I would just stand in line next time since that's pretty much what I had to do anyway which cuts out the convenience of online ordering. Theres also an online ordering "progress" website which tells you when your order is ready but they don't update that either. If they fix the online process I could easily give them 5 stars!

The system was user-friendly but there wasn't an option to add extra bacon (for the extra bacon orderers out there). We grabbed a number to dine in and found our table. The dining room was clean, and all but one table was bussed, which is not bad by any restaurant's standards. Our food was brought to our table in probably 7 minutes. I grabbed some napkins from the plentiful (and full) dispensers located near the shelves by the front counter. Wow. These were the best meals we'd each had in some time. Crispy, fresh onion rings, that were nice thick slices of onion. The spicy fries were nice and crispy too, and weren't your standard cajun. The shakes for dessert were delicious and tasted like real ice cream. I can't speak highly enough about the service on our visit. The young lady, unprompted, refilled our drinks at least 2 or 3 times during our meal and even offered to refill our drinks before we left. We ordered our shakes to go, after our meal and she continued being attentive! When she saw we had another table number, she checked in on us and asked what we ordered so we weren't waiting too long. My only contention is the price. It is more expensive than fast food by a bit. However, in my opinion, Shake Shack shouldn't be judged alongside McDonald's but more Five Guys in the middle ground between fast food and casual sit-down. But that being said, based on this experience, Shake Shack beats any other burger chain, by a long shot.

If you're open till 11pm then you should be prepared to serve the ENTIRE MENU until you close. That's what CLOSING means ... you stop serving at CLOSING. Not turn your fryers off at 10 pm or whatever and only serve dried out leftovers. Is that what we pay for? I think not. I have a personal interest in this store continuing to serve until closing, because they are serving me and my community. I sure hope you can do something about this. It's just not the way things should be done. If you're turning off the fryers at 10pm, then you may as well close at 10pm. Figure it out. Let us know (as in me and my community) the outcome.
