Asked them to toast the bread on the flat top for my cheesesteak. Girl said yes. Guess what? Didn't do it. When she handed the sub to the cashier - I said you didn't put the bread on the griddle. Looked at me like I was clueless and said they could put the whole sub on it to warm it up. Told them I didn't have time had to get back to work. Can't win with this location. read more

Ordered 2 Giants with 3 juice on the side, as I have many times. Tipped $1 for their trouble. The juice was not included when we picked up inside. Tried to call store several times on the way back so they could have them ready to go. Store number 734-667-1633 will not ring. Says user is busy. It was the same way when we called to order (finally used the ap) and every time we called. So, return to store, hungry kids in car and we should all be home eating right now. Told guy making subs about problems. He checked the receipt and said he'd remake it. I said I just wanted the juice from the order and I'd really rather be home right now. He tried to hand them to me, no cling film, no bag. I had to ask for a bag so they didn't spill in the car. The staff seemed uninterested in the fact that their phone wasn't working, and I didn't get an apology about any of it. Back again!! Rumors this location has new ownership.... True or not, the customer service in the establishment is top notch. Greeted at the door with a smile. Interacted with the entire sandwich making process. All compliments. If you need a little pick me up - swing on through to pick up a sub and some cheer. And not jus this one instance. Every time I swing through here I leave with a pep in the step and a smile on my face. Swung in here on Jersey Mikes national giving back day. 100% of sales today will be donated to the special Olympics. Amazing! Great to have an establishment like this in the Plymouth community. Place was hopping. In a good way. So many carry out orders and walk in orders... all managed magnificently well. Even the nice couple in front of me complimented their sandwich artist on how well the system seemed to be working. She was ecstatic to hear those words. Hard working team and a great system in place allowed them to keep up with demand... and there was a lot of demand. If their manager is reading this- I agree with that couple's comment- (age appropriate) drinks on the manager once the day is done! Even he was on the line with his sleeves rolled up making sure things were getting done. Ordered one cold sub, one warm sub. The 13- original, mikes way. And the big kahuna cheesesteak. Some of the best cheesesteaks around. Surprised that both were waiting for me at the register in record time with how much was going on. Had more than 10 staff members working hard. I feel like Jersey Mikes was made famous for their original Italian. A must try. But if you are looking for something new and warm- please try any of their cheesesteaks (the chicken is awesome as well). Started to take mental notes of places that I go to with great playlists. Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's. The tough bread and lack of meat and lettuce are certainly not what one would expect, especially after seeing enticing commercials. It's unfortunate when the reality doesn't live up to the expectations set by advertising. Hopefully, they can address these issues to maintain their reputation for quality in the future..probably just the Saturday crew...or maybe because I didn't tip.. read more

Not impressed. I really like Jersey Mike's, but this location did not get it right. They gave me a #1 instead of a #2 mini on white. I did not realize it until I sat down to eat.. Also asked for Mike's way no vinager and the guy didn't put any juice on. Really dry sandwich. Our order for 2 minis and a drink was $18. Pretty steep for getting it wrong.. read more

YAY! A Jersey Mike's just opened here in Plymouth, MI. This zesty sub place is located on a corner lot with adequate parking and may seat about 25 people. I have visited this location many times on different days and hours. The staff are polite, efficient and I have always been greeted by an employee as I entered the restaurant. The relaxed atmosphere and the ability to have conversations with friends & family is always greatly appreciated. The bread is fresh & the aroma is inviting. The fresh vegetables are colorful and vibrant and are plentiful on any sub. The prices $$ are fair and reasonable based on the median of other similar restaurant in our area. But so far, the staff is the most outstanding feature for me as a customer and I truly appreciate TRISTEN as an employee here at Jersey Mike's. You will find him wearing a baseball cap, glasses and a smile on his face as he greets. If you visit Jersey Mike's often, he may remember your order like mine. This Jersey Mike's location is newer, but they've already gone out of their way to make sure we have the best service. I pulled up at 8:56 and began walking back to my car when I realized they closed at 9. However, they all waved me in and promptly made me some subs. No one complained that someone showed up a few minutes before closing and all the associates told me it was not a problem at all. Thank you for awesome subs and great customer service! read more

I'll never order here and maybe never again with Jersey Mike's. Shame on me for ordering food from a franchise rather than a small mom n pop shop. So I ordered like 8 sandwich's and some brownies. I think my total was just under $100. One of my coworkers didn't want a sad witch but wanted a small piece of bread l, no biggie. When I can in to pick up my order I asked the guy if I can order just 1 piece of bread and sure I threw him off so I explained again that I wanted to buy like a 6inch French bread. The guys look at his register (maybe looking for a bottom idk) then tells me to hold he has to ask a manager... the lady told him that we can't sell bread by itself.. Would it have been that hard to charge $3 for it? If I could have cancelled my order I would but I screwed up paying online. I'll never do that again or order with Jersey Mike's. It made me think how differently I get treated when I spend $$ at a local family owned sandwich shop or restaurant. Im done with these franchises run by robots, I'll do my best next time to buy from people that care. Glad it opened up near me. Went there and the sub was very good as usual and was told to come back for Grand Opening day on Jan 9th. subs were to be handed out for a dollar donation. Went in on the 9th around 4pm. there was no mention of the grand Opening deal so the lady in front of me mentioned it to the cashier and she said "I don`t think we are doing it anymore today" Lady was a little upset and there was some bickering going on and finally there gave her the sub for the donations. My wife then said "I am not going to argue for a grand opening sub lets just go" Just a heads up. When doing a special honor it all day. Make it a BOGO so at least you recoup your food cost and everyone is happy. Still glad you are in the area though. read more

I had the opportunity to visit the jersey Mike's in Plymouth last week and was greatly surprised! They were busy as usual at lunchtime for most restaurants but they still took particular care behind the counter to prepare your food in the most proper and presentable manner with quality ingredients. I never want to compare like entrepreneurs, but I will say that jersey Mike's has it head & shoulder above a bunch of shops that are out there. If you like subs, and you're in the mood for a change, I suggest you try jersey Mike's. I really do feel you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

Went to the new location today. Corner location with lots of natural sunlight. They will need to install some sort of shade/filter over the windows. The tables sitting along that end were very hot to sit at. My daughter also mentioned how warm her chips were as they were baking in the sunlight. Upon walking in there were four employees behind the counter sweeping, wiping, etc. Not one person looked up to greet us - not until the older gentleman came out from the back to take our order. With that being said, they should have been wiping down the tables in the dining area. All but one were clean enough to sit at. Sandwiches were good - same as the Ford Rd. location. Minor improvement needed with customer service and cleanliness. read more

If you are hungry, don't go here. Usually Jersey Mike's is a good go to for a sub. This time they should call it "Skimpy Mikes". Less than paper thin slices of meat & cheese. We got the #2 & could barely see the meat and cheese. The irritated guy that made the sub made the visit even less enjoyable. Tired of these chain sub restaurants. I love Jersey Mike's and was really excited when it moved into this location. Unfortunately the quality of service is unbearable. The employees are nice enough but it takes way to long for them to make a sandwich. I waited 15-20 mins for a turkey sandwich.
