A new location and a new look. Off The Wall Sandwich is a sparkling clean and colorful restaurant. With vibrant wall art, and striking lighting, the interior has an energetic vibe. This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. This was my first visit here. I was really drawn in by the decor, it's got a cool vibe, especially if you like graffiti like I do. The staff were super nice, which always makes a difference. The food wasn't mind-blowing, but it was solid. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it was good, even if it's not the top contender for the best. The tater tots were a highlight, and I loved the habanero dipping sauce the server picked out for me. Would I go out of my way for it? Probably not. It was a bit busy when I arrived but it seemed like a lot of people were almost done. I was seated quickly and placed by order quickly as well. It took about 30 minutes for my steak hoagie to come out. It wasn't very big and I was a bit disappointed with the taste. I couldn't really place my finger on what I didn't enjoy, but I definitely didn't enjoy the hot sauce on it. I think the streak was a little dry and the peppers were undercooked. They have some crazy sandwich combinations here, hence the name. Very Buffalo and Buffalo Bills themed restaurant, and even an endorsement from the Shnowman, Dion Dawkins. Probably better suited for the more adventurous eaters. I enjoy it, but for me a lot of the combinations are hit or miss. Took advantage of the special on this trip - a Frankenburger I think it was called. A Rueben between two burger patties on an everything bagel. Wild. Service is great. Went to lunch midweek at Off The Wall. Set off the beaten path in OP in a shopping center this would be good if you are looking for game day kind of food. The place was buzzing for a Wednesday with only 1 waitress taking care of all the tables. She did a great job. To start we ordered the crab rangoons and pulled pork egg rolls. Both were pretty good and fried to perfection. For lunch I had the Cheeseburger salad. I thought was pretty good for the first time having one. Overall, a good spot if you are looking for either fried and heavier kind of food. Personally not my favorite. Seems like this would be a good game day spot! read more

Stopped in for lunch. Little space I can see them packed in evenings and weekends. There was only one server at lunch, kudos to her, she was very good. Ordered the crab ragoons and pulled porked egg rolls for starters. Both were fried very well and filling was plump. The crab ragoons were my favorite highly recommend trying them. I had the get stuffed! It was delicious. The rye bread was cooked to perfection and it was packed with flavor and meat, could of made two sandwiches out of it. My friends loved there meals as well. I did order some to go items for the family try. The chopped cheese hoagie was another favorite. Seasoning and cook was on point. We also tried the Pig Man melt, the pulled pork was good and the slaw and Loganbeery BBQ sauce was a great addition. The only downfall was the side of Mac and cheese. Sorry, it was awful. Cute little sandwich/burger shop in a plaza in the heart of the Village of OP. They specialize in fun and adventurous sandwiches. I ordered a Belgian sugar waffle burger, topped with a chicken finger and a side of tots and the spicy ghost pepper burger. The pepper burger was good and VERY spicy. I wouldn't get it again with the extra ghost pepper seasoning for sure! Without it, it's delicious. The waffle burger was amazing but definitely not low in calories. Small busy place with one server who was on top of things! Although all tables were full we did not have to wait long at all for our two burgers. Gotta love the easy parking too. They have a vegan burger!! But to my disappointment they did NOT have vegan cheese even though it was on the menu. I wish they would take it off the menu or at the very least cross it off with a sharpie because there is nothing more disappointing than thinking you will be getting something only to be told "I don't know why that's even on the menu we've never had that". I was going to take away a star for that but they get to keep the star because she didn't charge me for sautéed onions instead of the vegan cheese that they didn't have. Came here for lunch and got the What S.U.P. Burger. This is a vegetarian burger (tasted like Impossible burger), topped with cheese, sliced avocado, and grilled portobello mushrooms. Choice of side includes tots or fries, or you can get onion rings for an up charge. I got tots. Everything was delicious! Vegetarian options are limited, I think there was just 1 sandwich and 1 burger. The menu did say they could substitute a plant based burger on any of their burgers for a $3 up charge, however I didn't feel like that was fair considering almost all their other burgers had bacon too. We have been dying to try Off The Wall and we were lucky enough to the have the opportunity this past weekend. The menu had a lot of items. It was mostly a ton of unique sandwich and burger combinations along with some starters, salads, specials and a kids menu. The variety of choices made it hard to make a selection but we were finally able to narrow it down. I had the Billz Mafia burger, no bun, and I was thrilled they offered sweet potato fries. The burger was tasty and juicy, plenty of blue cheese crumbles, thick cut bacon and chicken wing dip as toppings. There was also a chicken finger tossed in for good measure. It was very rich and filling, it would be a good option to split. I could only eat half and I brought the rest home for dinner. My significant other tried The Ralph. He says it was delicious. The cheese, wing dip, bacon and chicken finger were a great combination and they didn't skimp on toppings. The menu said there was fried chicken in this sandwich. He tells me a chicken finger is a more accurate description of what he was served. There were gluten free bun and bread options which was a huge plus. The feeling of the place was casual but nice. Inside the restaurant there was plenty of seating or you could take out as well. If you choose to dine in they offered table service so no one was standing around, a nice touch. Our server, McKenzie, was very friendly and helpful. She quickly found answers to all my questions about ingredients. She was a fantastic server and a definite asset to the restaurant. Figured I should give an updated review since I have been making my way through the entire menu anyway lol Still one of my favorite burger places in the southtowns! Everything is delicious. I do have to mention though, that if you are ordering take out, make sure you check your order before you leave. I've gotten take out 3 different times and there were issues every time. (didn't shake my tots in the seasoning, didn't put my burger on the low-carb bread, etc.) All of their options have a buffalo flare to them and after trying about 8 of their burgers so far, the Billz Mafia burger is still the absolute best!! read more

