I have to say that as far as fast food goes this is my favorite fast food burger. Every time I have been to any Culver's, the burgers are always perfect and fresh and yummy. This location is no different. Easy ingress and egress in the property, the place is clean. You can either stand in line or grab a table and order from the QR code. I prefer to stand in line, but I am a little old school and prefer to talk to people. The cheese curds are yummy and hot. The burger was very good, best fast food burger. I love the buttered bun so it doesn't become soggy. Highly recommend Culver's to anyone wanting fast hot good food. read more

I had another young man check and he told me he still didn't see my order. - still waited . Been going to this Culver's all our lives, but two recent my sister and I been here have been horrible. My sister has a severe peanut/tree nut and twice my sister had to use her epi-pen. The first time I asked them if their speciality ice cream they had for the day had any peanuts or coconut oil, which they reply no - my sister ended having a reaction. Second time my sister told them she had a serve allergy and that they need make sure that their equipment is clean before making her mixer. The fish sandwich was terrible, very greasy, fish was very thin and did have an ok taste but Frisch's fish sandwich is 100% better. This is the absolute worst Culver's I've ever been to. Honestly have never had a bad Culver's experience until we went to this one. My ice cream cone was full of tiny lumps of sour milk, The burgers were cold and dry, which is not consistent with other Culver's usual perfect fresh burgers! Not to mention they forgot the sauce on the burgers, our napkins, and their menu items were $2-$3 more expensive than any other Culver's. First time customer... social media advertising was appealing so I ordered walleye fish sandwich with onion rings. The fish was not throughly cooked, basically it was soggy and half raw. Batter was soft rather than crunchy! It was difficult to eat a raw and soggy sandwich. The bun was soggy, too! The onion rings were cooked to a crisp... a hair from being considered charred. I immediately realized they were not acceptable.. I asked for reorder! Upon receiving them, I made the assumption they were going to be just right. I arrive home only to discover the onion rings were nothing more than overly fried crispy batter with thin strings of onions inside! Needless to say, I felt I had wasted my money. I am kind of stunned by the conversation I just had with one of the supervisors/managers at this store. So we went through the drive through and got three ice cream items. One of them (mine) was a small salted caramel, pumpkin concrete mixer. When we got them, there were a couple of immediate issues with mine. They usually aren't that well mixed, but the mix goes down about half way. Not great, but good enough to keep me coming back I guess. This time, the mix only went down maybe 1/2 an inch. It was pitiful. It was 90% plain vanilla custard and that is absolutely not what I ordered. Second issue: there was a full teaspoon's worth of pure cinnamon in neat little pile right in the dead center of the cup. It was clear that they had mixed it up (a little), then added a literal cinnamon challenges worth of pure cinnamon to the dead center of the cup. I went in with the intention of getting a refund. I explained the issue to the cashier, told her I wanted a refund. She took it, handed it to a manager (or supervisor, not sure of title) who came to talk to me: manager: "Sir, we don't actually fully mix these up. It's kind of like a flurry" me: "hold on.. I worked at McDonalds for years. We absolutely did fully mix them up. Are you telling me you purposefully don't mix them up all the way?" manager: "thats right" I'm thinking... it's literally called a 'mixer'. They imply this thing is mixed up. Either this manager is wrong or this product is pathetic. I've already decided this would be my last visit to Culvers because this response seems insane to me. It's a $4 and change item with a seemingly legitimate complaint (at least to my ears), are they really fighting me on this with a defense of "It's not wrong, we make it poorly on purpose". Whatever, their attempt to choke me with cinnamon is really the larger issue. Surely this will be final nail in the coffin and I'll get my refund. me: "Ok, what about the cinnamon challenge on top there. That can't be how you are supposed to serve it. People could choke on that. It's not safe. Is this how you are supposed to serve this?" manager: "yes sir, this is how we are trained to make it" I'm just in disbelief at this point. She offered to remake it. I declined. I took my mixer back and deposited it in the nearest trash can. I will be disputing the charge since my refund was declined. I see that someone from Culvers occasionally responds to try to remedy issues like these. Let me stop you right there. Your opportunity to remedy this situation ended with the rather young teenager that put into a position of leadership, first tried to choke me with a dangerous product, then refused my refund. Now, not only am I going to get my money back, you're going to have a pay a chargeback fee. BTW, thanks for putting all the promotional material for the pumpkin spice salted caramel concrete mixer online. That goes a long way in proving this "manager" was wrong.. you are not in fact supposed to serve it with a massive scoop of pure cinnamon on top. read more

