I eat here at least one a week and always good. I am picky about my tuna being fresh. When I ask when the tuna was made I was shocked to hear that we are not allowed to share the date anymore. I find this to be suspicious as if your tuna is fresh why wouldn't you share the date. One time when I asked the date it was 5 days old. Is this why you don't want the date shared??? Tuna is mayo based and should not be kept for long. I keep mine 2 days. I am not interested in getting sick from old tuna. I was very disappointed that you are not sharing the date. Do not come here if you're expecting to spend $12 on lunch. This is a very healthy and hearty sandwich. It's not cheap though. But you will get a very high-quality sandwich and one can easily tell that the products they use in the sandwich are high-quality. I used to work in a delicatessen when I was a kid and I can tell that the meats here at Jersey Mikes are either Boar's Head or it's contemporary-equivalent. I looked at the menu and the pricing structure and since I considered their prices on the high side, I ordered 2 Turkey and Provolone "Mini" subs "Mikes Way" Well, the shredded lettuce was piled high .... very, very high, the Turkey tasted processed, the Provolone and tomato were both sliced so thin you could see through them, and the Wheat bun was hard on the bottom and tasted terrible. So, $6.35 X 2 for Shredded Lettuce sandwiches and a single drink .... no thanks. read more

Ordered 3 subs on Uber eats and they were supposed to be two full subs and 1 half sub. Ended up only getting 3 half subs for $41 and change. When I called jersey Mike's they admit they made a mistake but refused to fix it. They would not refund me my money and would not bring out the additional subs. Had to call Uber eats to get it straightened out and jersey Mike's employees could care less. Their response, drive to the store and we will give you the rest of your order. If I wanted to drive to their store, I wouldn't have paid $41 to have Uber eats deliver it to my home. I will never eat at Jersey Mike's again this is BS. read more

There was nothing outstanding about quality or taste that sets them apart from the others. The only real negative was the bread. Not a fan of cornmeal on the bottom. The bread had no flavor at all. The food is good, but the service leaves something to be desired. I've ordered from the app several times and only once was my order ready at the time it said to pickup. Today, I actually arrived a few minutes late expecting to wait and stood by the cashier instead of waiting in line - one of the bennies of using the app. The cashier completely ignored me until I finally had to ask if my sandwich was ready. It wasn't. So it took more than 30 minutes from order to pickup. Not ideal for a fast food sandwich joint. They may not survive if this keeps up. Management needs to take some action and get the staff up-to-snuff on proper customer service. read more

I love this place. It's more expensive than Subway or Jimmy John's, but you get literally twice as much meat. Probably triple compared to Jimmy John's, and I don't get hungry again 2 hours later the way I do from them. The meat and bread is much fresher than the stale trash they sell at Subway. You get what you pay for. They do have loyalty program that rewards you with free subs, but it takes forever to get enough points so it's really barely worth it unless you're buying for large groups or go there at least weekly. read more

I like Jersey Mike's food and location, and I go there often. So, why not a 5 star rating? Simple. I've used the online ordering system twice now, and, even though I pay, am given a confirmation statement, and a pickup time, when I arrive they haven't even started the order yet, which, kind of defeats the whole purpose of an online ordering system. It must be used as a marketing gimmick as in "we've got online ordering too!" But, in my experience, it's all show, and no go. The first time the excuse given was something to the effect, "we got busy and didn't notice your order." The second time it was something like, "if we are busy then sometimes we can't get to it." Say what? Like I said, nothing wrong with the food or the usually friendly staff, just be wary of the online ordering system. read more

Just average sub shop. I ordered two philly cheese steak subs with lettuce tomato and mayo. Didn't get the ltm. But later I learned, you are supposed to stay in line to get the toppings. I should have expected less than average service from the airhead taking my order. As I sat waiting for my subs, I noticed how dirty the place was. The countertops that I could see in front and behind the counter were dirty, floor was dirty and the counter under the soda machine was dirty. I wonder how long it will be before the Health Dept closes for violations. The place was not busy for 6:30 on a Saturday night.
