So I think I found an issue and Culver's could be making tons of money off it, if it was not known to the customers (maybe it is when they ask; however, I found it hard to acknowledge). Whenever one orders a Butterburger, the person taking the order will ask, "Do you want everything?" It is never made clear in the drive thru what "everything" is. I would think it would be everything that comes with the burger. This, at the restaurant, you will be up charged $0.30. What I found odd is that online, the only upcharge ($0.30) for everything (then we find out that "everything" is pickles, mayo, raw onions, lettuce, tomato) that comes with the Butterburger, is tomato. So if one takes off tomato, they should not be upcharged and yet today, I ask and they still upcharge for "everything." I do not know if this franchise knows this, or if they do, to stop because it does not match the price someone gets the Butterburger for online. read more

3/31/25 I stopped by for lunch since I was short on time and wanted a delicious fast food option. This place never disappoints! It's my favorite. I ordered the Double Deluxe ButterBurger and cheese curds through the drive-thru. Though I didn't dine inside, the service was impressively fast. I was asked to pull around, but before I even got fully parked, my food was brought out. Everything was just as delicious as I remembered! I'll definitely be returning. Stay away from the Georgetown location. The young manager working 2nd shift will take up for the trainwreck employees he has there. Will never go back to that location. Contacted this restaurants manager that was on duty the time I drove ththrough and he seemed to think I was too upset, "aggressive " in my explanation of what happened. I merely ask him to talk with the employee that was working the window to do better and explain the importance of getting every order correct. Apparently my tone hurt his feelings. $13 bucks wasted on an employee and a manager that refused to do their jobs. Pathetically sad. read more

On Friday 9/27/2024 my wife ordered online for a 6:30pm pickup. She arrived at 6:25 got in line and person at register advised they were still working on order. She step aside 20 minutes later she got back in line got to register and same person said yes it's ready and she was handed bags and concrete mixer she noticed that where already there. She asked what am I supposed to do she thought they would call her name since it was on the ticket on the bag. She was advised maybe go through drive thur. We live only 5 minutes away she arrived home with cold fries, hamburger was still good I must admit but the concrete mixers was like two glasses on milk we had to put in freezer. She said another person prior to leaving did apologize but no offer of making it right. My wife did said was tired coming from work so she brought the mess home. read more

Had dinner while in Lexington for work. The restaurant was clean and the young folks at the counter as well as those who were making ice cream and delivered food to the tables were all kind and polite. Grilled chicken salad with cashews and the fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing was delicious. It had good fresh lettuce cheese cucumbers tomatoes and a good amount of cashews. I added a side of fries that were hot and crispy. And of course I had to have a small yogurt toffee mixer. I ordered the mini and I do think the ice cream is a bit pricey. Almost $4 for a very small ice cream treat. Salad on the other hand was reasonably priced. Plenty of parking and conveniently located near my hotel. Plenty of shopping around this location. I came in here yesterday to get my daughter a kids meal and an ice cream and my best friend and I ended up eating here as well. I had the Wisconsin cheese curds and a lemon Ice with strawberries on top and it was really good. My daughter has a chicken tenders kids meal. All the food was super hot and fresh. The lady who rang us up was amazing. When my daughter was ready for desert she gave her a chocolate ice cream with M&Ms and a big hug and told her how much she made her day. Management this evening, May 4th at 5pm in Lexington would be fired if they worked for my business. The looks given when asked for her to fill up a concrete mixer because it was handed off not full (I know it is a lot to ask to get what you pay for nowadays) and the subsequent rude eye roll and dismissive resolution of the situation by the manager is disgraceful. She was the one who made the item and then became irritated that someone wanted something as simple as a complete concrete mixe. The girl at the drive through window than pats her back like "you poor thing, having to add a little ice cream to that bad man's cup" sums up Culver's customer experience in a nut shell. There are plenty of other staff members at this location that were attentive, friendly, and exuded a positive customer experience whom I would put in her place tomorrow If I was the store manager. So I got a butter burger instead and honestly wish I would have just left after not getting the prime rib. If you're looking for fancy, keep on trucking. If you want decent quality fast food, then this is your spot. I love this Culver's. I end up here a lot more than I care to admit because it is so darn convenient to my house. The burger is a step above fast food burgers, and I like the fries too. They have a good fish sandwich and good buffalo tenders as well. Oh, did I mention the cheese curds?! As a previous reviewer noted, the drive-through can be a little slow, but you have to keep in mind that they cook all food to order. If you understand that, it will promote a little more patience while you're waiting for them to bring your food out to your car. What really sets this Culver's apart is the service. The dining room is always clean. I was there about a week ago during the lunch rush and at one point, I looked around and every single available table had been wiped down and was ready for the next patron. There usually is someone in the dining room tidying it up. More often than not, I get someone taking my order who acts like they actually care about doing their job well. My order is almost always correct and I usually have a modification or two with my burger, so big kudos to them for getting it right. And, last but not least, I like that they have caffeine-free diet soda. Not many places do, and the gesture has not gone unappreciated by this insomniac. read more

Not a bad little place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Pretty kid friendly as they have high chairs and changing tables in both the men's and women's restroom. Their custard is pretty good. Chocolate, vanilla and a flavor of the day. Flavor of the day when I visited was coconut cream...it was pretty decent. They also make concretes also which I really couldn't tell the difference between a concrete and getting a scoop of custard in a cup. Decent custard. The food at Culver's is usually pretty good. The Butterburger is definitely a step above a fast-food burger like McDonald's or Burger King. The thick-cut crinkle fries are decent, but this particular location doesn't change the grease as often as they should. I refuse to dine in at this Culver's anymore. Every time I've visited, they've had every television in the place tuned to Fox News. I have children, and I do not want them exposed to that any more than I'd want them exposed to hardcore pornography. If Culver's decides to stop airing obscene programming in the dining room, I might consider eating there again. They are famous for their butter burgers which is a tasty burger in my book, but I can't wait to dive into the custard.
