't remake stuff. They wouldn't even cut it. They told me pull up and brought me the same wrap back. Just a shame. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the go to place for just about any time of the day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack time. I'm a huge fan of the meal and then shake for $1 extra. Their sandwiches and wraps are all good, but the chicken pesto wrap with the peanut paradise plus whey protein is quite satisfying. You also get a side of chips or kale salad. The lunchtime rush can be long at times, especially when you're waiting on the line. Going inside is sometimes quicker. read more

I come here weekly and they have the best service. Very clean inside and today they went above and beyond. Somehow my order ended up at the wrong store and they were kind enough to make it here anyways. The food is always fresh and it was good to deal appreciated and taken care of today. 5 star for smoothie. 0 stars for Food. Numerous times I've had issues with food. They have a really bad habit of not telling you they are out of stock of ingredients and just make the food without the ingredients. QC lacking with the food. I've been here 5 times for their new Caprese Grilled Cheese Sandwich. First time they put on flat bread (which I actually really really liked it and got hooked). 2nd Time I order they make sandwich and I hear cashier (same one that rung me up) tell another customer they are out of pesto at this time they bring my sandwich out and ask the cashier we're good right you had pesto for my sandwich and the cashier told me he didn't know that pesto was on that sandwich and apologized and refunded my order and went somewhere else for food. 3rd time I go I'm told they are out of Parmesan. 4th time I go they are out of tomatoes. And finally the 5th time today I'm informed the have everything. Finally thought we were good. Well I got home and no tomatoes in my sandwich. This place can't seem to get their act together. It's one thing to be out of an ingredient, it's disappointing but I understand. It's another to make the food with the missing ingredients and not inform the customer but take the customers money. That is FRAUD! Finally I've also had issues with the Sante Fe quesadilla multiple times I'm not issued sauce but again not informed they are out of stock until after they take my food and give me the meal. Summary Smoothies are highly recommended here but skip the food until they can fix their quality control and inform customers before taking money and making food without ingredients. read more

Been here twice the Smoothies are good.I haven't tried their food yet. The only downfall of this place is the extremely long wait time. The last time I came I waited 40 minutes for one smoothie. But not just that they gave my smoothie away so they had to make me another one. But other than that I'll be back. Just be prepared to wait. read more
