I had a bit of trouble finding the place because the map apps do not like their address as listed on Mike's app. On Mike's app it's listed as 2901 Richmond Rd while Apple's map app lists Mike's at 2901 Richmond Service Rd. GPS took me to the wrong place twice. But I found it eventually because I was not going to be denied. This my 7th Jersey Mike's review this year because I'm a diehard fan. I ordered my favorite, #17 Mike's Famous Philly and a bag of chips to go. Even though there was only one other customer just finishing up paying for their order, the speed of receiving my sub was the fastest of all the previous Mike's I patronized. Outstanding service folks! When I got back to the condo off Tates Creek, the sandwich was still hot and tasted really good. One of the better Mike's subs I've had. I'm so thankful discovering a sub shop that makes hot fresh subs to order right in front of you. No other sub shop has a grill to cook Philly Cheesesteak subs to order. read more

Props to Jersey Mike's for offering gluten free bread. I ordered #66, the portabella cheese steak (no cheese) just out of curiosity. I mean, how good can Udi's GF bread be? When I walked into the restaurant, I was quickly greeted by a guy covered in neck and face tattoos. The cook was still preparing my order and I asked him to add lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise because it wasn't an option on the online order. He let me know that he was taking extra precautions to prepare the sandwich (cleaned the grill to avoid cross contamination) and to make sure to state food allergy on the mobile order next time. I went to the restroom and my sub was ready a few minutes later. The anticipation continued to build for me. As I got in my car to head to Chick-fil-A for the rest of the family, I couldn't wait to take a bite. My MIL absolutely loves this place! She raves about it. So when I buy into this sandwich, I was surprised at the quality and amount of food--this wasn't a cheap sandwich. It was so good, though! I became a devotee of Jersey Mike's just recently. Never having dined there, I was innocently checking out their online menu for a go-to sandwich like roast beef and swiss or maybe a reuben, when I noticed a buffalo chicken cheese steak sub, which sounded kind of different, but I'm always up for the strangely satisfying combination of Frank's Red Hot Sauce and blue cheese in whatever form it comes. Turns out, it's a helluva good sandwich! Chopped grilled chicken, cooked in Frank's, blue cheese sauce, provolone (?) cheese. Absolutely delicious and, for me, a gateway drug to many other fine sandwiches offered at Jersey Mike's, like the Chipotle Cheese Steak and the Grilled Pastrami Reuben. All top-notch! While I haven't dined in the restaurant, I can attest that their order-ahead online service is excellent. Ordered this online via their website. I had to create an account but it will be worth it bc you get points for every sandwich you order and I believe this is my husband and I's sub sandwich shop. Even without ordering extra meat, the sub comes with generous amount of meat as well as their toppings. When you order online, you can customize the toppings you want on your sandwich. The #8 is our favorite sandwich so far. We tried one of their hot subs #17 Mike's Famous Philly, and that was also good. We added jalapeño peppers to it and it was delicious. My husband didn't care for the red peppers and onions that came with the #17 but he's not a good vegetable eater. I went for the 1st time on Wednesday night. I got a lg Chicken philly, and a chicken philly wrap. Sounded great, but when I watched the guy prepare it I was close to asking for my money back. He put the wrap on the grill and took it off and threw it away, put another one on and took it off and threw it on the area that I think the sandwiches might be prepared. He then throws the chicken on the grill. The wrap is getting cold while this is going on. I couldn't believe he heated the wrap first. Needless to say the wrap was cold and dried out. I ask for mayo and honestly couldn't taste any at all.