This place is new to me, and I'm impressed with the selection and value. Quality ingredients, and something for everyone. I saw large family groups, couples, and clusters of teens cycle through. Had the single bacon deluxe and really enjoyed it. I was dipping my crinkle cut fries into the cheese sauce, and enjoying from a wide selection of drink options. Those with me had a pot roast or brisket sandwich, a salad, and onion rings. We had a kid with us, and his kids meal cane with free custard. Over all the employees were nice. But they mess up virtually EVERY order, and I've lost my patience after at least a dozen messed up orders. Really frustrating! If I order 8 chicken tenders, I get 4, even though I pay for 8. If I order 16, I get 8, even though I pay for 16. If I ask for Signature sauce, I get ketchup. If I order Chili Supreme, they forget to pack the cheese, onions, and sour cream, even though I pay extra for those things. And it ALWAYS seems like THEY make out on the mistake financially. And when I order Curdside, I often wait and wait and wait, then go inside to find 6 teenagers standing around talking while my order is sitting on the shelf ready to be taken out to my car. I'm done! Hello, my name is Drew and I would like to talk about my visit with Culvers. I haven't been to my local Culvers in months and I was craving a cheeseburger. As I walked into the establishment the first thing I noticed was how many workers they had, if I had to guess at least 20. As I waited in line for about 2-3 minutes I was ready to order. I had ordered a double cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup and I upgraded it to a meal. Before finishing my order I've seen they added cake pops to their menu so I had to try it. The total came out to be around 16-17 dollars I felt like this was outrageous. As I got my drink and sat down. I began to realize facility is very dull and I feel that it would be better with music. As I sat there in silence and waited for my food I noticed my table was sticky like a drink or substance was spilt on it. Out of the 20 workers none could be found to clean my table so I switched. After about 15-20 minutes my food came out. The fries were the best part of the meal they were savory and delicious. Sadly, I could not say the same with the burger the meat was oddly crunchy and not as nearly flavorful as the fries. Lastly the cake pop I was really looking forward to it especially being 3$. Easily one of my favorite fast food burger places! Whenever I am splurging, I will get the butter burger and the cheese curds (super unhealthy but so freaking good). While it is a little bit on the pricier side, I think the food is well worth the money, especially because the food isn't truly "fast food". I ordered a lemon ice with mango refresher that was being advertised on the big, colorful special sign next to the regular menu. After waiting for quite a long time, a shake was brought out to me. When we asked the employee who brought it out what it was, because it looked nothing like what was on the sign, we were informed that there was lemon ice, on the bottom, and custard was on top. I cannot have dairy products so this was worthless. The employee offered to fix it but frankly, we didn't have time. He also said that he'd talk to the cashier about making sure they were ordering the correct item. That's pathetic. If you have a special sign for it, your unfriendly employees should know what's on the menu. We also did not get a receipt for the order. Culver's is a nice place to get really good fast food with your family. The ice cream is so good and they have different flavors of the day everyday. I recommend the burgers and the chocolate Oreo concrete mixer. The service is good and the people are nice. Took my 4 and 2 year old to Culver's on a Thursday evening. It was pouring outside and we were greeted at our car in the parking lot by a friendly employee carry an umbrella to keep us dry as we walked in. We were able to order right away and received our food quickly. When my kids went up to retrieve their free scoop of ice cream, the employees were kind and interacted with the kids. An evening out with two kids by myself can be taxing but the team at Culver's made it a little easier! read more

This is just like any burger place with their specialty added to it. They have butterball burgers. I think the burger tastes ok, but the butter just doesn't smell as appetizing to me. And the fries are the good crispy ones. My boyfriend likes the fried cheese curds and to dip them in marinara sauce. What I enjoy about this place is the custard! I like to make my own creation. I like how you can choose 2 toppings that are included and then after that each topping is only 25¢ extra. The custard is really good. They have great customer service too.