Our poor waitress worked her butt off. it is a small restaurant; the capacity is about 40 and most of the chairs and booths were filled when our group of 12 arrived. One waitress! She took our drink orders and then the entrees. The drinks were brought out quickly and the entrees soon followed. I ordered the turkey club sandwich. It was cut in the standard quarters, but each quarter was large. I ate only 1/2 of my sandwich as it was served with a generous helping of French fries. Besides the middle slice of bread that is standard in a club sandwich, there was a generous serving of bacon and turkey, complimented with lettuce and tomato. Terrible burgers. Dry, always overcooked, tastes like they dilute their burger meat with breadcrumbs or sawdust or something. No seasoning. Got takeout...open up to sloppy mess with two roll bottoms...burger falling apart and weirdly crumbling....not normal looking so there is clearly some sort of filler or binder being used in their burgers. Keep trying this place thinking last time was just a bad order and it'll change but it's the same every time. I met a former colleague for lunch today at Off The Wall Sandwich shop. It's a highly popular cafe in a plaza on N Buffalo Rd in Orchard Park NY. While we were there, many customers were filtering in to pick up their carry out orders. This place is cute, clean, and staffed with very friendly wait people. Our server, Fiona seated us in a booth and took our order for fountain drinks, giving us a few minutes to review the extensive menu. I always navigate toward hot and spicy, so it was all about the Eternal Flame burger. This huge burger is a tasty stack of beef, hot and spicy melted cheese and topped off with spicy Cheeto. It was surprisingly very hot! I'm glad that I had the good sense to avoid the ghost pepper seasoning! It would have parted my hair! A very delicious burger, but due to its size half of it went home with me in a box. My burger came with a "side" and I selected onion rings. Again very tasty fresh and hot. You won't be disappointed ! The menu includes a nice Kids Menu, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees. read more

Great new sandwich/burger place in village of Orchard Park...in a plaza that used to house Orchard Fresh & is in what I believe was a Yotality store. Four of us enjoyed sandwiches prior to an outdoor event, and it was a great, Simple meal, most items are fried...quite fattening & made fresh. Creatively adorable local names given to all selections, Bills Mafia, 20A, etc. Our waitress was delightful & checked in on us several times, as did another woman who didn't introduce herself but may have been a manager. Fun place but not cheap...bring at least a $20 bill for just a sandwich & tip, as most sandwiches are $14.99. Masks are required to enter, social distancing enforced by placing signs on every other table indicating "this table is not available". Was in the Southtowns for most of the day, and wound up searching on Yelp for a little something outside the box and different. Saw a bunch of reviews for this place, checked out their menu online and decided to give it a shot. I was almost immediately drawn to and wound up ordering the "It Ain't Easy Being Cheesy" sandwich, which comes with mac and cheese, provolone and sharp cheddar cheese, and cheetos (choice of regular or flaming hot) on sourdough bread. The bread was perfectly toasted, the mac and cheese and cheddar and provolone were perfectly melted and gooey, and the flaming hot cheetos I chose added a nice amount of spice and texture. Absolutely perfect sandwich! The sandwich came with a side of fries, which for me were perfectly fried... nice and crispy on the outside with a good amount of chewy on the inside. Tasty enough that I didn't need any ketchup or anything. A few of their appetizers sound intriguing, as well as some of their other sandwich and burgers, and look forward to trying some more of these goodies. read more

