But I couldn't see them while making it to know whether it was made fresh or one of the ones in the display case. The sandwich was good- don't get me wrong! But it was a little basic for $13- mayo, lettuce, tomato (light on the toppings), red onion, and pickle. I think one thing that could've helped was some more specialty condiments- Dijon or dark mustard, a speciality aioli,etc. and the pickles were room temp dark green pickles (not fresh). Some fresh, crunchy homemade pickles would have taken this to the next level and really amplified that high quality meat that you're paying for. To the same point, none of the yummy looking salads or sides were labeled in the case. How much were they? Did they contain allergens? Could I get them as a side for my sandwich? Overall a great spot and we'll be back! But I'm left wondering if I'm getting the full experience or not because of the lack of ordering instructions inside. I cannot say enough good things about Jersey Mike's owners and staff, not to mention the great food! March 28 was their Day of Giving when 100% of their sales goes to charity. Not a percentage of the proceeds - 100% of every dollar spent in a Jersey Mike's store that day goes to charity - in the case of this store and all of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky stores that charity is CancerFree KIDS. The employees are so enthusiastic and wonderful - even though it is such a long, busy day for them! It is heart-warming to see everyone pulling together for a good cause.