First and foremost the service was excellent which I greatly appreciated. You can dine inside or out where they have a few tables...or get it to go. We got two apps, the Crab Rangoon egg rolls and the Wing Dip. The egg rolls were awesome, they had a great flavor to them and weren't greasy. The wing dip unfortunately was not good, we didn't even end up eating it. Idk what they put in there but it had a weird taste to it, After looking at it I kind of think they put white American cheese in it (which does not belong in wing dip ever)... I could be wrong and maybe that's not what it was but there's definitely a component to it that gives it a different taste than wing dip usually has. This spot is set up for pickup/delivery or dining in.  We ordered ahead of time and ended up eating there since there was plenty of empty tables (even with tables blocked off for COVID dining guidelines).  Even though we didn't need a server, the cashier/waitress, checked in a couple times to see how we were doing.  Great service. There is a fantastic selection of burgers and some crazy grilled cheese sandwiches. I loved the S&V burger, which had a great vinegary crust and just the right amount of melty cheese.  The roll was a harder roll like a Costanzos, but I think they buttered it up and put it on the grill top, which added some great flavor (sorry arteries). My husband thoroughly enjoyed the All American burger, which he described as a "summer party in his mouth."  Texas sauce, Sahlens, and a homemade burger patty all-in-one - YUM! The tots were a hit for the both of us; they were nice and crispy.  There is no extra charge for tots over fries and you can get either shaken in your choice of seasoning for free.  I recommend the Garlic Ranch & Chive and White Cheddar. For everything we got, I felt the cost was appropriate. The portions are plentiful. I only took off a star because I don't love that they use takeout containers for all food that is served.  Would like to see something a bit more environmentally friendly. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try one of their off-the-wall grilled cheeses and perhaps a weekly special, which always sound fantastic (check out their social media).  Oh and I think they do the Name of the Day game.  Not sure how frequently they do it or update it, but if your name is chosen, I think you get a free soft drink. read more

Walked in and this place was jamming like on game day at "The Ralph". Two seats left in the entire place, which is awesome for this local eatery that really captures the community around it in their food. With specials daily and online ordering made easy, this is definitely a spot to try out! Started with the Crab Rangoon rolls served with a sweet chili aioli sauce and ordered the Scilian and the All American as our main meals. The Crab Rangoon rolls came out nice and toasty with a perfect crunch. The filling inside was creamy and delicious with bits of Crab and what seemed to be green and red peppers *chefs kiss* THE SICILIAN Sourdough bread, provolone cheese, ham, salami, roasted red peppers, chopped green olives, balsamic glaze and pesto aioli. Grilled cheese style of course! Cheese was oozing out upon delivery, covering mounds of meat and peppers. Maybe a little more balsamic glaze but it was definitely worth it! THE ALL AMERICAN Ground steak blend patty, topped w/ grilled Sahlens, texas sauce, french fries, American cheese and chopped onion. Reminded me of a good ol' Rochester garbage plate on a bun. You'll find Off the Wall Sandwich Co. in a small shopping plaza, a bit set back from N. Buffalo Street in Orchard Park. The place is not very big, some small booths on one side along the wall, some 2 person tables on the other. In the middle a row of 4 person tables. I guess in total seating for about 40. They don't take reservations, but it was not problem when we showed up with a group of 11. The waitress pulled some tables together and we were all seated. There was only one waitress on duty, but she did a wonderful job. Almost all tables were occupied, but our drinks and orders were done fast and showed up in no time. She also remembered who ordered what, I am impressed! The menu has mostly melts and burgers. There is definitely a Bills theme here. Besides a number of Bills pictures on the walls, several dishes have a Bills/football related name. (QB1, the Ralph, Squish the Fish, Billz Mafia and the Shnow Burger, a Dion Dawkins creation) I went for the Lennox, a burger with a ground steak blend patty, homemade banana pepper dip, fried banana pepper rings, provolone cheese and spicy ranch dressing. I asked for a little pink inside and it came perfectly done. The burger is definitely sloppy to eat with the melted cheese, the dip and the dressing. Keep it over your basket, because the drippings are too good to waste them! I had nice and crispy fries with it (tater tots are the other option); not a mountain, just the right amount. I went with the "da shnow" burger and for me it just had too much going on to really enjoy it. I tried some of the burger by itself and the flavor of the burger was really good but the Mac n cheese and teriyaki flavored fingers covered up the good burger flavor and the onion straws were over powering. The reason for the lack of stars isn't because of my personal preference not to mix 3 different food choices together but it was the hair (multiple) that was stuck to the side of my burger and fries. I ordered the It's not easy being cheesy sandwich (LOVE the name) .... cheddar cheese Mac and cheese and smashed up Cheetos. You get to choose a side with the sandwich - I opted for fries with garlic chipotle seasoning. My dad ordered the buffalo standard which was like a pizza grilled cheese with a side order of onion rings. Our bill was just over $22 which was outstanding considering how generous the portion sizes were. I was happy that the fries were flavorful without being too salty or spicy. My father loved his onion rings! The only semi-complaint was that the pizza sauce on the side was bland. But those sandwiches hit the spot! This new face in Orchard Park is a meat (there are vegetarian options!) and cheese lovers dream! The decor is easy going, Black and white with a splash of red. Bistro-like . Staff were friendly, efficient and pleasant. We called in our order, for take out, which was hot and ready on time. The pretzel fries were a fun change and tasty, paired with the beer cheese dipping sauce. The cheeseburger 'egg rolls' and S&V Burger (salt & vinegar) was juicy, flavorful and mmm... and who doesn't love tater tots, that came with the burger!
